What Valm is

Valm is a sex toy brand that sells through its own online store, and it runs an Affiliate/Influencer Program that pays a percentage commission on referred orders. The program page describes the company as a manufacturer of pleasure products that are designed and produced in the USA. It pays affiliates and influencers who promote the brand on a website or on social networks, it sells in English with US shipping terms, and joining costs nothing: the FAQ says there are no hidden fees, monthly subscriptions or start-up costs. All commissions are paid through PayPal.

The program is a cost-per-sale arrangement, not a lead or signup bounty. The earner is paid when a referred customer places an order, and the rate is a share of that order. For a reader comparing CPA offers, that makes it a pay-per-sale offer on a physical product, tracked by cookie and credited on the last click.

How earning works

The program page splits into an affiliate track, an influencer track and a guest article perk, with a general FAQ beneath. The affiliate track is addressed to bloggers and content creators who want to earn through affiliate links, and the influencer track to social media creators. Influencers are asked to "produce unique content that highlights Valm on your website or social networks, including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), OnlyFans, etc." Naming OnlyFans there matters to an adult creator, since it puts promotion from a subscription profile inside the program's own description. The page calls the influencer track "perfect for influencers of all sizes", and says influencers can expect free products, social reposts, commissions and the possibility of being featured on the Valm website.

The FAQ says who the program is for. It lists micro and macro influencers, content creators who publish articles, videos or podcasts, brand advocates who already recommend Valm informally, and online marketers experienced in SEO, PPC or other forms of online marketing. It states that there is no stringent requirement for a set number of followers or for prior experience in affiliate marketing, but that affiliates are expected to adhere to ethical guidelines and standards when promoting the products.

Joining is a written sequence of 6 steps. An applicant visits the sign-up page, completes the online application form with details such as name, email address and social media handles, and submits it for review. The team reviews the application against the program criteria, and the FAQ says approval usually takes 1-3 business days. On approval the applicant receives an email with instructions for the Affiliate Dashboard, where they can track earnings and take promotional materials. They then promote with their unique affiliate links. The FAQ says earning can begin right away after that, and that the brand offers "comprehensive support and resources".

Tracking is spelled out in what the FAQ calls its Cookie and Credit Policy. The program uses a last-click attribution model: credit goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked last before the customer made a purchase, and if a customer clicks several affiliate links, the commission goes to the last one. A click stores a cookie on the customer's browser that stays active for 90 days and carries the affiliate's unique ID. Clicks and conversions can be followed in the dashboard. The FAQ also names the exception: if a customer clears their browser cookies or uses a different device, the tracking is lost.

A further element is guest writing. As a perk of the program, affiliates can submit articles for publication on valm.com. Articles "must be discussed and approved in advance" with the editorial team, must be unique and not published elsewhere, and are sent in by email for review, sometimes with feedback for revisions. Once approved, the article is published and attributed to the author as guest author. The FAQ presents this as a way to establish authority and bring additional traffic that could become referrals, and invites authors to share the published piece on their own social channels.

The store behind the offer is hosted on Shopify and its terms of service are signed Valm, Inc. Shipping is free on all products site-wide for US orders, with priority shipping priced at checkout. Orders placed before 1 pm PST ship the same day, all orders carry tracking information, and the store says orders ship discreetly in plain packaging. Those are conversion-friendly terms for a US audience. International orders are not free, and the shipping policy says they are subject to customs fees and import duties that the customer pays. It lists the countries it ships to: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Republic of Ireland, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. A customer elsewhere is asked to contact the store, which will evaluate whether an exception can be made.

The returns terms matter to an affiliate because they set what happens to the sale after the click. Valm allows returns for 30 days after receipt, for items that are unused and in original packaging, and the buyer must request the return first. Dildos are not returnable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. The store does not refund orders that customs seizes in the destination country, and it tells buyers to confirm that a product is legal where they live.

Money and rules

The payout model is a percentage of each referred order, paid by one method. The page says: "All commissions earned through the Valm Affiliate/Influencer Program are paid directly via PayPal." An affiliate must have an active PayPal account, and the PayPal email given at registration has to match it. Before anything is paid, every transaction goes through a 30-day approval process, which the FAQ says is there to account for returns or cancellations. Payment history and pending commissions are shown in the dashboard.

As of October 2026 the rate on the program page is 30%. The page words it in 2 ways: the FAQ speaks of "a 30% commission on referred orders", while the opening pitch promises it "on initial transactions from new referrals". Read together, the commission is tied to a new customer's first order, and the page does not promise a share of that customer's later orders.

There is one explicit prohibition. Affiliates "are not allowed to use PPC ad campaigns on search engines using our brand 'Valm' and related brand terms", and affiliate accounts will be terminated if found to be violating the policy. Anyone whose model depends on bidding on a brand's name in paid search cannot use this program as written.

The program page does not state a minimum payout or the day on which approved commissions are sent.

Who it suits and who it does not

The program suits an influencer or reviewer with an audience on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X who already talks about toys and wants a percentage of sales with no joining cost and no follower minimum. It also suits a creator on a subscription platform who wants a retail income stream, since OnlyFans is among the platforms the page itself names. A writer can use the guest article route to place an approved piece on valm.com, and a long cookie suits audiences that take time to decide.

It suits US audiences best. Shipping is free in the US, same-day dispatch applies before 1 pm PST, and no customs bill applies. Readers in the other listed countries can order, but they pay shipping and import costs, and readers elsewhere must contact the store first.

Several caveats apply. Payment is PayPal only, so an affiliate who cannot receive PayPal funds has no alternative on the page. Commissions wait out a 30-day approval period, so the first payment trails the first sale by at least that long. Last-click attribution means a later affiliate link takes the credit. The paid search ban rules out brand-keyword bidding. And tracking breaks when a buyer switches devices or clears cookies.
