What Cherry AI is
Cherry AI is an adult-native AI companion product with an affiliate program aimed at creators, publishers and traffic teams who send compliant 18+ audiences to it. Partners are paid when the traffic they send turns into qualified users, and the program page names two earning paths: a lifetime revenue share and a fixed CPA payout per qualified signup. Joining is by application, and the program page names no joining fee. The site footer gives a San Francisco address, and the program page calls the offer ready for mobile traffic.
Cherry describes its own product as companion discovery, character chat, roleplay and image generation in one place. Companions are AI characters. The site's trafficking policy says Cherry is an AI-generated content platform and that no real persons are depicted in its generated content, which matters to an affiliate because it shapes what creatives and landing pages are acceptable.
How earning works here
The program is written for people who already own an audience and want to point it at an AI companion offer. Its FAQ lists them: partners with compliant adult 18+ traffic sources, including creators, publishers, communities, SEO operators, paid traffic teams and newsletter owners. An affiliate does not build anything on Cherry. The work is promotion: placing tracked links where an adult audience will see them, and keeping that traffic inside the program's compliance rules.
The route from application to earnings is stated in 3 plain steps. First, an application goes in through the affiliate form. Second, Cherry reviews it and, in its words, looks at traffic source, audience fit and compliance. Third, once approved, the partner launches tracked links from the partner dashboard and earns from what the page calls qualified Cherry traffic.
The two commission models
The page frames the choice as picking the model that matches the partner's traffic, then continuing to the application form.
RevShare is headed "Earn from repeat spend" and described as built for partners whose audience keeps returning to Cherry after the first click. The page calls it a lifetime revenue share path that compounds with repeat users, better for content and community traffic, and names creators, SEO, publishers and communities as the partners it fits. In practical terms, this is the route for an affiliate with a loyal audience, such as a community, a channel or a newsletter, where the same people come back and keep using a companion product over months.
CPA is headed "Earn per qualified signup". The page describes it as a fixed qualified-acquisition payout for approved traffic sources that need a cleaner acquisition target, with easier campaign ROI forecasting, and names paid traffic, media buyers, performance teams and scale tests as its fit. So the conversion event is a signup that Cherry counts as qualified, not a first purchase, and the payout is a fixed amount instead of a share of spend.
Both models sit behind the same application. The footer of the program page also links a Commission tiers page and a Guides page for partners.
Tools and tracking
Tracking runs on Everflow. The program FAQ says that after approval partners use Everflow for login, tracking links, reporting, creative access and commission visibility, and the footer carries a separate Everflow login link under partner operations. The page describes the dashboard as the one place for tracked links, reporting, creatives and payout visibility.
Promotional material is described under the heading "Ready-to-promote materials": partners can share companions, chats, media, free generation and adult-tailored landing pages built for affiliate traffic. That gives an affiliate several kinds of destination to link to, a specific companion or a free image generation page for example, instead of one generic home page.
Two selling points on the page concern conversion. The first is what Cherry calls an expansive free tier: new users can explore the product before paying, which the page says reduces signup friction for affiliate traffic. That fits the CPA model in particular, since the payout there is tied to signups. The second is that the product is designed for the mobile-first traffic that creators, communities and paid campaigns tend to send. The page also calls adult AI companions a "High-paying affiliate niche"; that is the program's own pitch, and it puts no number behind it.
The page mentions an early partner upside too. It says new programs leave more room for strong partners to learn fast, shape the playbook and grow with the offer. It reads as a statement that the program is young and that early partners get attention, not as a published bonus.
What the referred user buys
The terms of use, last updated May 1, 2026, show where repeat spend comes from. Cherry sells paid subscription tiers that renew automatically at the end of each billing period, which the terms give as weekly, monthly or annually by example. Subscriptions can be bought directly on the web or through the Apple App Store and Google Play, each with its own billing and cancellation route. Subscription fees are described as non-refundable apart from a few listed exceptions, and the terms reserve the right to suspend an account whose holder files a chargeback instead of contacting Cherry. A canceled subscriber falls back to the free tier at the end of the paid period.
Money and rules
The payout models are public and the rates are not. Cherry does not publish its revenue share percentage, its CPA amount, a payout minimum or a payout schedule on the program page; the commission detail sits behind approval, in the partner dashboard.
What the page does state is a set of conditions about traffic. The program is for compliant 18+ traffic, and the footer of the program page reads "18+ audiences only. Affiliate content and claims must follow Cherry policy, platform rules, and applicable law." Approval depends on traffic source, audience fit and compliance, so a partner should expect to describe where the traffic comes from. The entry screen of the product itself asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or older, and the terms require users to be at least 18.
The product's policy pages add rules that touch affiliates indirectly, because a creative has to match what the product allows. The terms prohibit content depicting or intended to depict anyone under 18 in a mature context, along with content promoting illegal or violent activities. The human trafficking and exploitation policy, last updated March 12, 2026, states zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation and abuse, bans child sexual abuse material in any form, and says violations lead to immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement. The footer also lists an 18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption notice, a content complaints page and an appeals policy.
Who it suits and who it does not
Cherry fits an affiliate who already has adult, mobile-heavy traffic and wants an AI companion offer to run alongside other offers. A creator with a community that returns often has the clearest case for the RevShare path. A media buyer running paid campaigns has the clearest case for CPA, where a signup is the target. Both work from the same Everflow account, which helps a buyer who already reads Everflow reports for other programs.
It suits a partner who is comfortable applying before seeing rates. That is the main caveat: comparing Cherry's commission against another program's is only possible after approval.
It does not suit traffic that cannot be shown to be adult-only. The program describes itself as for compliant 18+ traffic and the approval step looks at compliance. It also does not suit anyone who wants to promote real performers. Everything on the product is AI-generated, and the trafficking policy says the platform depicts no real persons, so creatives that imply otherwise would misdescribe the product.
Finally, because the program describes itself as new, an affiliate who needs a long track record and a public rate card may prefer to wait. An affiliate who values being early will find the page's early partner framing aimed at exactly that preference.
