What the business is

SecretUndies (secretundies.com) is a marketplace for worn underwear and foot photos, with pages in German, English and several other languages. Sellers earn by listing individual products under a username, buyers pay at the platform's checkout, and payouts follow the time limits and conditions in the site's terms (AGB). Sellers choose a package called Starter, Premium or VIP, each with fees and product limits, and a platform fee on sales applies on top of the monthly package price.

The site's own line is "Earn money from worn underwear. Sell under a username with clear rules." It also runs a creator program for sellers who want help setting up a shop. In short: sellers pay a monthly package and a fee on each sale, and the platform stresses rules, age checks and careful listings over income claims.

How earning works here

Selling on SecretUndies is a listing business. The English seller guide says to choose a few categories and options that fit your time and boundaries, and to describe each product individually instead of making one broad promise for the whole profile. A buyer should see material, size, condition, the available option, preparation and delivery. The guide's reason is practical: missing details create more work later and raise the chance of a disagreement.

The guide gives a communication routine. A seller picks realistic response hours and answers purchase questions inside the marketplace, without handing out private contact details or explaining a personal boundary again and again. It suggests short saved principles rather than identical replies, and answering the actual listing. When a request falls outside the offer or the rules, the seller stops there.

On pricing, the guide tells sellers to calculate from their own process. The price should cover the item, its preparation, packing materials, marketplace costs and dispatch effort, because a copied competitor price can leave work unpaid or make an offer hard to fulfill. The price stays tied to the option the buyer selected, and new or more complex work should be published clearly before it is sold. For fulfillment the guide recommends an order and dispatch checklist: match the item and option to the order, verify the delivery details and pack securely.

Buyers find sellers by browsing. The homepage says a buyer can browse and order as a guest, and needs an account only for chats and for posting their own requests ("eigene Gesuche"). The buyer FAQ tells buyers to compare description, profile, reviews, total price and shipping across similar offers, and to settle open questions in the platform chat before confirming in the checkout. The English page presents profiles and reviews as the guidance on seller quality, which makes a seller's profile and review history part of how sales happen.

Foot photos have their own guide, "Fußbilder verkaufen". It says a seller can shoot product photos without a face, and should watch for tattoos, reflections, backgrounds and other features that could identify the seller. It also tells sellers to use a pseudonym and a separate email address and to check the EXIF data before uploading, while saying this cannot guarantee full anonymity. On earnings it is plain: a reliable monthly income cannot be stated before starting, it depends on orders, prices, platform costs and time spent, sellers should plan for several possible sales numbers including months without an order, and its price examples are not an earnings forecast. As to how long a first sale takes, it says some sellers sell in the first week and others need a few weeks.

The page "OnlyFans-Alternative ohne nackt zu sein" positions the site as a way to earn without nude images. It says a seller shows the underwear on factual product photos without a face, that the platform rules apply even without nudity, and that required verification data is not replaced by it. Its FAQ adds that only underwear and a smartphone for photos are needed.

Shipping is covered in a separate guide. The site describes neutral outer packaging, tracking and parcel lockers, and the FAQ tells buyers to clarify preparation, rough delivery time and tracking before purchase if those points matter to them. A buyer should not start a second payment when an order's status is unclear, but should sort out the existing one. For a problem, the FAQ says to keep the order number, the agreed content and the observed status, then contact the seller in the order chat, with support available if that fails.

The creator program is a separate route. Its page says sellers apply with a short description of what they do, who follows them and what they plan for the shop. The team reviews the application confidentially and replies by email, and the conditions, including fees and possible special terms, are discussed for each applicant and set out in a written offer. It says an applicant must be at least 18, that a managed shop can include help with setup, presentation, product texts and launch planning depending on the agreement, and that shipping and ongoing communication are not automatically included. Content is not a precondition, and personal boundaries and platform rules always apply. Items named as a fit include personal clothing, outfits and selected fan items within the marketplace rules. The form asks applicants not to send IDs, payment data or confidential documents.

Money and rules

  • Payment path: the buyer pays at order through SecretUndies, and the site says payouts follow the time limits and conditions in its terms. The "OnlyFans-Alternative" page adds that a received payment and a payable balance are separate steps, and that open checks or disputes can delay a payout.
  • Costs: a seller picks a sales package, Starter, Premium or VIP, each with its own fees and product limits. The homepage says a platform fee on sales applies on top of the monthly package price, and tells sellers to compare current costs and product limits before starting. It does not print the package prices or the fee rate.
  • Creator program terms: applying is free and non-binding. Before starting, an accepted creator receives a personal offer listing platform fees, any package costs and optional support, and special placements or extra services are agreed explicitly.
  • Price examples: the foot-photo guide gives calculation examples for 6 product types (single images, sets, custom orders, exclusive images sold once, short clips and a monthly subscription), which it says are not proven sale prices. As read in October 2026 they start at 5 euros for a single image and top out at 150 euros for exclusive images sold once. It adds "Die Preisbeispiele oben sind keine Verdienstprognose" (the price examples above are not an earnings forecast).
  • Age: trade between adults is allowed in principle, the site says it sets clear rules and requires an age check, and creator program applicants must be at least 18.
  • Identity and anonymity: a seller can appear under a username, but the site says complete anonymity is not possible. Personal data needed for ordering, payment and shipping is processed, and correct identity details can be required for verification, billing and payout.

Who it suits and who it does not

SecretUndies suits a seller who prefers a rules-based marketplace with product-level listings, who is happy to work under a username, and who wants to sell without nude images or a face. The foot-photo and underwear guides give a seller concrete steps, and the creator program offers setup help to someone who would like a managed shop and has a reason to apply.

It is less suited to a seller who wants anonymity from the operator, since the site says it cannot offer it. A seller who needs numbers to plan around will find few: the site itself says monthly income cannot be forecast, and it does not print the package prices or the platform fee rate on the pages that describe them. Every sale also means individual work, from chat answers to packing and dispatch, and the foot-photo guide says some sellers sell within the first week while others need a few weeks. The costs are 2 layers, a monthly package and a fee on sales, and the package is due even in a month without orders.
