What the business is

Velvetly is an AI chatbot and creator tool for OnlyFans and Fansly. It does not pay creators for content. A creator pays it, or uses the free plan, and in return it writes replies to fans in the creator's own voice. The homepage describes the product as built for solo OnlyFans and Fansly creators, says it is "AI, not an agency", and lets a creator run both platforms from one account.

Joining costs nothing. The homepage promises a free forever plan with no credit card, and the terms say the Free plan gives the full product at a smaller credit budget rather than a time-limited trial. It is operated by Martin de Heer Holding B.V., and the terms are governed by Dutch law.

How earning works here

Velvetly works inside the creator's browser. The homepage lists a Chrome extension that sits inside the OnlyFans or Fansly inbox, so there is no tab-switching. Setup, in the site's words, is to install the extension and paste or import some of the creator's own messages so Velvetly learns the voice. The more a creator gives it, the tighter the fit, and the guide says a creator can sign up and paste 5 past messages to hear how it sounds. Fan import runs in the background, and the site says there are no onboarding calls and no long tutorials.

The pitch is that the AI learns how a creator writes and replies "in your exact tone", even while the creator sleeps. The guide on its site says a tool trained on a creator's own messages keeps the lowercase habits, emoji rate, message length and pet names that fans recognize, whereas generic openers written by a model that never saw the creator's writing are the ones fans spot. It also says that the common setup among mid-tier and top accounts is AI-drafted replies that a human approves, and that few use a bot that sends unread. It adds that auto-send with human-paced delays is treated much like a scheduled message.

Around the chat tool the homepage lists other features in its plan section:

  • Fan tools. An AI priority queue, churn alerts and tier sync to OnlyFans and Fansly.
  • Vault and Auto-PPV. Bundles, teaser previews and per-fan pricing.
  • Content queue. A monthly calendar, gap detection and AI post ideas.
  • Revenue. MRR and month-to-date figures, a per-tier breakdown and at-risk revenue.
  • Scale. The page says there are unlimited fans, with no hidden seat or fan caps, and that every plan has the whole product, with no features locked behind higher tiers.

The FAQ adds a photo retouch tool. A creator uploads a photo, and the site says Velvetly retouches it in one click, "like a professional beauty editor", with the same person, pose and background and no face swaps or reshaping. A photo takes about 15 seconds, the creator compares before and after before downloading, and the result comes back at about one megapixel. Velvetly never posts a photo for the creator: the creator downloads the result and posts it, and handles any labeling the platform or the law requires. A retouch is counted when the result appears, whether or not it is downloaded, and a failed run does not use one of the month's retouches.

On privacy, the FAQ says Velvetly keeps a recent-history window per fan so it has context to draft replies and surface coaching suggestions, and that the creator's own outgoing messages are sampled to keep the voice profile current. That history stays inside the creator's own account, and the site says it does not sell or share message content and does not train any AI on it beyond the personal voice profile. Voice profiles are scoped per creator and never cross-used, and draft history is kept for 30 days.

The guide also explains how the site sees the rules. It says OnlyFans allows tooling that runs inside a creator's own browser session and does not allow handing a login to a third-party server that messages as the creator, and that a Chrome extension drafting alongside the creator is on the allowed side. This is Velvetly's own reading of the platform's rules, published in its guide.

The creator-referral scheme is the one place a creator can earn from Velvetly itself. A creator shares a personal invite link, the friend gets a discount on the first monthly invoice, and the referrer is rewarded in account credit once the friend pays a second month at full price. As read in October 2026, the referral page sets both the friend's discount and the referrer's credit at 50% of the plan the friend chose.

Money and rules

Velvetly is a subscription the creator pays, not a platform that pays out. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, there is no contract, and the only reward Velvetly gives back is referral credit toward its own plans. There are four plans, a permanent Free plan and three paid ones named Starter, Pro and Max, and every plan carries the whole product. What changes from plan to plan is the monthly budget of AI credits and photo retouches. In October 2026 the referral page lists the paid plans from $19 a month for Starter to $99 a month for Max, in USD excluding VAT, with VAT added at checkout by billing country. A yearly option gets 2 months free. The FAQ gives the monthly retouches as 5 on Free, 15 on Starter, 50 on Pro and 150 on Max, counted apart from the AI credit budget, and unused retouches do not roll over and cannot be bought separately. On the Free plan a creator can start up to 5 retouches a day.

  • Billing: invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation sit in the Stripe billing portal under dashboard Settings.
  • Cancelling: no contract, no lock-in and no exit fee. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month, with access until then.
  • Upgrades: effective immediately, with Stripe prorating the difference, and the new credit limit applying at once. Credits already used stay counted.
  • Downgrades: effective at the end of the billing period. The unused portion of a downgrade cycle is not refunded.
  • Price changes: 30 days notice to existing subscribers, with the existing rate kept for any prepaid period.
  • Refunds: billing errors such as duplicate charges are corrected with a full refund of the disputed amount. The terms may offer goodwill compensation in credits, for example after an outage, at the company's discretion.
  • Liability: capped at the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Referral rules: the reward is "account credit, not cash", and has no cash value. The friend's discount applies only to the first monthly invoice, not to annual plans, and cannot be combined with another promotion. The page prints the credit for each plan in a table, half of that plan's monthly price. If the friend cancels in the discounted month, nobody is paid. An annual referral is paid right away, and shared payment cards, matching sign-up details and same-email invites do not earn a reward. Spam links, bought sign-ups and bulk-farming are not eligible, and Velvetly may adjust or end the program at any time, honoring rewards already earned.

Who it suits and who it does not

Velvetly suits a solo creator who answers their own messages and wants the replies drafted in their voice, with a free plan to test the quality first. A creator on both OnlyFans and Fansly gets one account for the two. The guide recommends it for that solo case and says agencies with 3 or more chatters get more from shift-based platforms such as SuperCreator, Infloww or OnlyMonster.

The limits are plain. The Free plan has the smallest monthly credit budget, and the homepage tells a creator to upgrade when that budget is not enough. It works through a Chrome extension, so a creator who does not want a browser extension has no other route on these pages. It covers 2 platforms only. The referral reward is credit toward Velvetly, never cash.
