What the Hentaied affiliate program is
Hentaied runs an affiliate program that pays a commission on membership sales made through an affiliate's traffic. The affiliate terms name Romero Multimedia KFT as the contracting company, and the site's general terms place that company under the laws of Hungary and the courts of Budapest. The membership site being promoted calls itself the only real life hentai site, built on CGI with alien, monster and tentacle themes, and says it was created after 15 years of directing custom fetish videos. The program pays affiliates only. It has no creator or performer side.
What sets it apart from most paysite programs is that the commission tier depends on how the affiliate uses the studio's material. An affiliate who simply sends traffic is in one position, one who surrounds trailers with ads is in another, and one who wants to use full scenes has to pay a licensing fee and sign a separate agreement. That structure shapes everything below.
How earning works
The model is a revenue share on initial sales and on rebills. The terms say an affiliate earns a commission, at the rate of their tier, on traffic directed to the company that results in a sale, as tracked by the program's affiliate software. For promotion, affiliates may use the trailers, banners and images the studio provides. The footer of the site carries a Join as affiliate link, which is where sign-up starts.
Section 7 of the terms sets out 3 tiers, and the tier is decided by behavior, not by sales volume. The Gold Tier is for affiliates who direct traffic or use the trailers without embedding advertisements within the content. The Silver Tier is for affiliates who use the trailers and include advertisements on the content, and it keeps the same share of initial sales while cutting the share of rebills. The Bronze Tier is for affiliates who have agreed to use the content but opted to modify their payout structure, and who therefore sit outside the royalty fee schedule; it pays the lower rate on both initial sales and rebills.
Put plainly, an affiliate who only directs traffic to the site by link qualifies for the Gold Tier under that wording, because nothing is wrapped around the studio's content. The other tiers exist for promoters who place ads on the material or republish it. Using full scenes for advertising is a licensed use: the terms prohibit it without prior payment of the licensing fee, quote that fee per million views on tube sites, require that view counts be publicly accessible, and require an agreement with Romero Multimedia KFT.
What the affiliate is promoting is a niche fetish paysite, which is why the program also belongs among fetish affiliate programs. The home page describes content that plays with fetishes drawn from hentai, naming monster, slime and horror themes alongside tentacles and alien characters, and presents the studio as one of the few CGI adult companies in the world. It says the studio has won XBIZ and AVN awards, including a best fetish site award at Xbiz in 2023 after 11 AVN nominations, and that it films with 8K cinema cameras. Those are the studio's own statements. The site also has games and a crowdfunding section, and its join banner advertises a membership with 12-site access.
The studio points to other sites run by its team and describes them as the Hentaied network, among them a futanari site, a parasite-themed site and a sex-fight site. The affiliate terms are written for traffic sent to Romero Multimedia KFT as a company, and the futanari line appears in them by name, because full-scene licensing for futanari content carries its own, higher fee.
The site also publishes policies that tell an affiliate what kind of operator stands behind the offer. A complaints policy invites anyone who comes across illegal or abusive content to report it, says the compliance team investigates within five business days, and says illegal content is removed immediately. An appeal policy says that where content shows an identifiable individual, the studio reviews whether valid consent was obtained, removes or disables the content if it cannot confirm it, and refers unresolved disputes to an independent third party at its own cost. The footer links a 2257 record-keeping compliance statement.
Money and rules
Commissions are paid upon request, provided the conditions of the agreement have been met. Payment is issued through methods the company specifies, and the affiliate bears any transaction expenses. In October 2026 the affiliate terms list the Gold Tier at 42.5% of initial sales plus an additional 42.5% on rebills, the Silver Tier at 42.5% of initial sales plus 12.5% on rebills, and the Bronze Tier at 12.5% on both. Under section 3.2, the licensing fee for full content on tube sites is $700 per million views, or $900 per million views for futanari content. The terms do not name the payout methods or set a payout minimum.
The penalties are tied to content use. If an affiliate uses full content without paying the licensing fee, the terms say the balance is reset to zero, and once any owed royalties are settled the commission rate is adjusted to the lowest tier's rate. The company can terminate an affiliate at any time for breach, with immediate effect. On termination for breach the balance is again reset to zero, no further commissions are paid, and the affiliate owes any royalties as the company estimates them.
There is one stated traffic and content rule. Affiliates may not associate the company with any content or keywords that are on the Visa/Mastercard blacklist or are deemed illegal or unethical. Breaking it means immediate termination, a balance reset to zero and potential legal action, and payouts stay suspended until outstanding royalties are settled. The company can amend the agreement at any time; affiliates are notified, and continued participation counts as acceptance.
Who it suits
The program suits an affiliate who promotes through links and trailers and sends visitors to the site without wrapping the material in ads. That is the arrangement the Gold Tier rewards, and it is the simplest to run. A promoter whose audience follows monster, tentacle or horror-themed CGI content, or one that already works with fetish audiences, will find the offer matches. Payment on request suits someone who wants to draw a balance when it is needed and not on a fixed cycle.
It is a harder fit for anyone who wants to republish the studio's scenes. The licensing fee, the public view count requirement and the need for a direct agreement all add work, and a mistake there costs the whole balance. The program covers one studio's niche, so it does not diversify an affiliate's offers, and the short terms leave the payout rails to the company's choice. A creator or performer looking to be paid for appearing in content is outside its scope, since it pays only for sales.
