Delivery and privacy are covered in the FAQ and terms. The packaging is discreet, with nothing written on the package about the product or the brand. For tier-1 cities, delivery takes 1 to 2 days from dispatch, and for tier-2 and tier-3 cities it takes 3 to 7 days. Orders go out through third-party courier partners. Money and rules

The payout model is a share of the order amount on every successful order, paid once a month by bank transfer, the only payout rail the page names. Your payouts will be credited via bank transfer." Joining is free, in the page's words "sign up today for free". As of October 2026 the rate is given as "10% of the order amount credited into your account".

The program page does not state how long its tracking cookie lasts.

The refund policy shapes what counts as a completed sale. The policy states that an order can be canceled before dispatch and not after, that shipped intimate products are not accepted back for hygiene and safety reasons, and that a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video proof, after which the store may offer an exchange of the same item. A prepaid order canceled before dispatch is refunded as "Naughty Coins" for future purchases.

The terms say the website is governed by the laws of India, with disputes going to the courts in Punjab, and that a user confirms being at least 18 or the legal age where they live.
