What XcamsPower is
XcamsPower, at xcams-power.com, is a webcam affiliate program that promotes the live cam sites Xcams and WebcamSex. It pays affiliates who send traffic that turns into paying customers, through a lifetime revenue share or a per-sale payout set by the customer's geography. It also runs referral commissions for bringing in other affiliates and a separate referral for models. The site is offered in English, French, Dutch and German, and the program concentrates on European and Dutch-speaking traffic. The terms name the contracting company as DNX Network Sarl and place the contract under Luxembourg law.
Registration is an account sign-up confirmed by email, with no joining fee stated. A site is not required: the FAQ answers the question directly and says an affiliate without one can simply promote Xcams.com or WebcamSex.com under the lifetime revshare or per-sale program. The program describes itself as a strong player with more than 15 years of experience in the cams field, a claim made by the site itself.
How earning works here
There are two payout programs for an affiliate who promotes the brands by link. Revenue share pays a percentage of what referred customers spend and is described as a lifetime share on all revenue generated per new member. Pay per sale pays a fixed amount for each new client, with the amount set by geographic zone and a minimum first purchase required to validate the sale. Affiliates who own a domain have a third option, a white label cam site built on the program's editor, which carries its own share and its own per-sale table.
The revenue share is transaction based. The FAQ says the percentage is applied to the value of the pack a client buys, without VAT, and that the commission is credited when the purchase is made and not as the credits are consumed. It also describes a scale: the more revenue an affiliate generates in a 15-day pay period, the higher the percentage, and a higher level applies only to the revenue within that band and not retroactively. Purchases made by phone billing are paid per minute at rates that vary by country and are shown inside the account. The terms add that revenue share is reduced by cancellations or repudiations of payments, so chargebacks come out of the affiliate's share.
The brands behind the offers are described on the sites page. Xcams is presented as the number one European live cam site, with payment methods for each country, and the site claims more than 60,000 registered models and over 400 models online at any time of day. Those are the site's own numbers. WebcamSex is the site for the Dutch market, described as the program's flagship, with promising results since its launch several years ago. The program claims WebcamSex promoters get higher shares on Dutch traffic than anywhere else in the webcam industry, and its pitch for Xcams is to send European traffic, which it says converts through a selection of European performers and local payment methods.
Tracking and tools are covered on the promo tools page and in the FAQ. A tracking field on each link lets the affiliate pass any value, such as an ID or a keyword, and see it against each sale. Statistics show sales about 5 minutes after purchase. Text links send traffic to a specific page of the cam site. A model highlight banner promotes a specific model's stream. Live feed banners show real models rotating in an HTML banner, a banner rotation script displays the better-performing creatives, and pop-unders can open live feed content or niche landing pages behind the visitor's active window. A webcam gallery, an iframe banner, an exit pop-in and an API serve affiliates who place the tools on a site of their own.
Referrals are the second-tier layer. The payout page says referring affiliates to XcamsPower is a way to increase earnings and offers two referral programs, one that pays a higher rate for a limited term and one that pays a lower rate for life. The FAQ says there is no limit on the number of affiliates that can be referred and that the program type is chosen when the referral link is picked. Referring models to Xcams-Models is the creator-referral route, also with a limited term. The page adds a firm rule: it is strictly prohibited for escort sites to promote the XcamsModels platform in any way, and a violation closes the related account.
A promotion for German traffic sits on the payout page. It pays a flat lifetime revenue share on every new client who makes a transaction from Germany, and it overrides the affiliate's original payout for those clients. It applies only to newly referred users with a German IP address, and transactions from outside Germany fall back to the affiliate's normal rates. New affiliates are also offered a sign-up bonus tied to reaching an earnings target within the first 60 days, which the FAQ says requires contacting the affiliate representative to enroll.
Conduct is set out in the terms. The affiliate creates and runs campaigns at their own expense and responsibility, and must submit self-made campaign material to the company for approval before using it. Unsolicited email is banned. The affiliate must keep identity, contact and bank information current in the Affiliate Space and is responsible for the login identifiers. The terms bar registering trademarks or domain names that copy or misspell the program's brands. They also define prohibited zones where campaigns may not be run at all, a list that includes Algeria, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Pakistan, Qatar and Singapore among others.
Money and rules
Payment mechanics are the most concrete part. Payments go out twice a month: activity for the first 15 days of the month is paid on the 20th, and activity for the last 15 days is paid on the 5th of the following month. The affiliate must reach the minimum payment threshold and have payment details up to date, and the terms say the affiliate triggers the payment in the Affiliate Space, with a self-invoice created for each payment. The payout page says payments are made in EUR or USD and also in Bitcoin and USDC, while the terms speak of the affiliate's bank account. An account's currency cannot be changed once set.
In October 2026 the payout page lists a 35% lifetime revshare on revenue from new members on Xcams or WebcamSex. The FAQ in the same month puts the minimum payout at $100 per 15-day period, and earnings below that are added to the following period.
Per the payout page of October 2026, the pay per sale on the two brands runs across geographic zones, from $380 for a new client in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg or Switzerland down to $160 for the rest of the world, with a middle zone for the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. A sale counts only when the client's purchase reaches a minimum of 30€ excluding VAT. The German promotion is a 35% flat revshare net of VAT, and the affiliate referral programs are 10% for 12 months or 3% for life.
The contract terms deserve a look before sending volume. The terms say payout amounts, percentages and durations are modified on average every 3 months and that changes apply to campaigns already running. Either side can end the contract with prior notice. On termination remuneration is frozen and is paid only after a waiting period fixed in the terms. VAT handling depends on where the affiliate's company sits, with the FAQ distinguishing Luxembourg, the rest of Europe and everywhere else.
Who it suits and who it does not
XcamsPower suits an affiliate with European, Dutch or German traffic who wants to promote two cam brands by link, with or without a site. The twice-monthly schedule and the zone-by-zone amounts on the payout page make planning straightforward, and a media buyer can use the tracking field to match sales to keywords or placements. An affiliate in contact with models or other affiliates has the referral programs.
The caveats are narrow but real. The per-sale amounts drop sharply outside the top zone, so traffic from other regions earns the rest-of-the-world rate. The minimum payout per 15-day period is a hurdle for a small affiliate. Rates can change every few months under the terms, and a departing affiliate waits out a fixed period for the last payment. Escort sites may not promote the model referral, and a list of countries is closed to campaigns. It is also not a program for performers, apart from the model referral offer.
