What it is

Turnno is a custom-content marketplace for verified adult creators, run in English. Instead of selling a catalog to subscribers, creators apply to paid requests that users post, and the site says "every request on Turnno is someone ready to pay for content they specifically want." It pays creators for custom adult videos, pictures and fetish content, and it takes a fee only on completed work, with payments in USD. Applying to requests is free, and the creator page says "Turnno only takes a commission on completed transactions." Creators complete identity verification once before they can apply.

How earning works here

The request flow. The how-it-works page lays it out in 5 steps. A user posts a request describing the type, format and details of what they want, and it goes up anonymously. Verified creators who can fulfill it send applications that include a proposed price. The user compares applications, picks a creator and can chat to confirm details or discuss the budget. The user then pays and the money is held until delivery is approved. The creator delivers through the platform and, once the user approves, payment is released. On the user side, the FAQ says posting means choosing "New Request" in the menu, filling in the required fields, selecting tags and submitting, after which "Verified creators who match will contact you."

What a creator does. The creator page gives 4 steps: get verified, browse paid requests, apply and set your terms, then create, deliver and earn. A creator creates a profile and completes identity verification once before applying to any paid request. Browsing means seeing "what users are actively asking for," and creators pick the gigs that match their skills, interests and budget. Applying involves chatting with the requester "to agree on details, and negotiate price and scope before you accept." The creator chooses which requests to take, and the FAQ confirms that communication before offers is encouraged to clarify details and budget agreements. Creators do not set a standing price list. The price for each job is the one proposed in the application and agreed with the requester.

Discovery and promotion. The FAQ answers "Do I need to promote myself?" with "No, Turnno is a platform connecting creators with requestors without needing social media presence." The creator page pitches this directly: "Instead of waiting for subscribers to find you," the creator takes jobs that already have a buyer. The home page says a creator can "browse thousands of requests" and apply to the ones that match the content they want to make or the budget set, which is the site's own claim. It also pitches "A Fair Stage for All Creators," saying the platform gives every creator a chance, "not just the top performers." The site also positions itself as an addition to other platforms: "Use Turnno alongside your existing platforms to add a new revenue stream from custom content requests."

Privacy. A creator's profile "is only visible to users whose requests you apply to." The FAQ adds that once a request is assigned, the account is visible to the user only if the request is assigned to that creator, and otherwise it stays hidden. A stage name can serve as the username, and "Real identity verification is only required privately during registration to confirm age and prevent fraud." User requests are anonymous too. The home page says the site runs continuous DMCA processes and that its team will take down any content that may be leaked on the web, and the creator page says deliveries are covered by "our proactive DMCA management."

Protections for both sides. The how-it-works page lists identity and age verification for every creator, anonymous requests, escrow payments and a support team that "steps in to resolve it" if something does not match what was agreed. Users post requests for free, and the platform takes its commission on each completed transaction, so both sides pay only when content changes hands. Turnno runs community accounts on TikTok, X and Instagram.

Money and rules

The payout model is a commission on completed transactions only: the buyer prepays, the money is held until delivery, and the creator's share is released when the request closes. In October 2026 the creator FAQ gives the split as "Creators keep 80%, and 20% is Turnno's fee." Payments are in USD. The payment mechanics have several steps. The user pays upfront; the FAQ says payments are "held securely by our processing partner until your content is completed and delivered," and the how-it-works page says payment is "held securely by Turnno." When a request is assigned to a creator, the creator sees an amount of "frozen credit" in their account. According to the FAQ, frozen credits "are released and withdrawable after content delivery via your chosen payout method once the request is closed by the user (or automatically within 15 days)." Funds go out "via your chosen payout method," but the site does not name the methods or give a withdrawal minimum.

Delivery and cancellation rules are in the FAQ. A creator can cancel an application at any time, but if the request has already been assigned, the cancellation results in a refund to the requester and "a review on your profile." If a creator cancels after submitting an offer, the user gets a full refund. If a creator fails to deliver within 90 days, a full refund is issued to the user.

On eligibility, "ID verification is required to prove you are over 18," done "securely and confidentially through our partner." The FAQ says "All content must comply with international law" and that banned requests include, but are not limited to, illegal acts such as incest, rape and any content involving people under 18, with the full list in the terms and conditions. Creators "are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and accounting," they are responsible for applicable taxes and VAT under their country's laws, and the FAQ says "No tax support is provided by Turnno." The user FAQ says data, payments and ID verifications run through GDPR-compliant third-party services. The site does not list accepted or blocked countries.

Who it suits and who it does not

Turnno suits a creator who prefers working on a brief to building an audience: someone comfortable with custom videos, pictures or fetish content, who would rather pick a job and negotiate it than post and wait. A new creator with no following has a route in, since the site says no promotion is needed. A creator already on other platforms can use it for extra income from requests their other channels turn away, and a faceless or stage-name creator gets a platform where the profile stays hidden unless they apply. The escrow-style flow also removes the chasing of payments in direct messages that the site calls out.

The caveats are about pace and detail. Every job is negotiated, and the site describes no catalog sales or subscription route, so a creator who dislikes back-and-forth with requesters will find it slow. The platform fee applies to every completed job, and frozen credit only becomes withdrawable once the user closes the request or the 15-day automatic release passes. A 90-day delivery window with a full refund to the user, plus a review left on the profile after a canceled assignment, means a creator should only accept requests they can finish. Payments are in USD, so a creator paid in another currency carries any conversion. The user chooses which applicant to work with, so winning a job depends on the price and terms in the application.
