What Strictly Models is
Strictly Models is a UK webcam modeling agency. It signs adults up as webcam models, creates their profiles on the adult cam networks it works with, supports them and pays them their earnings. Its home page says it offers "setup, payment and ongoing support for adult models" and that it is seeking women, men and couples aged 18 or over. One of its articles says the agency "has spent 13 years supporting adult webcam performers", and the home page also presents the team as OnlyFans management experts.
Joining is free. The FAQ says signing up to become a Strictly Model is free of charge. The agency has a physical base as well as a website: the FAQ lists free use of its webcam studios and cash payments from its Essex studio among the benefits. It serves UK models first, and it takes models from abroad on a different set of networks.
How earning works here
The model earns on a cam network, and the agency sits between her and that network. The FAQ names the networks it works with: Chaturbate, MyFreeCams, LiveJasmin, Streamate and Stripchat, plus AdultWork, where it runs its own group. A UK model usually starts on AdultWork. A model from outside the UK cannot join the AdultWork group, so the agency creates her profile on MyFreeCams, LiveJasmin or Streamate instead.
Registration runs through the agency's admin team. An applicant completes the sign-up form, attaches three images for her webcam profile and a photo of her valid photo ID. The admin team checks the documents and creates a basic profile on one of the networks. The network then emails her to verify her address. For AdultWork the team sends a reference number, and she photographs herself holding a sheet of paper showing that number, the date and the AdultWork address, with both hands visible. The team uploads it for the network's review. The FAQ says that with the documents right the first time, a model can be verified and ready to work within 24 hours.
Once verified, the work is open-ended. The FAQ says there are no schedules and no minimum hours: a model logs into the streaming network, goes online whenever she likes and turns it off when she is done. It does recommend a basic schedule, on the grounds that it increases her members, and it advises at least 90 hours per month for UK models. Earnings, it says, "are directly proportional with hours online". It also notes that a profile takes between 5 and 15 minutes after going online to become visible across the agency's affiliate sites and networks.
On who can do it, the FAQ says no experience is required and nudity is not required. It says the agency wants women of all sizes, and the home page extends recruitment to men and couples.
The agency's side of the bargain is setup, promotion and production. It sets up the profile so the model does not have to, and promotes her on its social platforms if she wants that. The FAQ's list of benefits for AdultWork models includes telephone assistance and support, exclusive training with experienced webcam models, increased traffic from the agency's regular advertising and online features, free use of its webcam studios, free use of its photographer and videographer, and content edited and uploaded to her profile. Its articles add one-to-one support, video tutorials and access to a personal mentor. The home page advertises 24/7 online support and free training on sign up, and it links to an online shop selling cameras, laptops, lighting and clothing for a home setup.
The site also publishes guides for performers, on cashing out, safety, consent and choosing a manager. They are general advice. The consent guide tells models to set content boundaries before the first show and to put any collaboration or revenue split with another creator in writing. The safety guide covers blocking abusive users, filtering words and keeping screenshots of serious harassment. A daily pay guide mentions location blocking, which lets a model block clients from certain cities or countries.
On income the agency's newer pages are careful. The home page says webcam income varies from person to person and is never guaranteed. One article walks through a new model's first month as a worked example and tells the reader not to treat its numbers as a promised rate. The FAQ still carries monthly income claims for full-time and top models. Those are the agency's marketing.
Money and rules
The payout model is the network's credits, paid on by the agency, with daily payment on request. For AdultWork the FAQ, read in October 2026, says its models "get paid 50p per credit earned". It also claims to be the highest paying UK webcam agency, paying 10% higher commission rates than any other. That is the agency's own claim. The site does not publish what a model keeps on the other networks.
Payment is fast and on request. The FAQ says models are paid within 24 hours of submitting an online payment request, and that "all payments must be submitted to our Accounts Team before 9 am for a model to be paid by 12 pm (midday) on the same day." As of October 2026 there is no maximum payout, but a model must have earned a minimum of 50 credits (£25) to be paid.
The rails are bank or cash. The FAQ lists two payment methods, direct bank transfer and cash, with cash available only from the Essex studio. Payouts are sent in pounds sterling and euros only, and the FAQ warns that a model's own bank may add costs such as exchange rates. It says the payment reference will not mention adult or webcam work. Payment requests and changes to bank details go through the ticket system on the website. The home page adds that payment timing depends on the platform and the agency's payment terms, which are explained before a model starts.
ID rules differ by network. To register, a model must be over 18 and hold legal, government-issued photo ID, and the home page says the ID must be in date by 6 months. For the AdultWork group the FAQ requires a valid UK passport and says a model must be a UK citizen. For MyFreeCams, LiveJasmin and Streamate it accepts a passport of any nationality, a national ID card, or a full or provisional driving license. The FAQ says verification exists for security and safety reasons, to confirm a model is who she says she is.
A model can stop at any time. The FAQ says there is no minimum time she is required to be a model. The sign-up form has a field for a promoter code, so referrals by promoters exist, but no page states what a promoter is paid.
Who it suits and who it does not
Strictly Models suits a UK model who wants to work on AdultWork with someone handling the setup, and who wants money quickly. A stated per-credit rate, a low minimum and same-day payment for requests made before 9 am are concrete terms, and a discreet bank reference matters to many models.
It suits a model near Essex in particular. Free studio time, a photographer and videographer, edited content and cash in hand are all tied to the studio, and a model who cannot travel there gets the remote support only.
It also suits beginners, men and couples, who are named on the home page, and a model with no fixed hours to offer, since none are required.
The caveats are practical. The recommended 90 hours a month is a real commitment for someone with a day job, even though it is advice and not a rule. The published rate covers AdultWork only, so a model placed on another network does not see her share on the site. A model from outside the UK is kept off AdultWork and is paid in pounds or euros by bank transfer, with any exchange costs falling on her. And the FAQ's older income claims sit beside newer pages saying income is never guaranteed, and the two do not read alike.
