What Wild Secrets is

Wild Secrets is an Australian online retailer of sex toys, lingerie and related products, founded in 1993, and its affiliate program pays commission on the sales that content creators, media outlets and managers of pleasure-focused channels bring in. The program is run through affiliate networks, split by region. The affiliate page says the Australia and New Zealand program is "managed by Commission Factory" and the United States program is "managed by AWIN", so an affiliate joins on the network side and not through a form on the shop. The earner is a referrer of buyers, paid a percentage of sales with a ceiling rate that differs by region.

The retailer calls itself Australia's premium online adult store and says it has the largest range in the country. Those are its own claims, and so is the line that it has been the leader in the Australian sex toy and lingerie market for over 2 decades. The about page says it operates from offices with an on-site warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, and that in 2019 Wild Secrets and other retailers under the Excite Group were acquired by PHE, Inc., which the page describes as the parent company of the US retailer Adam & Eve. The site footer says it is powered and operated by PHE International Pty Ltd.

How earning works

The affiliate page opens with an invitation: "Want to get paid to help others get off?" It says the store has a large range of sex toys, pleasure products, lingerie and sexy essentials, and that "if you're a content creator, media outlet, or manager of a pleasure focused channel, we want to hear from you." It adds that with over 30 years in the industry the retailer will deliver pleasure and satisfaction to the affiliate's audience "while you get a commission for the sales you bring in", and tells visitors to choose a region to get started.

The region choice decides both the network and the terms. Each region has its own section with 2 lists. "Benefits for you" covers the affiliate: a commission ceiling, 30-day cookies, dynamic product feeds and a large selection of banners, along with the retailer's claims of a high average order value and high industry conversion rates. The Australia and New Zealand section ends with separate join links for Australia and for New Zealand, both leading to Commission Factory. The United States section ends with one join link to AWIN. A media outlet or channel manager picks the region its audience shops in, applies on that network, and takes links, feeds and banners from there.

"Benefits for your customers" is the pitch an affiliate can pass on. In the retailer's words, shoppers get the largest range and competitive pricing, all the top selling products direct from the US and Europe, a 4.8 star Google customer review rating, engaging offers and sales, free gifts on larger orders, free shipping on qualifying orders, Member Rewards earned on all orders, discreet billing and shipping, same-day dispatch, a dedicated customer service team, and a promise that all products displayed are in stock. These are talking points, and they are the store's claims.

What the affiliate promotes is a broad adult retail catalog. The about page lists vibrators, dildos, strap ons, masturbators, penis pumps, sex dolls, cock rings, anal toys, prostate massagers and bondage products, and the home page adds lingerie, costumes and footwear and puts the catalog at over 10,000 products. The home page also profiles brands it stocks, among them Satisfyer, We-Vibe, Womanizer, Lelo, Le Wand and Pipedream. The retailer says it vets all suppliers so that buyers get phthalate-free, body-safe products, and that it imports directly from overseas manufacturers after a review process.

There is an educational layer too. A sex toy guide for beginners covers materials, sizing and lubricants, how to choose a vibrator, how to maintain toys by checking them for wear and replacing them when they deteriorate, and the safe, sane and consensual principle for bondage play, along with a short orientation on dominant, submissive and switch roles and on aftercare. The site also runs articles and product test write-ups. A reviewer or educator can link to the guide as a companion to product recommendations.

The shop's conversion features are the other selling points. The home page lists same day shipping, discreet delivery, a best price guarantee, an extensive range and an easy-to-use website, and says these have served over a million customers. The price guarantee works like this: the retailer says its prices cannot be beaten by any other genuine retailer, and a shopper who finds a product cheaper in another online store emails a request through the Contact Us page with the URL of the competing listing. The terms limit it to reputable Australian, New Zealand or USA online stores, whichever is the purchaser's location, exclude marketplaces, discount sites and auction sites, and require the request before the order is placed. Requests cannot be approved by live chat or phone. The retailer reserves the right to reject any request at its discretion, and an approved match cannot be combined with other promo or voucher codes.

Checkout is covered on the payment options page. It lists credit and debit cards with 3D Secure verification, PayPal, including a pay-in-4 option on Australian orders only, Zip as a buy now, pay later method, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For privacy, the page says a card or PayPal statement shows only "PHE International Pty Ltd" with no reference to the products bought. Customer support is by phone, email and live chat. Those are customer-side terms that can influence conversion, but they are not affiliate terms.

Money and rules

The payout model is a percentage of referred sales, capped by region and paid through the network that manages the region: Commission Factory for Australia and New Zealand, AWIN for the United States. Tracking in both regions uses 30-day cookies. Affiliates get product feeds and banners, and the page describes the people it wants as content creators, media outlets and managers of pleasure-focused channels.

As of October 2026 the affiliate page lists "Up to 20% commission" for Australia and New Zealand and "Up to 10% commission" for the United States. Both are ceilings, and the page does not say what rate applies below them.

The retailer's own pages do not state a payout method, a payout schedule or a minimum payout, which follow from the network an affiliate joins.

Company facts on the pages: founded in 1993, based in Melbourne, acquired in 2019 by PHE, Inc., and operated by PHE International Pty Ltd.

Who it suits and who it does not

The program suits a media outlet, reviewer or channel manager with an Australian or New Zealand audience, since that region carries the higher commission ceiling and the retailer frames itself as a local leader with same-day dispatch from its Melbourne warehouse. An outlet that covers toys, lingerie or sexual wellness can link into a catalog that spans toys, lingerie, costumes and footwear, and a writer who produces buying guides can pair them with the retailer's own sex toy guide.

It also suits an affiliate who already works inside Commission Factory or AWIN and is comfortable with network terms, because the program lives there. A creator on a subscription platform who wants a retail income stream fits the page's wording as a content creator or manager of a pleasure-focused channel, and product feeds and banners suit someone promoting by link or social post.

There are caveats. The commission is an "up to" figure in both regions. The United States program has a lower ceiling than the Australia and New Zealand one. And since the program is managed by third-party networks, payment timing and method depend on network terms that the retailer's pages leave to the network.
