What it is
Privize.io is a French software-as-a-service platform for content creators who want to sell media on demand through paid links, with no subscription. Its own description reads "Privize.io est un SaaS français dédié aux créateurs de contenu, leur permettant de monétiser leurs médias à la demande simplement, en toute sécurité et sans abonnement" (a French SaaS dedicated to content creators, letting them monetize their media on demand simply and securely, without a subscription). It pays creators per sale, its withdrawal article sets the platform's cut as a fixed percentage of each transaction, and the help center is written in French with a creator, fan and legal section. The tagline on its guide pages is "Upload, Share, Earn," and the call to action under it is "Créer un lien de vente" (create a sale link). Signing up starts from a "Créer un compte créateur" button in the header.
How earning works here
The sale link. Privize describes itself as a technical intermediary. In its words the company makes the platform available "pour faciliter la mise en relation directe entre créateurs et acheteurs" (to facilitate direct contact between creators and buyers). A creator uploads photos and videos, which the help center says takes "quelques instants" (a few moments), and turns them into a sale link. The banner on the guide pages pitches it as monetizing exclusive content through secure sale links while keeping full control over one's creations. The terms of sale, the CGV, govern every transaction made through a Privize link, so the buyer pays for one item through one link rather than subscribing to a creator.
Where the traffic comes from. Privize is a link to share, not a storefront. One help article is titled "Partager efficacement vos liens" (sharing your links effectively) and opens with the point that every social network has its own rules and habits. The guide pages say the company redesigned the buying experience "afin d'optimiser la conversion" (to optimize conversion) while leaving creators "un contrôle total sur leurs ventes et leurs revenus" (full control over their sales and income). So the creator brings the buyers, from whatever network they already use, and Privize handles the checkout. A fan section exists, with articles on discovering exclusive content, payments, whether a fan owes VAT, how age is verified, a fan area and how to validate a purchase, so buyers have an account side of their own.
Balances and sales tracking. The help article on tracking sales starts from the point that "Chaque lien Privize est unique" (each Privize link is unique), so sales can be followed link by link. A second article, "Solde en attente vs Solde disponible" (pending balance versus available balance), explains that when a fan pays for a private media item, the earnings are first placed on hold as pending before they become available. Earnings therefore move through 2 stages before a creator can withdraw them.
Working with an agency. An article titled "Agence" opens by saying that, across content platforms, more and more creators choose to hand the management of their account to a specialized agency. Privize has a help article for that setup, so an agency-run account is an expected way of using the platform.
What is sold. The platform speaks of photos and videos, and its upload troubleshooting article, "Pourquoi mon média ne s'importe pas ?", covers a photo, video or other media item that will not import. The audience page describes Privize as built to simplify content monetization for creators while guaranteeing security and compliance.
Money and rules
The payout model is a revenue share per transaction: the creator is credited her share of every paid link, the platform keeps the rest as its fee, and earnings pass from a pending balance to an available one before withdrawal. The split sits in the withdrawal article, "Effectuer un retrait" (making a withdrawal). As read in October 2026, in the original: "Sur Privize.io, vous percevez 85 % de vos gains sur chacune des transactions que vous réalisez. Nous conservons 15 % sur chacune des transactions au titre de notre redevance." The article states, in other words, that creators receive 85% of their earnings on every transaction and the platform keeps 15% as its fee. The help center does not state a minimum withdrawal amount, a payout schedule or the payout methods.
On requirements, the help center says that before signing up and using Privize.io a creator must read and sign the terms of service and use (CGSU) and the terms of sale (CGV). The fan section has an article on how a fan's age is verified ("Comment vérifier mon âge ?"), and the footer carries a "Déclaration 18 USC 2257" and a service status page.
Content rules come through several articles. The platform accepts no AI-generated or AI-enhanced content, in its words "Privize.io n'accepte aucun contenu généré ou amélioré par intelligence artificielle." A page on "Restrictions de contenu" opens with "Il est interdit de publier ou vendre sur Privize.io des contenus qui incluent" (it is forbidden to publish or sell content that includes) and leads into the banned list. A page on "Consentement des participants" explains that image rights protect anyone recognizable in a photo or video, whether a partner, a relative or an acquaintance, so the article deals with the consent of anyone else who appears in a creator's media. The legal section adds a content charter, an anti-exploitation charter, a privacy policy, a cookie policy and legal notices, and each page has a link to report a content item.
On tax, the "Taxes & TVA" article says it explains how VAT works for creators on Privize.io, what their tax obligations are and how to declare income depending on their country of residence.
Payment security is framed as a priority: an article asks whether transactions are secure and answers that payment security is "une priorité absolue." The footer lists 3D Secure, GDPR compliance, DMCA.com protection and SSL, and the guide pages add that the company works only with trusted, recognized partners and providers, from hosting to payment handling.
Who it suits and who it does not
Privize suits a creator who already has an audience and wants a clean way to charge for individual photos and videos without running subscriptions. The creator's share stated in the withdrawal article is the headline, and the structure is simple enough to explain to a fan in one sentence. A creator who sells through social links and direct messages and does not want a public storefront fits the link model, and one who works through a management agency has a help article written for that arrangement.
The caveats are practical. The help center is in French, so a creator who does not read French will be working through translations. A new creator with no audience gets little from a link tool unless they bring their own buyers, since the help center describes no discovery feature. Earnings sit as pending before they become available, and the AI-content ban rules out generated or AI-enhanced material outright.
