What Pantydeal is
Pantydeal is a marketplace where sellers run an online store of used panties, other worn clothing, photos, custom requests and paid chats or video calls, and where affiliates earn by sending new paying members. Registration is free, and the site says "you don't pay any commission on your transactions". Its About page says it was founded in 2012 and calls it the largest marketplace for buyers and sellers of used panties in the world, which is the company's claim.
How earning works
The sell page lists what a seller can put in her store: used panties ("Pick the panties, advertise them, wear them, and post them off"), other used clothing such as socks, stockings, bras and sports clothes, photos, custom requests and cam sessions. Photos can be single images or collections, pre-made ones or shot for a personalized order. On custom requests the page asks sellers to decide what they are open to, whether custom photo and video requests, custom panty orders or custom cam sessions. It also says a seller who is not open to customs can say no.
Registration needs an email address and a username. The FAQ advises against using a real name as the username and says "No private information is visible to other community members", and that other members cannot see a member's email address. A seller can add a social picture that people who are not members can see. On faces, the FAQ says "Many sellers run their businesses without showing their faces", and that the seller controls every picture she uploads.
The FAQ says each seller has her own store for items, photos and videos, with tools to contact clients and "social network features". It also says that to get unlimited access to all features a member has to upgrade to a Premium account. The home page lists further protections: a block system that stops an unwanted person from contacting or seeing your profile again, a "fake check" which the site says is human-operated and makes sure sellers are real people, member reviews, and a global search.
Sellers deal with buyers directly. The FAQ says Pantydeal is a marketplace where members sell or buy products, that the site is not directly involved in transactions between users, and that sellers negotiate directly with buyers. So price, payment and shipping are agreed between the two. On shipping, the sell page says a seller can skip the post office by working out postage from weight, size and envelope type, then buying stamps or printing a label at home and dropping the parcel in a postbox, and it warns sellers not to put their own address as the return address.
Pantydeal also sells paid chat as a product. A landing page says sellers can advertise erotic chats in their store, "from an evening of sexting to a kinky one-time video session", without disclosing a real identity or showing a face. It says "Anyone" can sell sexting and video chats, that communication and creativity help build "returning business", and it suggests the girlfriend experience as a place to start. Its steps are to sign up free and choose the seller profile type, add a bio and a photo, and start uploading items once verification is complete. The home page lists WhatsApp and Skype chats among the marketplace offers. The pages give no per-minute rate and no payout rule specific to chats, so chat prices are the seller's own, as with every other item.
Affiliate program
The affiliate program is a revenue share on seller subscriptions, paid on recurring billings and not only on the first one. A partner posts a referral link on a website or social channels, and "each time someone clicks on your link and purchases a subscription on our site, you get paid". In October 2026 the page states "Our affiliates get 30% of every paid seller subscription purchased within 14 days of the click-through." Its worked example is built on a seller membership at $24 a month. The page says payment processing fees and VAT are handled by Pantydeal and that the payments recur rather than being one-time. It also projects earnings per click-through from an average number of billings per user. That is the program's own arithmetic, and a partner should not read it as a promise. The page also claims "+2M" users in total and "1K" daily registrations, which are marketing claims. Its About page gives a different, older figure of over 1,000,000 buyers and sellers within 5 years of the 2012 start.
Money and rules
Seller commission. The FAQ's answer to "Is there any commission that I need to pay?" is that Pantydeal is not directly involved in transactions between users, so no commission is payable on them, and the sell page says "We don't take any commission when you make a sale." The home page lists "No transaction fees" among the seller features. That covers sales between members. It does not cover the membership cost: the FAQ says unlimited access needs Premium, and as of October 2026 the only price the pages give is the $24 a month seller membership in the affiliate example. The terms say subscriptions bill in advance on a monthly cycle and renew automatically until canceled, that fee changes take effect at the end of the current cycle with prior notice, and that paid subscription fees are refundable on request to support.
Getting paid by buyers. Because the site is not involved, buyer and seller agree the payment method themselves. The FAQ names PayPal, Amazon gift cards, Cash App and Venmo as methods members commonly use, suggests a separate email address and a P.O. box for privacy, and advises asking buyers to pay before anything is sent. Site credits are only for gifting stickers and, the FAQ says, carry no cash value.
Affiliate payouts. The affiliate page gives the share, the 14 day window and the example above, and says earnings arrive "at the same time every month via bank transfer". Applicants are screened: a partner should be a registered business, receive at least 1000 impressions per day and send a list of the sites and accounts where the link will appear. Approved partners get a dashboard with registrations and sales. No payout threshold is published.
Verification and content. The FAQ says verification can include phone number, photo and video checks, that verified sellers get a badge, and that Premium seller profiles are checked by hand; the chat page says a seller can upload items once her verification is completed. The terms prohibit content including blood, violence, anyone under 18 and a lack of consent, require that no one appears without written consent, and make the uploader responsible for verifying the age and identity of everyone depicted and producing evidence on request. The terms name ZVIG USA, Inc. as the operator and the laws of Bulgaria as governing law. No accepted-country list is published.
Who it suits and who it does not
Pantydeal suits a seller who wants one place for several products: worn items, photos, customs and paid chats, all priced by herself with no commission on the sales. It also suits a faceless seller, since the site says many sellers never show a face, and a registered business with an adult audience of at least 1000 daily impressions, because the affiliate page offers a share of seller subscriptions that recurs, paid monthly by bank transfer.
There are caveats. Anything that requires Premium costs money before the first sale, and the pages give a plan price only inside the affiliate example. Payment is arranged between members, so the site does not protect either side's money. And the affiliate figures come from the program's own page and rest on the average-user assumption the page itself makes. A seller with no following should also expect to do the promotion herself: the marketplace offers search, reviews and a store, but it does not promise buyers.
