What AdsEmpire is

AdsEmpire is an affiliate network that sits between traffic owners and advertisers, and it pays affiliates (it calls them publishers in its terms) for leads and conversions they send. Its home page describes it as "a fast-growing network that provides plenty of profitable opportunities at almost all verticals for both sides, affiliates and advertisers", and its FAQ names dating, games and sweepstakes as its main verticals. The pages list no joining fee: you apply as a CPA offers affiliate, as a Smartlink affiliate or as an advertiser, and the FAQ says an application typically takes 48 hours to review.

AdsEmpire does not present itself as an adult-only network, and its FAQ and home page name no adult brands. Dating is the first vertical the FAQ names, and the home page cites a YNOT Awards 2022 dating-network award, so the fit is with affiliates who run dating and adult-adjacent traffic rather than with those who need a catalog of adult sites. The terms name the operator: DETAILED GRAPHICS KFT, a Hungarian company with its registered office in Csomad, described as "the owner/operator of the AdsEmpire affiliate platform".

How earning works here

An affiliate on AdsEmpire earns by sending traffic, not by selling content or performing. The network gives two ways to monetize that traffic. The first is direct CPA offers, which the home page presents as exclusive and direct offers from around the world. The second is Smartlink: "all offers in one link", where, in the network's words, its algorithms monetize all of your traffic to maximize your ROI. The home page frames the two as alternatives, so a publisher who does not want to pick and test individual offers can send everything through a single link, while one who wants control over what each audience sees can pick offers directly. The sign-up buttons are separate for the two products, so the choice is made at registration: "Join CPA Offers Empire" or "Join Smartlink Empire".

Tracking and reporting are covered in the FAQ. Server-to-server postback is supported, and the postback is set up in the "Postback URLs" section of the account. Statistics are updated every 15 minutes in the "Reports" section. A lead can carry a "Declined" status, and the FAQ points affiliates to the "Transaction Report" section for the list of reasons and to a personal affiliate manager for more detail. Each affiliate has a manager, and the FAQ says targeting depends on each advertiser's requirements for the offer and traffic source, so the manager is the one who gives a targeting recommendation for a specific offer.

Traffic rules decide what an affiliate can actually run. The FAQ says AdsEmpire allows "all kinds of legal traffic that doesn't violate the corporate rules and policies of our advertisers", and says it does not accept fraudulent traffic, chat traffic or incentive traffic. It also states that email, SMS, celebrity, clickunder and popunder traffic are restricted by some advertisers. Those sources must be disclosed to the account manager beforehand, and the FAQ says that otherwise the network reserves the right to withhold part or the entire sum of the traffic value. Individual offers can carry their own restrictions, which the FAQ says are in each offer's description. On geography the FAQ answer is that the network accepts traffic from all over the world, though what an individual offer pays or allows in a country is an offer-level matter.

The terms add the mechanics that matter once money is flowing. Offers can carry a CAP, and the terms say actions exceeding a CAP are non-payable and that monitoring CAP compliance is the publisher's sole responsibility. The advertiser may change offer or campaign terms at any time. Private programs require prior affiliate-manager approval, and active private campaigns must be paused within the timeframe the manager instructs, including the standard 48-hour pause rule where it applies. Leads received after the deadline are non-payable, and the terms say a campaign suspended for more than 5 calendar days may not be restarted without renewed approval. Acceptance into the network is also discretionary: the terms say participation is subject to the advertiser's confirmation and that an application can be accepted or rejected at the advertiser's sole discretion, including where promotional methods or traffic sources are a concern. The application form must be completed accurately: the terms say no fake names, aliases or pseudonyms may be used to disguise identity, and contact, KYC and billing details must be kept up to date.

The terms include a section on referral commissions, so there is a referral route for bringing other publishers in. Where a referral program applies, the terms say the commission "accrues as published in the Network (including any percentage/period model then in force)" and may be invoiced together with regular commission. The rate itself sits inside the network, not on the public pages.

Money and rules

AdsEmpire pays a commission per qualified action, on the CPA, CPL, CPC or CPM basis set in each offer or insertion order, and the terms say only qualified actions are payable: an action later refunded, charged back or rejected by the advertiser can be reversed from amounts due. The network's own tracking data is the binding record for payout calculation, and a publisher who disagrees with it has ten days after the end of the reporting month to raise the discrepancy. The FAQ lists the payout rails as Bitcoin, USDT, Wire, Paxum and PayPal, so both crypto and Paxum are on the list; the terms name wire transfer, Paxum, Payoneer and crypto, and say bank and payment-provider fees on the publisher's side are the publisher's to carry. Commissions can be paid in USD, EUR or GBP as selected in the account.

The schedule is monthly by default with a weekly upgrade for volume. The FAQ's wording is "monthly net30, but you can get upgraded to weekly payments if your weekly traffic volumes exceed $1,500". As of October 2026 the FAQ sets the threshold for monthly payments at $250 for Bitcoin and USDT and at $2,000 for Wire, Paxum and PayPal, so crypto reaches a monthly payout at a much lower balance than the other methods. For weekly payments the FAQ gives a higher level again for the non-crypto methods.

The terms describe the schedule in more detail and add conditions the FAQ leaves out. New publishers are paid on a monthly Net30 schedule during their first month from traffic launch; after that, payouts remain Net30 subject to volume thresholds. Weekly Net7 "may be available" where continuous weekly volume thresholds are met and the account manager agrees in writing, and it can be downgraded back to Net30 if the thresholds are missed. The terms also say the minimum payout threshold is determined by the advertiser and communicated to the publisher, that balances below it roll forward, and that these defaults give way to anything agreed in an insertion order or in writing with the account manager. A dormancy rule applies too: if an account is inactive for six months and no payment has been requested in that time, the commission may be written off and the account terminated.

Payouts can also be held or canceled. The terms let the network withhold, adjust, reverse or cancel commissions, including amounts already accrued, where fraud or invalid traffic is detected or reasonably suspected, where chargebacks or refunds occur, where tracking discrepancies are found or where the publisher breaches the terms or campaign rules. Billing details are the affiliate's responsibility: the terms say extra costs caused by incorrect or outdated details may be recovered as a fine, on an illustrative schedule that rises with the size of the invoice. Tax is the publisher's own matter, since the terms say the relationship is not employment.

On eligibility, the terms require natural persons to be at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority under applicable law, and to have full legal capacity to enter the terms. People acting for a legal entity warrant that they are authorized to bind it. The privacy policy adds that the network never knowingly collects personal information about individuals under 18. The promotion rules bar publisher websites and traffic sources that contain or promote illegal activity, obscene materials, hateful content, deceptive advertising or piracy, which matters to anyone planning to send traffic from explicit pages. The terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. AdsEmpire does not publish per-offer commission rates on its public pages.

Who it suits and who it does not

AdsEmpire suits an affiliate who already has traffic and wants a network that covers dating and similar verticals, offers a choice between hand-picked CPA offers and a one-link Smartlink, and pays in crypto or Paxum. A publisher who dislikes picking offers can use the Smartlink, and one who wants a human contact gets a personal affiliate manager. The crypto thresholds are a real point in its favor for a small affiliate, since the FAQ sets the monthly Bitcoin or USDT threshold far below the one for the other methods.

It is a poor fit for a creator or performer looking for a place to sell content or find fans, because the pages describe a program for affiliates sending traffic to advertisers' offers. It also does not suit anyone relying on chat, incentive or fraudulent traffic, all excluded in the FAQ, or anyone who cannot disclose email, SMS or pop traffic to a manager. The caveats are the FAQ's high threshold for Wire, Paxum and PayPal, the monthly net30 default until weekly volume reaches the level the FAQ names for an upgrade, the right to withhold payment on undisclosed restricted traffic, and the discretionary approval. Adult-specific affiliates should also note that the home page and FAQ never mention adult offers by name, and that the promotion rules in the terms exclude obscene material on the publisher's side.
