What MyLust is

MyLust.com is a free amateur and homemade video site, and its Content Partners Program is aimed at producers of amateur video who want their work shown there. A separate Models Program page, titled "Make Money With Your Content," recruits performers. Both programs work the same way: a producer or performer contacts the site, and a manager walks them through the offer. The site is in English, and its footer groups Advertisement, Webmasters, Content Partners and Models under a collaboration heading. Neither program page names a fee to join, and neither prints a rate or split.

How earning works here

Content partners. The partners page puts the pitch in two moves. First it sets a quality bar: "quality isn't just talk - it's everything," and the site says its fans come back "because they expect only the hottest homemade and amateur porn out there." Then it invites contact: "If you've got top-tier amateur videos that can keep our users glued to the screen, we want to hear from you," adding that it has "an offer you won't want to pass up." The deal itself is described only as a partnership "that'll put cash in your pocket and keep traffic coming strong," with a dedicated account manager who "will walk you through all the juicy details." The earning route is a negotiated deal with an account manager, reached through a contact link on the page, not a sign-up form and a dashboard.

Models. The Models page speaks to performers rather than studios. It says the site teams up with established names in adult and gives exposure to "fresh, standout amateur talent that deserves way more eyeballs." It is always looking for performers "who bring real energy on cam," whether they are "just starting out or already a pro looking to show off on more platforms," and it promises the spotlight and access to "a massive, dedicated crowd of millions who love amateur porn." One of its managers then reaches out to discuss details, with the line "Let's make you a star and stack those earnings together." The audience size is the site's own claim. The public models section shows what a performer joins: profiles for female, male and trans performers, couples and amateurs alongside professionals, each holding stats, galleries and videos, from models around the world.

The site a partner joins. The home page describes "fast-streaming amateur sex videos" and says all videos are exclusive and free, with "No credit card, no signup, no strings." Navigation lists Videos, Photos, Shorts, Albums, a 4K section, Categories, Pornstars, Channels, Community and Playlists, so partner video can be browsed by category, performer and channel. Viewers can save favorites, queue videos for later and build playlists, and signed-in users get a viewing history and recommendations. Each video page shows tags, a view count and an approval percentage, and carries a report control with the reasons Inappropriate, Error (no video, no sound), Copyrighted material and Other.

Paid tier. The terms say the site links to third-party affiliates it does not own or operate, naming MyLustVIP.com, which charges its users fees. The terms also describe an Embeddable Player limited to personal, non-commercial websites, so it is not a way to earn.

Money and rules

The partners and models pages say the offer brings "cash" and "earnings," and leave the figures to the manager. The pages publish no payout percentage, price per video or payout method. The terms add that the site reserves the right to charge for any of its services and to change its fees at its sole discretion.

The terms set the rules for anything uploaded, which the site calls User Submissions. Users must be at least 18, or the age of majority where that is higher. For every submission the uploader warrants that they own it or hold the rights to it, that no one under 18 appears, that they have inspected and keep written documentation under 18 U.S.C. 2257 confirming everyone shown is over 18, and that they hold written consent or a release from each identifiable person. Prohibited material includes anything copyrighted without permission, obscene, illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful or invasive of privacy, anything depicting illegal acts, physical harm or cruelty to animals, impersonation and spam.

The license is broad. Uploaders keep their copyright but grant MyLust a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, non-cancelable and sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, modify and create derivative works of the material, and grant other users the right to stream and download it for personal use. The terms say submissions cannot always be withdrawn and that the site may refuse, remove or block any submission for any reason or none. Under its repeat-infringer policy, a user whose uploads draw 3 good-faith copyright complaints within 6 months is barred, and a DMCA agent receives notices.

The terms can be amended at any time by posting a new version, with the revision date at the top and no other notice, and continued use counts as acceptance. Claims fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Anguilla. The privacy policy says registration is required to upload videos, and that any content a user discloses, including videos, comments and the profile page, "becomes publicly available and may be collected and used by others," that username, age, relationship status and gender become public if provided, and that the site records IP addresses automatically.

Who it suits

It suits a producer or performer with finished amateur material who is comfortable with a conversation-first deal and wants exposure on a free site that says it reaches millions. A model already established elsewhere fits the Models page's own wording about showing off on more platforms, and a couple or trans performer will find those groups in the models section. It is an amateur and homemade site, so polished studio work is not the audience it describes.

It does not suit a creator who needs a published split or payout schedule before spending time, or one who wants a self-serve dashboard with tracked earnings, because the pages describe none. The broad, perpetual license in the terms is the other caveat: a producer granting it gives the site wide rights over any video uploaded, and uploads cannot always be withdrawn.
