What Ambicion Studio is

Ambicion Studio is a webcam and content creation studio in Marbella, Spain, that hires women to broadcast from its own rooms. Its home page opens with "Monetize your beauty with our livestreaming and content creation studio in Marbella." The site is in English, with a Spanish version, and it says the majority of viewers are English-speaking. The studio describes itself as a female-owned company and "The first webcam studio run by girls", claims 18+ years of industry experience, and says its story started in 2014 as a webcam modeling team. It is registered as a limited company in Spain and says it pays taxes there. A clause on start-up costs applies if a new model leaves early, covered below. Applying means leaving a name and a WhatsApp number in a form for an interview.

How earning works here

The model broadcasts live from a cam room in the studio. The studio says it will provide a safe, custom-built cam room, high-end technology, clothing and hair accessories, all the make-up supplies needed, and social media start-up and management, so a model does not need to bring anything. It says solo models spend a large part of their time on busy-work such as setting up equipment and applications, creating a bio and graphics and keeping the cam room clean, and that the studio takes this over.

The rooms themselves are part of the pitch. The site describes a purpose-built studio on the Mediterranean coast with private rooms furnished new and fitted with current streaming technology, plus shared group and social facilities inside the studio. It frames the setup as a way out of the obstacles solo models face, so that more of a shift goes to talking with fans, and promises to teach new models what does and does not work rather than leaving them to learn it alone.

The studio says its team includes graphic designers, videographers, photographers, social media experts, makeup artists and programmers, and that it helps models create and market profitable content and present themselves on social media. The site does not say which webcam sites the models broadcast on. It names Chaturbate only in its awards section, and its training list refers to using a range of online platforms to build a diverse income stream.

Training is one full week of initial instruction, followed by on-site support. The five items it lists are how to use streaming technology, using charm, appearance and sensuality to attract viewers and create fans, using social media, the right way to converse and engage with viewers in the room, and using a range of online platforms to build an income stream. The studio also offers free educational courses, team outings and English classes. It says solo camming can be lonely, and it pitches the studio as a team environment with regular get-togethers. The courses and team-building activities are free, and the site presents them as preparation for any role a model takes on later, not only camming.

The home page includes an awards section, all of it the studio's own presentation. It lists a female model of the year (independent) award at Xbiz Europa 2018, a Chaturbate model of the year award from the Live Cam Awards 2019, a female model of the year (independent) award at Xbiz Miami 2019, and a Social Media Star of the Decade title from "A Decade with Chaturbate" in 2021. The site explains the section by saying an Xbiz award reflects public votes and that recognition from Chaturbate takes significant earnings. It does not say which person or account won them, and none is named here.

For new models, the studio says it will cover the costs of props, new outfits and training. The condition is that if the model chooses to leave before three months, the cost of these items is deducted from her final payout.

Money and rules

The studio pays a commission and raises it through bonuses for hours worked, income and tenure. In October 2026 the page says "The starting commission for all models is 50%," and that bonuses can raise it to a total top commission of 65%. The page lists the bonuses as commission points added to the model's rate, not as earnings:

  • a small bonus for more than 35 but less than 40 hours of work a week
  • a larger bonus for more than 40 hours of work a week
  • a bonus when the model's total income in a pay period exceeds $10,000
  • a small bonus after more than six months with the studio but less than one year
  • a larger bonus after more than one year with the studio

The page notes that weekly bonuses do not combine. It does not say whether the percentage is taken from gross viewer spending or from what the sites pay out.

Payment is every fortnight, in cash or by bank transfer, after the model's first month of working. The model signs a performer contract setting out both parties' rights and responsibilities, plus an additional paper detailing the work carried out every fortnight.

To apply, a woman needs to be over 18 and have a valid government-issued ID. The FAQ says the studio accepts only female models at the moment and prefers new models between 18 and 22, with exceptions possible. It asks for basic English and says it provides free classes during the time with the studio. It also says appearance matters less than charisma, personality and work ethic.

On privacy, the studio says it can help a model block viewers from certain countries or areas, that it never discloses private information, and that it will help the model act against violations of her privacy or copyright.

The home page also makes monthly earnings claims about what its models can reach, and cites figures for top earners on other platforms. These are the studio's marketing, with no basis given and no typical earnings figure for a new model.

Who it suits and who it does not

The studio suits a woman who wants an on-site studio setup in Marbella rather than solo camming from home: the room, the equipment, make-up, social media help and a first week of training all come with it, and the commission and bonus ladder is published in full. It also suits someone who values a team around her and a studio that runs by women, and who is comfortable working in English.

It does not suit a man, since the studio accepts only female models at the moment, or anyone who cannot be in Marbella for shifts. The commission, as published, starts at the base rate and the higher steps depend on long hours or long tenure, so a new model should expect the starting rate. The early-exit clause matters too: leaving before three months means the cost of props, outfits and training comes out of the final payout. Payment is fortnightly and only starts after the first month, which matters to a model needing quick cash.
