What Studio 4 is
Studio 4 is a webcam studio in Las Vegas that says it has been one of the nation's top webcam studios since 2012. It hires women as independent contractors who broadcast from private rooms in what it describes as a 10,000 sq/ft studio, on Streamate and also on Stripchat. Its own pages say it pays models a share of the weekly payouts and that it has never required a non-compete contract. The studio is female only, the work happens in its rooms about a mile from the Las Vegas Strip, and the site shows no fee to join. Applicants fill in a form on the contact page, and the FAQ says the exact address is given only after a phone call.
How earning works here
Pay comes from shows on the cam sites. The FAQ answers "How do I get paid?" by listing private shows, group shows and tips. The webcam model page explains that models pick a persona, their online character, and perform shows while being paid per minute, per block session or through tips. Because models are independent contractors, the studio says, they are their own bosses, set their own schedules and only perform shows they are comfortable with. Shows range from non-nude chat to fully nude shows, and the page says what a model does on camera is entirely her choice. The FAQ adds that the majority of shows are role play, girlfriend experiences, voyeurism and solo shows, and that staying clothed can lower income potential, though there is a market for non-nude camming.
The FAQ also lists other ways to earn on top of shows: selling photos, videos, undergarments and other items, doing affiliate marketing, and operating a fan site. It leaves the choice to the model.
On cam sites, the FAQ is direct: asked whether it is a Streamate studio, it answers "Yes we are", and it also offers Stripchat. Most of its models use Stripchat for simulcasting, working on two cam sites at the same time, while some work on that site alone. A model who previously worked for another Streamate studio, or from home after signing up through an agency, is pointed to a separate policy page on opening a new Streamate account with Studio 4. A model from any other cam network is free to apply.
The studio's pitch rests on its setup. The home page describes clean, private rooms and attaches an hourly earnings claim to them, which is the studio's own. The difference page says rooms have 3 part full spectrum lighting and that the computers are i7 machines with 16 GB of RAM on a "dedicated" fiber optic connection, and it argues that a model's placement on a cam site is affected by her computer and internet connection. The about page lists the show tools: the interactive Shockspot and OhMiBod vibrator, software that saves preset profiles and runs picture-in-picture, split screen and simulcasting on several cam sites, and an example "wheel of chance" a model spins when a customer tips her a set amount, which she can customize. Picture-in-picture can show sample clips of a model's personal videos for those who sell them. On-screen watermarks are meant to stop affiliates recording shows and posting them on tube sites, and a green screen room lets a model add any background, which the studio says is popular during the holiday contest Streamate runs.
Scheduling is flexible, with one rule. Models can set a weekly schedule or come in when they feel like working. Those who schedule in advance must work at least 3 shifts a week, and a model who wants to work less can pick up each shift 24 hours ahead. The studio also runs training classes and what it calls a continuing education program, covering the industry, sales and marketing strategies and the trends that have led other models to success.
Privacy gets its own section. The FAQ says geographic restriction tools let a model block any city, state or country, and the about page says most cam sites have geo-blocking but the studio goes a step further with a separate list of enhanced privacy features. The FAQ calls the job very safe, saying a model broadcasts from her own room in a secure studio, customers never know where she is and no one touches her. It keeps the studio's address off the website for the same reason.
Money and rules
Models are independent contractors paid a share of the weekly cam-site payouts, with no non-compete to sign. The figures below are the ones the studio's pages gave in October 2026.
- Payout share: the difference page says Studio 4 pays its models 70% of the weekly payouts, adding that most studios pay less, and on that basis says its models receive the highest payouts in Las Vegas. Those comparisons are the studio's own.
- Payout timing: weekly, in the studio's wording of that share.
- Earnings claim: "$150 per hour or more" in its rooms, per the home page.
- Hours: at least 3 shifts a week when scheduling in advance, or single shifts picked up 24 hours ahead.
- Contract: no non-compete. The studio says most studios make models sign one and it never has.
- Age: the FAQ says there is a very strict age restriction and all models must be at least 18. It welcomes older models, saying one of its highest earning models is 51.
- Who works there: women only. Men and male-female couples are not accepted, though a concerned boyfriend or husband can tour the studio before it opens in the morning.
- Body type: the FAQ says it works with models of all sizes.
- Location: about a mile from the Las Vegas Strip, west of the I-15.
Who it suits and who it does not
Studio 4 suits a woman in Las Vegas who wants to cam on Streamate or Stripchat without buying a computer, camera or lighting, and who wants to see a stated share before she signs. The no-contract policy and the pick-up-shifts option suit someone trying cam work for the first time or fitting it around another job, and older models and models of any size are openly welcomed.
It does not suit a man or a couple, given the female-only rule, or a model who cannot get to the studio. A model coming from another Streamate studio, or from a home account opened through an agency, has to read the new-account policy first. The studio does not say what its share is calculated on, so it is worth knowing what "weekly payouts" means before comparing it with another studio's split.
