What Pure Desire Models is

Pure Desire Models is a UK based webcam model agency. It sets adults up as self-employed models on third-party cam platforms, trains and supports them, and pays out what they earn after an agency fee. Its home page invites applicants to "Join our UK based webcam model agency and get the training, support and community to start your camming journey with confidence", and marks the offer 18+ only, free to join and no experience required. The same page also calls it an international webcam model agency, and the terms have a section for members paid abroad. The about page dates the agency to 2023 and says it now supports more than 100 models across multiple platforms.

The agency describes itself as female run and says its admin and management team have all been active models themselves. It states that it is registered with Companies House and with the Information Commissioner's Office, and that its managers are GDPR trained.

How earning works here

The model works on someone else's platform, and the agency sits beside her. The explainer page says a model creates a profile, completes the site's age and ID verification and can start working once approved. Customers then find her profile and interact with her. The agency's part is onboarding: the benefits page says full onboarding is provided, including training, profile setup and verification.

The pages name one platform. The terms refer to AdultWork payouts, and the home page advertises a choice of 3 sites and multistreaming. The explainer says the training portal holds guides covering the platforms the agency works with.

What a model sells depends on the platform. The explainer lists private shows, group shows, tips, instant messaging, phone chat and selling photos or videos. It says camming itself is the bread and butter for most models and offers the biggest earning potential, while tips, paid messaging, phone and SMS services and content sales top that up. Content sales, it notes, can bring in income while a model is offline. A model can usually set her own prices within the options the site provides.

The same page is direct about the work. It says a lot of the job is talking, and that customers are not all looking for the same thing: some want a private show, some want to flirt, some have a particular fetish or interest, and others chat to the same model for a long time because they like her personality. Nudity is not a requirement, it says, and a model decides what she is comfortable with. It adds that these are adult platforms, that models comfortable offering adult services may find greater demand, and that it would rather be upfront about that than give a false impression.

Anonymity gets practical treatment. A model can keep her face out of shot, position the camera below her face, use a mask, or build a different look with wigs, glasses or other accessories. She can use a cam name. The page advises thinking about anonymity before creating accounts, because it is easier to protect information from the start than to remove it later, and warns against giving out a home address, personal phone number or workplace. The home page adds that the agency now works with BranditScan to protect its models.

Hours are the model's own. The explainer says there are no compulsory shifts or minimum hours. Most of the agency's models work from home, and no studio is needed: a bedroom or another private room is fine, with a decent internet connection, a camera and good lighting.

Support is the core of the offer. The benefits page describes a dedicated training site with over 40 pages of information and unlimited one-on-one sessions. Every model is added to a group chat with its own admin team. The about page lists 1-2-1 support, tech support from account issues to setting up new laptops, and earnings advice. The agency also offers counseling sessions, with the first one free, and organizes model meet ups for content shoots and workshops. A progression scheme exists, and a testimonial mentions a model becoming a trainee admin. Another testimonial comes from a couples account, so couples are taken on.

On earnings the agency is cautious. The explainer says earnings vary massively, that a model will have good days and rubbish days, that five hours online does not automatically beat two, and that it would "rather be realistic" than promise every new model thousands. It publishes no income figures.

Money and rules

The payout model is the platform's credits, paid on by the agency after its fee. In October 2026 the explainer page states: "Our standard agency fee is 10%", with the chance to reduce it through the progression scheme. The benefits page puts the same point in pence: it says a model makes 60p for every 1 credit earned, against the 55p it says most sites offer. Both are the agency's own statements.

Pay is weekly with an early option. The terms say payments are made every Monday afternoon and evening, and that an early payout may be requested with a minimum of 6 hours' notice. Those are often processed quickly but may take up to 24 hours. The benefits page says payments come from a registered business account, and the home page lists discreet payments.

Thresholds are counted in credits. As of October 2026 the terms require a minimum of 20 credits to trigger an AdultWork payout, and the benefits page contrasts that with the 150 credits it says the streaming site itself requires. Credits cannot be held for multiple weeks without prior agreement. A model may defer payouts until her balance reaches 100 to 200 credits if she gives notice, and anything over that is paid automatically.

International members have their own terms. The terms read in October 2026 say they are paid in euros only unless otherwise agreed, with a minimum payout of 50 credits because of transaction fees. Payments are processed on Mondays and may take a few days to arrive. A model abroad who is paid into a UK bank account in GBP falls under the UK terms instead.

Leaving is allowed at any time. The terms ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for account release, and say accounts are not released until all outstanding credits have been paid out. There is no joining fee.

On conduct, the terms set zero tolerance for bullying or harassment and treat kink shaming as bullying. Advertising in group chats needs prior written approval. Attempts to recruit the agency's members may lead to legal action, and the training materials are copyrighted and may not be shared. The agency may update the terms at any time, and continued participation counts as acceptance.

Who it suits and who it does not

Pure Desire Models suits an adult new to camming who wants training and a group to ask questions in, and who wants to fit the work around a job, study or family. No set shifts, a training portal, help with verification and a weekly Monday payday make it practical for a UK model wanting regular pay. A model who needs money sooner can ask for an early payout.

It also suits a model who wants the terms in writing. The agency fee, the payout days, the credit minimums and the leaving notice are all published, which is not common among agencies of this kind. A model unhappy at another agency has a transferring guide on the site, and couples have at least one account on its books.

The caveats are specific. Payouts are counted in credits and tied to the platform's own system, so a model has to learn that system to follow her pay. The no payout hold rule means a model who prefers to let earnings build up must agree it in advance. International members face a higher minimum and payment in euros, with a wait of a few days. The agency names AdultWork but not the other platforms in its choice of 3 sites. And the site names bank payment only, so a model who wants another payout rail will not find one listed.
