What TalkToMe.com is

TalkToMe.com is a phone, text and web chat marketplace for adult conversation. It recruits talkers, as it calls its performers, who take phone calls, voyeur calls, text chats, web chats, video calls and paid messages from callers. It runs a toll-free line, 1-800-TalkToMe, and a separate number for callers outside the USA. The talker registration page lists no joining fee and sets out three ways to earn under one sign-up: a TalkToMe.com listing, the company's Chat Line, and OnlyPhones.com, a profile route for performers who offer video calls or bring a social media following. A referral program pays a fixed credit for each referred customer, and both callers and talkers can use it.

The footer credits the site to TL Holdings with a 2010-2026 copyright line and says the site is "for entertainment purposes only". The talker sign-up page claims "Over 30 years experience in phone technology" and says the company handles billing and customer service, so a talker does not collect payment herself. The home page pitches the service as "Real People. Real Connections." Those are the site's own claims.

How earning works here

Three ways to earn. The registration page splits the offer into three routes, each with its own "Sign Up Now" button.

• A TalkToMe.com listing. The page says a listing is created "in minutes" and that a talker can post 1 to 3 unique profiles.
• Chat Line. The page promises "Immediate income using our Chat Lines", lets a talker connect when she wants and for as long as she wants, and says TalkToMe.com profiles are not required to use the lines. A talker can dial in to try the line before signing up, but a footnote says that trial "will not result in any earnings": chat line earnings accrue only after the account is created and the chat line system calls the talker to connect her.
• OnlyPhones.com. This route carries a condition: "You must offer video calls or have a social media following." The performer sets her own rates, creates a profile showing her social media links, can "Sell Photos and videos and custom videos", and gets a personalized phone number to share with her customer base and add to a website, blog or social accounts. The same list ends with "Refer Creators and get paid on their earnings", a second referral route for bringing in other performers.

The services a talker sells. The home page lets callers filter talkers by call, live text chat, video call, voyeur call and message. Each listing shows a per-minute call price, a minimum call length where the talker requires one, and separate prices for voyeur calls, text chat and messages. Those prices differ from listing to listing, and they are what the caller pays, not what the talker keeps.

How callers connect and pay. Callers can call the toll-free line and enter an account number, a PIN and a profile number, or start a session on the site and have the system call them. They add money to a wallet whose funds "work for any service, with any talker on our site", or add a credit card to pay as they go. A caller is disconnected when the balance runs out, and new accounts must add and verify a phone number first. Web chat is sold by the minute or in prepaid blocks of minutes, texting is charged per message the caller sends and needs a smart phone, and a caller can also pay to leave a talker a voicemail. A first text-only introductory message to a talker is free; further messages, and messages with attachments, are priced.

Discovery. TalkToMe lists talkers on a browsable home page with an "Available now" or busy status, star ratings with review counts, and a sort and filter control. The footer groups talkers as Female, Male and Trans Women and links a Reviews page, and the top menu carries sections named Cougars, Sex Advice, OnlyPhones, Men, Cams, Feed, Store and Chat Line. Some listings carry a "Get callback" option. The footer also links a Custom Videos page, and the terms refer to a talker's own store, for which she is responsible for everything she uploads.

Referral program (the CPA-style route). The affiliate page opens with "Callers make money with TalkToMe.com" and pays per referred customer, not as a share of spending. In October 2026 it says: "Earn $50 for every customer you refer to TalkToMe.com, once that new customer spends $50." The steps are:

• find the account number at the bottom of the main menu after signing in;
• add ?uaid= and that number to the end of any TalkToMe.com link;
• replace the sample number, or the referral is not credited to you.

The page shows examples for the home page, a talker profile and the signup page, and tells referrers to point friends, web traffic or social media accounts at the link. It says "the wallet credit arrives on its own as referrals spend." Talkers are told they can use the program too: with the account number on any link, the page says the credit goes to the talker's earnings for each referred customer who meets the spending condition. The affiliate page does not state a cookie period for referral links.

Money and rules

Payment. Talkers are paid out of what callers spend on their listings, and the company runs the billing and customer service. All three routes on the registration page promise "Weekly payment options". The only percentage on that page belongs to the OnlyPhones.com route, which in October 2026 advertises "Earn Up To 80% Commission"; no share is printed for a standard TalkToMe.com listing or for the Chat Line. The help page points talkers to a Talker FAQ covering availability, profiles, rates, payouts and galleries. The registration page does not state the payout method or a minimum payout.

Sign-up requirements. The birthday field says "You must be at least 18 years old". Registration is a signed "Terms of Service & Content Consent Agreement": the performer gives a legal name, an optional stage name and a country of residence, and certifies that the government-issued identification provided with the form is her own and verifies her identity and age. She accepts the Talker Policy, the Terms and Conditions, the Age Verification Requirements, the Content Submission Requirements, the Live Video Session Content Policy and the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Requirements. For anything she uploads she certifies that every person shown is at least 18, has consented to appear, and that she holds the rights to the content. The signature is drawn on screen and counts as a legal electronic signature.

Monitoring. The agreement says trained, authorized staff can observe the audio and video of a live video session in real time. Monitoring is "live observation only": no audio or video of a live video session is recorded or retained, and the talker will not record, capture or retain any part of a session herself. She agrees not to disable, block or circumvent monitoring and consents to it under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and state consent laws. The platform may end a session immediately and without notice where it is or appears to be unlawful or against its policies or the rules of the card networks, and "any amount earned in that session may be forfeited".

Terms. The terms say profile content is removed within 5 business days of an account termination request. Content used in print promotional material can continue to be used royalty-free in the current campaign. "Any recorded calls that you have opted into while a member of the site will remain our content and we are free to continue selling in the future," and content users bought stays available to them. The terms say the site may record communication conducted through it, with an opt-out for phone call recording on the My Account page. Users may not post content created with artificial intelligence or deepfakes, and the site "is not a conduit for any, in person contact of any kind". The terms also describe the site as a hosting provider that does not warrant the quality of services between users.

Who it suits and who it does not

TalkToMe suits a talker who wants several formats from one account: calls, voyeur calls, text chat, web chat, video calls and paid messages, with the Chat Line as a way to take calls without building a profile first. It suits someone with her own following, because the referral link lets her send people to her profile and collect the referral credit once they meet the spending condition, and because the OnlyPhones.com route is built for performers with a social audience and a personalized number to share.

It also suits a talker who wants the platform to handle billing and customer service and who likes a weekly payment rhythm.

It is less suited to someone who needs to know her share before signing, since no percentage is printed for a standard listing. It is a poor fit for a talker who objects to live monitoring of video sessions, or who wants to keep full control of recorded calls she has opted into, given the clause above. The referral credit depends on a new caller's spending, which the talker does not control, and a session ended for a policy breach can cost the earnings of that session.
