What this is
CAM4Pays is the affiliate program behind the CAM4 cam site, and the homepage bills it as "One Program, Three Top-Tier Brands": CAM4, the Naked News show and the fan site Tempted. It pays affiliates who send traffic, and it adds referral payouts for bringing in broadcasters, the site's word for performers, and other affiliates. The homepage pitch is to "transform your web traffic into a lucrative revenue stream", backed by tools and account managers. The terms name the contracting companies as Tropistream Corporation, N.V., trading as CAM4, CAM4PAYS and TEMPTED, and Languard Corporation, N.V., trading as NAKED NEWS. The site runs in English, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, French, Spanish and German, and its contest rules say both gay and straight traffic are accepted.
Joining is by application. The homepage says you can register right away with no wait for approvals or sales reps, while the terms say the company reviews each application and notifies you of acceptance or rejection, generally within two business days, and may reject for any reason. The terms also require your real identity and contact details, with no aliases.
How earning works here
You place the program's links and are paid for what the people who follow them do. The terms define where those links may go: on websites you own or control, in emails sent by you and clearly identified as coming from you, and in online advertisements. An affiliate who buys ads or mails an opt-in list is covered, and the terms add that you must follow the policies of any email provider, social networking service or ad network you use. The homepage "Choose your offer" block lists the ways to earn.
Revenue share. You are paid a percentage of the spending of the users you send. As of October 2026 the homepage words it as "Earn 20% of every dollar spent on site."
Pay per lead. "Pay Per Lead SOI & DOI" pays for single and double opt-in signups, at a rate that depends on the country tier of the traffic. In October 2026 the homepage describes it as "Earn up to $2 based on GEO Tiers".
Pay per sale. Listed as an offer, with the instruction to contact your account manager to learn more.
Broadcaster referrals. This is the route for anyone who knows performers and can bring them to CAM4 as broadcasters: a one-time amount tied to the broadcaster's first earnings, then a continuing share. The homepage offer, read in October 2026, is "Earn $20 for the first $20 a broadcaster earns + an additional 5% revenue share on earnings."
Affiliate referral. A share of what the affiliates you bring in earn. The homepage in October 2026 puts it as "Earn 5% of every dollar earned by the affiliates you refer."
Attribution. The terms pay on a last-link basis. A Qualified Action counts for you only when your link was the last link the person used to reach the site. The same definition excludes automated or scripted visitors, pre-populated form fields, and anyone the brands later judge fraudulent, incomplete, unqualified or a duplicate. The pages do not state how long a click stays attributed.
Promotion without a site. The homepage says you can promote CAM4 with banners, pop-ups and plain links. Landers and tours let you create landing pages for CAM4, generate pages for specific models and add sub affiliate codes so you can compare how each page performs. A custom postback can notify your own systems of leads, verifications, sales and other events, which is what a media buyer needs to feed a tracker. The homepage says the program is powered by HasOffers, with reports, exports and data APIs for every affiliate, and one of its case studies lists smart links among the features a partner uses.
For site owners. Affiliates who run a site can go further with cam directory feeds, live show feeds, branded embeds, a white label builder, an API and a merchant integration for selling tokens through their own processing.
Networks. The terms allow an affiliate that runs its own affiliate network to place the links there for its sub-affiliates. Each one has to accept the agreement first, may not modify the links, and stays the network's responsibility until the brand has that party's full contact details on record.
Contests. A contest page shows how the program promotes itself to affiliates. It describes a "Gold Rush" that ran from October 1st to November 30th with weekly cash awards and raffle draws for the affiliates who brought in the most new customers, and a grand prize at the end. New customers there meant new token purchasers from a named list of countries that includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and Australia. The page lists past winners by account code, so it documents a finished promotion, not an open offer. It states that affiliate payouts on leads stayed the same as the usual payouts, and that every affiliate in good standing was entered automatically.
The sign-up area mentions "Pink Label" and a "new CAM4Pays dashboard". If you already have an account, it offers to continue with it or open a new one under a different email, and warns that a new account does not carry over old data or stats. The homepage describes CAM4 as "on the market for over 18 years" with a global community of performers, which is the site's own claim.
Money and rules
Payout model. Commission per Qualified Action: a share of spending, a flat amount per lead or per sale, or a referral share, depending on the offer. The terms say the brand tracks all links and decides on Qualified Actions and commissions in its sole discretion, and that the company does not guarantee any specific amount of commissions.
Threshold and schedule. The two pages differ on timing. In October 2026 the homepage says "CAM4Pays affiliates enjoy fast bi-weekly payments for earnings over $100". The terms say commissions are paid monthly, "provided that your account is currently greater than $100", and that a smaller balance rolls over each month until that amount is reached.
Chargebacks and holds. The company reserves the right to charge back to your account previously paid Qualified Actions that are later found not to have qualified. Under the remedies clause the brands can also delete actions, withhold and freeze unpaid commissions or charge back paid ones if they decide you broke the agreement or receive complaints they believe show a breach, whether or not those commissions came from the breach.
Invoices and disputes. The brands generate the invoice for your commissions themselves and pay against it. The terms require a disputed invoice to be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date, after which claims based on it are waived. If your own tracking shows a discrepancy, you send your reports, the two sides try to reconcile, and where they cannot the brand's numbers govern. Commissions are payable only to the extent the brands have received the money from their clients, and a brand may offset anything you owe it against what it owes you.
Traffic and content rules. Emails must comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act and carry an opt-out link, and the company may ask to approve an email before it goes out. Links may not be placed on chat rooms or bulletin boards without written agreement, and brand ads may not go on online auction platforms. Pop-ups must be identified as served by the affiliate. The fraud clause bans automated clicks and form fills, spyware, cookie stuffing and click fraud. Your own pages may not copy the look of the program's site or suggest endorsement, and must post a privacy policy.
Changes and termination. The company can modify the terms by notifying you by email, the change takes effect 10 business days after that notice, and if you do not accept it you may terminate without penalty within that period. Brands can also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of an offer or link. You can leave at any time by removing the links. The company can end your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Validly accrued payments survive termination. The terms were last revised on 02/06/2025.
License. You may use the links only while you are a member in good standing, you may not alter or create derivative works of the brand's graphics or copy, and the company can revoke the license by written notice.
The site does not publish its payout methods.
Who it suits and who it does not
CAM4Pays suits an affiliate who wants a choice of payout models under one account: a share of spending for traffic that keeps buying, a per-lead fee for volume, and a negotiated per-sale deal through a manager. A media buyer gets a postback and sub affiliate codes for tracking, and the terms name online advertisements and email as accepted places for links. It also fits a promoter who takes both gay and straight traffic, and someone with performer contacts who can use the broadcaster referral without sending any traffic at all.
The caveats are concrete. The payout schedule reads bi-weekly on the homepage and monthly in the terms, and balances under the floor roll forward, so a small affiliate can wait several cycles to cash out. Attribution goes to the last link, so a visitor who arrives through you and returns through another affiliate is not yours. The brand decides what counts as a Qualified Action and can charge back, so keep clean traffic and your own records, and read each invoice promptly because the terms put a deadline on disputes. Much of the tool set, the feeds, embeds and site-building kit, is built for people with a site and adds little for a link-only promoter.
