What it is
TrafficPartner is a global performance marketing company that runs its own portfolio of consumer brands and pays publishers for traffic that converts. It describes itself as a direct advertiser, not a network and not a marketplace, and says it has operated since 1997. Its brand portfolio covers flirt chat, sexting chat, live cam, AI-driven experiences and community entertainment, so for an affiliate it works as a dating program that also reaches into cam and AI companion verticals. Publishers register through a publisher sign-up, and the terms say participation is free of charge for partners. The homepage claims 50+ exclusive brands operating across 100+ GEOs, which are the company's own figures. The terms name the contracting company as TrafficPartner B.V., based in Venlo in the Netherlands.
For an earner without a site, the practical meaning is a single partner with several adult-leaning consumer verticals under one account, paid on the model that fits the traffic. The terms define a partner as someone who promotes offers on their own or third-party websites, in an email, or as the operator of a network of sub-publishers, so owning a site is one route among several.
How earning works here
The offers are brands, not third-party campaigns. The homepage says every brand in the portfolio is scaled and optimized through one shared infrastructure, and it groups the brands by what they sell. Flirt chat is described as high-converting flirt experiences. Sexting chat is described as premium messaging brands tuned for engagement and retention. CAM is described as high-performance live cam brands. AI experiences are next-generation AI-driven brands, and community entertainment covers scalable community brands built for long-term engagement. An affiliate who works dating can therefore also place cam and AI traffic with the same company, and a reader who arrives from a cam affiliate list or an AI affiliate list lands on the same program.
Monetization is the part with the most detail. The homepage lists the models a publisher can pick from: smartlink, direct campaign, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPS and revenue share, with a partner success layer. The terms explain how any of them turns into money. A partner creates a campaign, which generates affiliate links, and is paid when an end customer performs a pre-determined action, called a conversion. Which conversions are paid, and how much, is defined in the individual offer description or in the campaign creation process, and combinations of conversions can be paid too. The platform's own tracking is decisive for counting conversions and calculating the remuneration. Payment is due only when a conversion was tracked, approved by the advertiser and confirmed by TrafficPartner, and involved no misuse.
The traffic types named are search, social, display, native, push, email and direct, on mobile web and desktop. The company says all brands run on mobile web and desktop. Support is described as live statistics and reporting, dedicated account management, individual optimization, data-driven recommendations and continuous brand development. The page adds that the company analyzes a traffic source's characteristics and performance data, then recommends the brands, GEOs and monetization models for that partner, with continuous testing.
The terms are specific about email. Emails on behalf of the company or the advertiser may be sent only as recommendation emails, with the partner acting as the sender. The sender address is the partner's own and must not carry product names or advertiser names, an imprint is required in the footer of every email, and the unsubscribe link must work without detours, so double opt-out and compulsory login are not allowed. Duplicate dispatches to the same address must be avoided, and the partner has to disclose addresses whose owners unsubscribed. A contractual penalty set at the company's discretion applies to breaches, up to a stated ceiling. Consent must be collected by double opt-in, and the partner must be able to prove when and where. Only advertising that complies with the contract and the specific offer description is paid, and budgets and volume caps apply: exceeding a cap is not paid.
Being a direct advertiser changes what the partner relationship looks like. The company's pitch is exclusive access to brands it operates itself, which it says it has optimized and scaled for nearly three decades. For a publisher this means the company that owns the product also sets the offer terms, the caps and the payment, so one contact covers brand questions, traffic fit and payout questions. The page calls the result live optimization, with the portfolio brands adjusted as traffic data comes in.
Account setup runs by email. Companies and individuals over 18 may register, and the company reserves the right to check a partner's identity and to refuse a registration without giving reasons. After registration is accepted the partner receives a confirmation email and gains access by clicking the activation link, and an account that is not activated is canceled after 60 days, though re-registering is possible. A partner who runs a network of sub-publishers must pass the terms on to them and is liable for their conduct.
Two adjacent products sit on the site. The first is CreatorTraffic, described as part of the TrafficPartner network and as a self-serve, CPC-based RTB ad network built to grow OnlyFans fans and subscribers, for individual creators and professional management agencies alike. This is the advertiser side: a creator buys clicks there, not earns from them. The second is a published review of large adult traffic sources that compares ad networks such as Twinred, ExoClick, Plugrush and TrafficStars on deposits, formats and targeting, which is useful context for a media buyer even though those are other companies.
Money and rules
Payment is performance-related and settled by credit note. The publisher terms describe the procedure: the company credits remuneration to the partner's account through the payment method the partner selected. A credit note is released only once the account has been reviewed and the partner has uploaded the documents the platform asks for. In October 2026 the terms set the minimum payout amount at 50 EUR, or 100 EUR for an account not operating under the IBAN/BIC system. Once the minimum is reached, an electronic credit note is issued at the latest 15 days after the end of each billing period, which the partner can view and download from the platform. A balance under the minimum stays in the account and rolls into the next month. A partner can ask for a payment below the minimum, and the bank fees are then deducted from that amount. No interest is paid on the credit balance. The contractual penalty for a breach is set at the company's discretion, up to a ceiling of 10.000 EUR.
The site does not publish its payout rates. They sit in each offer description, and the terms let the company change or end an offer, or its remuneration, with 24 hours' notice.
General traffic rules apply to every offer. Spyware, VPN and proxy traffic, and streaming or torrent sites are not allowed. Adware, incentivized traffic and virtual currency traffic are allowed only where an offer says so, and the same goes for SMS marketing. Where the law requires age verification for the advertised service, the partner must verify the users' minimum age. Bidding on search terms that belong to an advertiser needs prior consent, and ads may not be placed in illegal contexts. Misuse can lead to immediate suspension and unpaid remuneration.
The contract runs for an indefinite term and either side can end it in writing at any time. Conversions generated up to that date are still processed, and the remaining balance is paid in the next billing cycle unless it is very small. German law applies, with Hamburg as the place of jurisdiction for merchants.
Who it suits and who it does not
TrafficPartner suits an established publisher who can send varied traffic, especially email, native, push or search, and wants several adult-adjacent verticals from one direct advertiser, with a smartlink for testing and a manager to optimize. An affiliate working in dating, cam or AI companion niches at once gets one contract instead of three. A publisher whose account does not run on IBAN and BIC should note the higher minimum payout.
It suits less well a beginner who wants published rates before applying, and a sender who cannot meet the email rules, because the penalty clause is strict. Buyers of VPN, proxy or incentivized traffic are excluded by the general rules. Creators looking to be paid will find that CreatorTraffic is a place to buy traffic, not to earn.
