What MyLead is

MyLead is a general affiliate network that pays publishers, meaning anyone with traffic or an audience, for sales, leads and other actions on advertiser campaigns. Adult dating and webcam offers are two categories among many in its directory, which also covers gaming, health supplements, home and garden and online shopping. The site is offered in many languages, including English, German, Spanish, Polish and Russian. It says a free account needs no investment, contract or obligation, and the company behind it is MYLEAD CY LTD in Nicosia, Cyprus.

How earning works

MyLead describes affiliate marketing as pay for performance. A publisher is not paid for clicks as such. To receive a commission, the person who clicks the publisher's link has to perform a specific action, such as making a purchase in an online store, and which action counts depends on the payment model of the campaign. The site lists the models it carries: CPS, CPA and CPL, plus PPI and COD. On its home page it adds CPC to the list and says an affiliate will find "CPS, CPL, CPA, PPI, CPC or COD offers". It explains the first two in plain terms. In the CPS model it is all about sales, and in the CPL model the publisher earns for lead generation. The page defines a commission model as nothing more than information about what the advertiser will pay the publisher for.

For adult traffic the relevant models are CPL and CPA. The MyLead blog on porn affiliate programs says that on MyLead, "dedicated adult campaigns add fixed CPA and CPL payouts per action". It also says adult programs often combine CPL with RevShare, and it points readers to a guide on what CPL means. The CPL explainer page warns that some campaigns carry specific conditions, such as targeting certain countries or needing users to confirm their email addresses, and tells publishers to read each campaign description carefully so they understand how the lead generation process works.

The offers sit in a directory sorted by category. Two of its category pages are Adult Dating and Webcams, both under Dating, and the webcams page says the directory gives access to over 5000 campaigns. The directory pages describe the directory as made to help publishers find and understand programs whether they are new to affiliate marketing or experienced. Besides the directory, the home page says an affiliate who cannot find the offer they want can reach out and the network will organize it, which reads as an invitation to request a campaign rather than a promise to deliver one.

The same blog article lists MyLead's own top adult campaigns with their model and rate: one CPA campaign, Horny-Hub, and a set of CPL dating offers that pay per registered lead, among them Jolly.me, YourSecretHookup, Uberhorny, MyCuteGirlfriend and Find My Babe. As of October 2026 the article puts the CPL offers at $1.38 to $3.22 per lead and the CPA campaign at $20.87 per action. It says MyLead reviews its adult advertisers before listing them, that every offer tracks conversions through the same postback system, and that MyLead hosts the offers, supplies the tracking links and settles the payouts, so the publisher only drives traffic.

The article gives the steps for a first adult campaign: create a free publisher account and confirm the email and billing details, filter the catalog by the adult category and the target GEO, pick an offer (CPA for high-intent traffic, CPL for volume), generate a tracking link with a sub ID for each traffic source, then place the link and watch results in the publisher panel. It puts setup at around 30 minutes. In its FAQ-style section the blog asks whether adult offers can be promoted without a website and answers yes: native and pop traffic networks, adult tube sites that allow promotion, or paid pop-under campaigns. A website helps with organic reach, but the article says it is not required. It also warns that most social platforms and search engines restrict explicit ads, so the reliable channels for adult offers are the publisher's own adult site, native and pop traffic, and adult platforms that allow promotion.

MyLead also gives publishers tools. For those who do run a website or blog, the CPA Content Locker locks a piece of content until the visitor completes at least one task from a list, and the publisher earns when the task is done.

Support is part of the offer. The home page advertises free consultations, with a button to book a free call with a specialist for personalized guidance. The company page lists mentoring in its menu. The contact page says every message is answered within 48 hours at the latest and lists Telegram, Discord and Skype channels as alternatives to the contact form.

Money and rules

MyLead's adult campaigns pay a fixed amount per action, CPA or CPL, and the blog says commissions are settled "through its standard payout system". The rates the network publishes for its adult catalog are the per-lead and per-action examples in that blog article. On rules, the blog says promoting adult offers is legal in most countries when the content targets users over 18 and follows each campaign's terms, and that publishers should always check the GEO restrictions and traffic rules listed on the offer before they start. The CPL explainer adds that a campaign can require traffic from certain countries or a confirmed email address before a lead counts.

MyLead's public pages do not publish a payout threshold, a payout schedule or the payout methods. The joining terms they do state are that registration is free and brings no investment, contract or obligation, and that a new publisher confirms email and billing details at sign-up.

Who it suits and who it does not

MyLead suits a publisher with traffic who wants adult dating and webcam offers next to unrelated verticals in one account, and who is comfortable choosing between CPL, CPA and revenue-share style offers by reading campaign terms. It also suits a beginner without a website, since the blog says native, pop, tube-site and pop-under traffic can carry adult offers, and since free calls and mentoring are on offer.

It is a weaker fit for a performer or creator who wants to be paid for their own content, because the pages describe a network for promoting other businesses. A publisher who needs to see a payout threshold, a schedule and withdrawal methods before committing will have to find them inside the account. Per-lead amounts on the adult CPL offers are small, so volume matters, and the article names a single adult campaign paying per completed action. Finally, adult dating and webcams are a few categories inside a broad catalog, so expect to filter by category.
