What MySocialRescue is

MySocialRescue, run by My Social Rescue, Inc. and built in Winter Park, Florida, is an account recovery and protection service for people who have lost control of a social media account. It does not pay creators or affiliates. It is a service a creator hires, mainly to get a hacked or locked account back, and alongside that to remove fake profiles and deal with stolen content. The site says the service is based in the United States and calls itself the #1 social media account recovery service, which is its own claim. It sells fixed-price packages, and it runs a separate price list for content creators: a one-off price to recover an account, a one-off price for fraud removal and a monthly price for ongoing protection. For an adult creator, the relevant parts are recovery of an OnlyFans or Instagram profile, removal of impersonators and help with takedown notices against copied material.

What it covers

The site describes its service as a "trusted and efficient account recovery service designed to help individuals, creators, and businesses swiftly and securely regain access to their social media accounts." Its FAQ lists the problems it handles: a lost password, hacking, cloned accounts, imposters and unauthorized access. It adds fraud removal as a specialized service, so a creator whose profile has been cloned or impersonated can have the fake removed. The FAQ also says the service "provides protection from copyrighted material and stolen content."

The FAQ names the platforms it supports as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn and OnlyFans, and the contact form offers the same list (with X in place of Twitter) plus an "other" option. The homepage says that if your platform is not listed, you should contact the team. OnlyFans being on the list is what puts the service within reach of an adult creator: a lost OnlyFans login is a lost income stream, and the platform is named outright rather than left to the "other" box.

The homepage frames the problem in the creator's terms. It says recovering a hacked account is hard, "especially if you're dealing with impersonation or content theft," and that social platforms often lack reliable customer service, which leaves the owner in a waiting game with financial or reputational consequences.

How recovery works

The homepage describes a three-step process under the heading "How the process works."

  1. Sign up. The site says this starts a recovery request through a simple and secure sign-up.
  2. Provide proof of identity documents. The site says this step helps the team verify ownership of the account and that it will ask the customer to upload identity documents.
  3. Confirm the account. After verifying identity, the team confirms the specific account to be recovered and applies what it calls its proven method to return the account to the owner.

Two lines on the page stand out for anyone wary of handing over access. "We don't ask for your password and we don't log into your account." And a badge repeats the point: "We never ask for your password." The FAQ answers the password question directly with "No, we don't ask for your password during the account recovery process," and says the recovery uses "proprietary methods," which it does not describe further. It adds that the team handles the process externally, without logging into the account. For a creator whose income depends on one profile, that matters, because a recovery service that asked for a login would add its own risk.

On privacy, the FAQ says identity documents are used only to verify the customer and the authenticity of the request, that the service does not access personal information beyond what the specific service needs, and that personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality across recovery, fraud removal and protection.

The site's Facebook recovery post, dated August 25, 2025, adds a little about method. It lists common causes of a lockout, including suspicious activity, password problems and hackers, and says the team "work directly with Facebook's support team to help you regain access, protect your account, and prevent future issues." That is the company's own description of its relationship with a platform.

Content protection for OnlyFans creators

The post dated August 15, 2025, "Protecting Your Content on OnlyFans," is the one written for this audience. It says that content theft and copyright violations are common on platforms like OnlyFans and that exclusive content is vulnerable to unauthorized distribution "through screenshots, screen recordings, or reposting." It gives four steps for a creator: watermark images and videos so they are harder to repost without attribution, use the platform's privacy settings to control who can view posts, check other websites and platforms regularly for unauthorized use, and issue takedown notices when content is stolen or reposted. The closing line states: "MySocialRescue.com is ready to assist you in recovering stolen content and filing the necessary takedown notices."

The paid Protect plan is the ongoing side of this. The pricing table describes it as copyright infringement protection meant to "minimize income disruption," with monitoring for potential copyright infringement, 24/7 copyright and fraud response, and confidential, US-based handling of data.

Money and rules

The service is sold at fixed, published prices: Recover and Anti Fraud are one-off packages, and Protect is a monthly plan. The homepage pricing table has four columns: Individual, Creator, Business and Agency. Each of the first three offers the same three products, and the price depends on the column the customer falls into.

  • Individual covers personal accounts and carries the lowest prices of the three.
  • Creator covers content creators, ambassadors and influencers. In October 2026 the table lists Recover at $199, Anti Fraud at $179 and Protect at $79 per month in this column.
  • Business covers non-profits, small businesses and corporations, with "starting at" prices above the creator ones.

Recover is marked as the most popular product. The table says it comes with regular updates on the recovery and covers all major platforms. Anti Fraud is described as rapid removal of fakes, impersonation and financial schemes, with support for damages and the claim recovery process. Agencies with multiple clients are sent to an agency sales contact rather than a price; the site says it can assist an agency's clients with protection, recovery and anti-fraud needs.

The one requirement the pages state for a customer is proof of identity, and the FAQ says the service never needs the account password. The site does not publish refund terms or a recovery timeframe.

Who it suits

MySocialRescue suits a creator who has been locked out of, or lost control of, an OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok or other social account and wants a hands-on service that says it never needs the password, at a fixed price published in advance. It also suits one whose profile has been cloned or impersonated, through the Anti Fraud package, and a manager looking after several creators, through the agency contact.

It suits less well someone who mainly wants large-scale leak removal from tube and file-hosting sites: the pages describe the Protect plan in a few lines and say nothing about which sites it watches or how notices are filed. The creator tier also costs more than the individual one for the same three products, so a creator using a personal account may want to compare the two columns. And the identity documents step is part of every recovery, which a creator who works anonymously will weigh before signing up.
