What the business is

Luna Chatting is an AI chatting assistant and creator tool for OnlyFans. It does not pay creators. It is software a creator pays for, meant to keep fan conversations going while the creator is away and to hand the sale back at the moment a fan is ready to buy. The site's own words for it are "an AI chatting assistant built first for solo OnlyFans creators working without a team", and it adds that chatting agencies and individual chatters use it too.

Joining costs nothing for the first 7 days: the site offers a free trial with no card needed to start. After the trial a creator pays a license fee for a term of 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, plus a commission on every plan. The service runs in a browser at app.lunachatting.com.

How earning works here

Luna is a warm-up bot. The terms describe it as a service that "mirrors your configured tone and style, keeps fan conversations warm when you are offline, detects buying intent, and sends you a Telegram alert when a lead is ready." The same terms are blunt about the limit: "Luna does not close sales or deliver paid content. Final closing is performed by you." So the money still comes from the creator's own OnlyFans account, and the creator is the one who completes each sale.

The site lays the flow out in 5 steps. A creator creates an account, connects OnlyFans and Telegram (one is where Luna talks to fans, the other is where she reaches the creator), turns Luna on, and lets her reply in the creator's voice around the clock. When a fan is ready to buy, or asks for something only the creator can answer, Luna stops replying. The creator then closes the sale and turns Luna back on, and she picks the conversation up where it was left. The homepage gives a sample exchange in which a fan asks how much a custom he was teased about costs, and calls that a buying signal that makes Luna stop and ping the creator's Telegram.

Three tools sit around that loop. The first is the voice setup: the terms speak of voice samples, phrases and handoff rules that the creator configures, and the homepage says the creator sets the line where Luna stops. The second is the alert, which the plan list describes as "in the app and on Telegram". The third is the conversation log, which the terms treat as the creator's property along with the voice samples and handoff rules.

The homepage says setup takes one evening and that after that a creator only steps in when there is money on the table. It also says nothing needs installing: Luna runs in the browser on a laptop or a phone.

On the creator-tools side, the site's blog presents Luna as an OnlyFans CRM, meaning software for managing fan conversations. One post argues that chatting is where revenue is made, because pay-per-view messages, tips, custom requests and renewals are all driven by conversations. The same posts say a solo creator gets the round-the-clock coverage an agency sells, without splitting revenue. That is the site's own sales argument, not a figure measured on Luna accounts.

The site also answers the account-safety question directly. Asked whether Luna will get an account flagged, it says Luna is built around warm-up and handoff, never closes a sale on her own, and invites a creator to bring the exact setup to onboarding. The terms add that creators remain responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform they operate on, with OnlyFans given as the example, and for local laws.

On privacy, the FAQ says a creator's tone, conversations and handoff rules are used to run the account and nothing else, that nothing is published and that nothing is shared with other creators. The terms say a creator grants Luna Chatting a limited license to process the configured content as needed to operate the service.

Money and rules

Luna charges a license fee for a fixed term plus a commission on every plan. As of October 2026 the homepage and the terms set it out like this:

  • Trial: 7 days free, started by creating an account. The terms say trial-period cancellations incur no charge.
  • License: 3 terms, from $100 for 1 month to $840 for 1 year, with a 6-month term between them. The pricing section says the longer terms are cheaper per month, and the terms say the 1-year license is billable upfront or in 2 installments.
  • Commission: 7% on every plan.
  • Currency: fees are quoted in US dollars. Taxes that apply in the creator's jurisdiction are the creator's responsibility.

The terms say licenses are activated manually by the team after the trial, and the pricing section says a human activates the license after a request that opens a Telegram chat. Every plan in the pricing section lists priority activation support, and the pricing section says one license runs one creator account; the only difference between plans is the length of the commitment. Exact billing cadence and refund terms are confirmed in writing at activation, and the terms add that the refund policy for mid-term cancellations will be confirmed in the final published version.

The terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the web application during the paid term, and they bar sublicensing, reselling and reverse-engineering. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, the terms warn that generative AI output "may occasionally produce unexpected results" and that the creator remains responsible for reviewing conversations and the handoff threshold, and Luna Chatting can end access for material breach, non-payment or misuse. A creator can cancel at any time by contacting support. The eligibility clause says a user "must be at least 18 years old" and confirms that any content, likeness or voice samples configured into Luna are theirs to use. The acceptable-use list bars unlawful, deceptive or abusive use, impersonating another person without their explicit consent, and configuring Luna "to target minors or to produce content involving minors." The license also forbids using the service on behalf of third parties outside the user's own creator brand.

The terms say the commission is "billed as described at activation", so which sales count and when it is billed are settled with the creator at that point rather than on the page. The terms name no jurisdiction either; the governing-law clause is still a placeholder reading "[Jurisdiction to be confirmed with legal]". No payout, withdrawal or country list applies, since the service pays creators nothing.

Who it suits and who it does not

Luna is for a creator who runs an OnlyFans account alone, has fans messaging at hours the creator is not available, and is willing to stay in the loop for every closing. The model keeps the creator's hands on the sale, so it suits someone who wants automation of the warm-up conversation but not of the transaction. An agency or an individual chatter can use it as well, according to the site, though the pitch is aimed at solo creators first.

The 1-month license is the shortest commitment, and the 7-day trial does not ask for a card. Because the commission applies on every plan, the cost is not only the license fee, and a creator will want the written terms from activation before committing to the 6-month or 1-year license, since the refund terms are still described as to be confirmed.

It is a narrow tool. The pages describe OnlyFans and Telegram only, so a creator who sells mainly elsewhere will find nothing about other platforms. The setup connects Telegram as the alert channel, so a creator who avoids Telegram has to rely on the in-app alert. Because Luna stops at the point of sale, it will not replace a human chatter who closes sales, and the pages describe no discovery or traffic feature, so it works on the fans a creator already has.
