What INET-CASH is
INET-CASH is a billing, access and membership system for digital content, with an affiliate marketplace attached. Operators use it to sell individual items or run protected member areas, and affiliates use it to join the programs those operators publish. For an earner without a site, the relevant part is the affiliate side: a registered partner applies to the programs that fit and is paid a share of each sale. The sign-up buttons on the home page read "FREE SIGN UP". The interface comes in English and German, the legal and billing pages are mostly in German, and the footer shows a copyright range of 2004 to 2026.
It is a marketplace of third-party programs, not a single brand. Each program page names an operator, a category and a sharing model, and a registration is forwarded to that operator for approval.
How earning works here
The mechanics on the program pages are consistent. Every program carries a category label (for example Adult-BDSM Websites or Adult-Spanking Websites), a "Type of Sharing" and the percentages. Both program pages use "Pay per Sale (in percent)", which is a revenue share on each membership sale. There is a "Share Signup" figure for the first sale and a "Share Recurring" figure for rebills, so the affiliate earns on the initial purchase and, depending on the program, on later renewals.
Registration works in two layers. A visitor clicks the registration button on a program page, accepts the General Terms and Conditions, and agrees that the registration, including personal data, is passed to the affiliate program operator. The page says: "As soon as the operator has approved your registration, you can start promoting this program." A visitor who is not yet a partner at INET-CASH or not logged in has to register or log in on the next page. So there are two parties in the chain: the platform that holds the partner account, and the operator who decides on each application.
Fetish programs. One listed program is a footfetish paysite. In October 2026 its page offers a footfetish partner program and sets the share at 50% on the first sale and 50% recurring, with the page wording "for lifetime". That phrase is the operator's own and is worth reading as written: the recurring share runs for the life of the member, as the page states it, rather than for a limited number of rebills. The page presents it as the partner program for the operator's footfetish site. For an earner the point is the offer itself, a recurring revshare for a niche paysite.
Spanking program. A second program, listed under Adult-Spanking Websites and named as a members area, uses a different structure. As of October 2026 it lists 60% on signup and 60% on recurring payments, limited to the first 3 payments. The two programs therefore differ on the thing that decides lifetime value: one shows a lower percentage for life, the other a higher percentage for three rebills.
Revshare in general. The model on both program pages is revshare per sale: the "Type of Sharing" field reads pay per sale in percent, with one figure for the signup and one for recurring payments. Each page also names the websites the program covers, so an affiliate knows which members area a sale belongs to.
How a referred sale is billed. Because the same company runs the billing, its buyer-facing pages show what happens after a click turns into a purchase. The home page, in German, describes two products for operators: a shop system for single items and Member-Cash for protected members areas sold as a subscription or a one-time membership. Buyers pay through licensed payment partners, and the page names credit card, SEPA direct debit and online transfer. It describes fraud prevention through advance checks and credit checks, and says the company works only with licensed payment providers and meets standards such as PCI-DSS.
The customer portal explains the subscription side in a German FAQ. A subscription renews automatically after the booked period unless the member cancels, and the amount is then collected again. That renewal is what a recurring share is paid on. A member cancels by logging in and ending the active membership, and gets a confirmation by email. The FAQ says charges appear anonymized on a bank or card statement, so the statement does not show which offer was used, and the portal tells anyone who finds an Inet-Cash reference on a statement that it is a booking for a website that uses Inet-Cash for billing. A separate form lets a buyer withdraw from a contract by giving the receipt number from the order confirmation. A cancellation ends the renewals that a recurring share depends on.
Support and policies. The footer lists several policies: a request form for content removal, a policy for reporting illegal content, a return and cancellation policy, a chargeback and fraud prevention policy, a complaints policy, a content monitoring policy, a CSAM policy and a DMCA policy. The terms page lists the general terms, a content acceptance policy and the privacy statement, each in English and German. Buyer support is by phone, fax and email from a German number.
Money and rules
The payout model is a revenue share on membership sales, set by each operator: one program pays its recurring share for the life of the member and the other for the first 3 payments. The site does not publish a payout threshold or the payout methods for affiliates.
The rules an affiliate accepts are the General Terms and Conditions, which the registration box on every program page requires, together with consent to pass the registration and personal data to the operator. Approval is the operator's decision, program by program. A chargeback and fraud prevention policy and a return and cancellation policy sit in the footer as separate documents.
Who it suits and who it does not
INET-CASH suits an affiliate who works with fetish or niche paysite traffic and wants recurring revshare on membership sales, particularly someone comfortable reading German-language terms. A promoter can apply to several operators from one partner account. The recurring share, and in one case a lifetime recurring share, is the main attraction for someone building a long-lived base of referred members.
It is a poorer fit for an earner who wants a CPA network with a wide offer wall, smartlinks or published payment terms. Payout terms are not public, the buyer-facing pages are in German, and every program depends on a separate operator approval. A creator who wants to sell their own content, not promote others, will not find a creator platform here; the shop and membership systems are built for operators with a members area to run. The two programs described here sit in the Adult-BDSM and Adult-Spanking categories, so the fit is with fetish traffic more than with general adult traffic.
