Adult talent agencies
Talent agencies represent porn performers and book them for scenes with production companies, taking a commission on each booking in return for finding the work and negotiating the rate. Los Angeles agencies such as LA Models and Adult Talent Managers (ATMLA) work largely with the big studios, while East Coast Talents and The Porn Agency serve other markets. A performer comparing agencies looks at the commission and any extra fees, which studios the agency books with regularly, and how it handles health testing schedules and set safety. Representation is often exclusive, so the contract terms on length, termination and which work the agency takes a cut from should be clear before signing.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a talent agency and a model management company in this industry?
Some agencies focus strictly on booking performers for studio productions, while management companies like Coxxx Models provide broader services including studio location programs. Other agencies, such as Link Summit Media, also manage a model's fan accounts in exchange for a share of subscriber payments.
Are there agencies that specialize in helping new or amateur performers get started?
Yes, several agencies cater specifically to newcomers. City Of Angels Models and East Coast Talents both focus on new performers, while Porn XXX Jobs recruits amateur models between the ages of 18 and 29.
Can I find agencies that operate outside of the United States?
You can find several agencies based in Prague, including Bravo Models Media, East Star Models, and Nikki's Models. Cosmos Models also operates as a European adult model agency.
How do talent agencies typically get paid for their services?
Agencies generally take a commission from bookings or a sliding share of revenue from fan platforms. For example, Continental Agency processes commission payments via PayPal, while East Star Models takes its commission directly from the producer.
Do any agencies provide support for travel or initial testing?
Foxxx Modeling may front a first flight and testing for performers. Similarly, Continental Agency offers travel services alongside promotion and photo services for their entertainers.
