What Adverten is
Adverten is a smartlink CPA network for affiliates and media buyers, built around a dating smartlink with direct offers beside it. It pays publishers who send traffic, and the performance model means an affiliate earns when a visitor completes the advertiser's chosen action. Its blog calls the company "Smartlink CPA Network" in the page title, and the dating vertical is the one it writes about most. The blog speaks of approved partners, so an application comes before any traffic, and each post ends with a sign-up link. It is published in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
This is a route for an affiliate with traffic, not for a creator who sells content.
How earning works here
The core product is the smartlink. The company's own blog explains it as a tool that automatically selects the right offer for each user who clicks. An affiliate points traffic at one link, and the system matches each visitor to an offer. The blog says smartlinks can be configured to send mobile or desktop users to the corresponding offers and that Adverten uses an automatic targeting mechanism to help monetization. If an offer is paused or withdrawn, another post says smartlink technology can redirect traffic to other campaigns instead of leaving it unmonetized.
The comparison post lists what the smartlink does in more detail. Traffic is distributed automatically by country, device, operating system and mobile carrier, and an algorithm shows each user the product that performs best for that segment. The link comes with pre-landers that the system picks for the traffic, and it adds extra monetization through back buttons and push notifications. The post is frank about the drawbacks too. Payouts are dynamic, because the link mixes offers from different advertisers, so it tells affiliates to judge results by EPC and EPM instead of by single conversions. An affiliate cannot pick particular brands or run without pre-landers unless the smartlink is customized, and the algorithm needs time and some traffic before it settles on what performs. The same post states "we accept all types of traffic."
The second route is direct offers. A post titled "Smartlink vs. Direct offers" sets out when each fits. Smartlinks suit mixed or untested traffic, because the affiliate collects performance statistics without choosing offers by hand. Direct offers suit traffic segments that already pay: the post describes a direct offer as a link to one product that works in a specific country, with a fixed payout, room for the affiliate's own creatives and funnel, and a better chance of a rate increase for high-quality traffic. Its listed downsides are the split testing involved, no extra monetization, and lost profit when an affiliate sends more traffic than the advertiser's cap. The post says most affiliates use smartlinks first to find which segments pay off, then move to direct offers, and that both can run at once. It also warns that a high payout does not mean higher earnings, since traffic quality drives conversion rate. A second post says some direct offers work across several GEOs while others are tied to one, so the offer details need reading before launch.
For the dating programs the company publishes market notes. One post covers dating traffic in the USA, framed around a market of 60 million users, and covers creatives and funnels, why dating subscriptions convert quickly, and why free traffic from dating apps stays a low-entry source. The same post says Adverten helps affiliates optimize dating campaigns across mobile devices and lists optimization tools and real-time reporting among its help. A separate post is titled "How to Choose the Right Dating Affiliate Program for Your Traffic Source".
Each approved affiliate is assigned a dedicated private manager, according to a post promoting the dating smartlink and direct offers. The post says the manager provides support and advice tailored to the affiliate's needs. Weekly posts have also named the top GEOs by EPM and ended with an invitation to ping the manager. That tells a reader the support is built around a named manager.
The blog's general explainers describe CPA mechanics in plain terms. Advertisers can set daily or total conversion limits, called caps, and an affiliate may need to reroute traffic when an offer is capped or paused. The blog says that Adverten enables publishers to engage with various GEOs through CPA offers and a traffic management system. The same guide says a website is not required to join a CPA network.
The company also attends the industry's events. Its blog lists 2025 stops in Yerevan and Prague, and for 2026 it lists TES Marbella from 09 to 12 March, Island Conference in Limassol on 28 and 29 May, TES Prague in September and Affiliate World Bangkok in December. It says it is preparing in-house offers for launch in 2026 and will present them first to partners at these events. For an affiliate, that is a sign the network meets partners in person and plans to add offers of its own.
Money and rules
The durable payment fact is the schedule. In October 2026 the blog states that Adverten provides its approved partners with weekly payouts. The blog does not publish the minimum payout or the payment methods. A post describing the dating smartlink promises "competitive payouts" and says the company aims to help affiliates reach substantial earnings and long-term success, which is the company's own pitch and not a rate.
On rules, the blog's guides explain what a network can refuse: duplicated, fraudulent, banned or otherwise ineligible actions do not count, and offers carry their own limits on traffic sources, targeting and GEO. The general CPA guide stresses that conversion tracking is what attributes an action to an affiliate for commission payments. The blog writes about dating offers throughout and does not mention adult traffic.
Who it suits and who it does not
Adverten suits an affiliate or media buyer who has mobile dating traffic, or mixed traffic across GEOs, and would rather start with one smartlink than negotiate with several advertisers. The weekly payout cycle helps anyone who funds ad spend from earnings, because cash comes back faster than a monthly cycle would return it. The private manager model fits a beginner who wants someone to talk to, and the move from smartlink to direct offers gives a path as traffic data builds up.
It is a weaker fit for a reader who wants a public rate card before registering, since rates sit behind approval and the manager. Smartlink payouts move from one conversion to the next, which makes income harder to plan than a fixed-rate offer. It also offers nothing to a creator who wants to be paid for content, and the dating focus means a nutra, finance or casino buyer will find less written about their vertical.
