What Aura is

Aura, which the site calls the Модельное агентство "Aura" (Aura model agency), is a webcam studio in Kyiv that hires women over 18 as web models who chat with viewers from its equipped office. It runs two other roles on the same vacancies page: translator operators who write to viewers on a model's behalf, and agents who bring in new models for a per-model reward. The site is in Russian, names no joining fee, and says the training it gives is free. The application is a questionnaire with photos, followed by an interview. The vacancies are addressed to people from the capital or the Kyiv region who can work on a fixed shift pattern in the studio.

How earning works here

The core job is online chat from the agency's office. The site describes it as conversation with men over a webcam, in the form of anonymous talk about life and light flirting, with no personal meetings, and it says the model's job is to help the person she is talking to spend an interesting time. The vacancies page also mentions taking part in photo shoots and hosting a live show online from a cozy personal room. The site says no modeling school certificate or ideal measurements are needed and that charisma and effort decide the result.

The studio's specialists handle the rest. The site lists what they take on: teaching the secrets of chat communication, building a portfolio and helping with the image the model uses, resolving disputed situations, promotion, which the site calls a guarantee of a good start even for beginners, and technical support. Its benefits list adds individual workplaces with designer interiors, air conditioning and rest areas; high-speed internet, modern computers and HD webcams; regular photo shoots with a professional photographer for the portfolio; and training that it says teaches models to earn in a short time, free of charge. The FAQ says the studio administration helps choose an image, creates the portfolio and profiles, and teaches a beginner to be a successful model. The studio itself, the FAQ says, is in a quiet residential district within walking distance of the metro.

The shifts are fixed. The site lists three: morning from 8:00 to 16:00, evening from 16:00 to 23:00, and night from 23:00 to 8:00. The FAQ says the model builds her own schedule from those three, with a minimum of 4 shifts a week, and that the pattern can be combined with university studies or another job.

The translator operator is the second route, and it shows up in two ways. For a model who does not speak English, the FAQ says an operator-translator is provided, who explains the finer points of the work and writes to foreigners in the model's name; the benefits list puts it as language knowledge not being required because experienced operators help models earn. The same role is advertised as a separate job on the vacancies page, on the same three shifts: the applicant knows one or more foreign languages, finds a way out of unusual situations quickly, can work with people, accepts the income the vacancy advertises, is over 18, and has no addictions and no problems with the law. That makes Aura a chat-operator employer as well as a model studio, with the operator working alongside the studio's models.

The third route is the agent, the agency's referral role. The vacancies page asks for someone persuasive, with a large circle of acquaintances, active and able to get along with everybody, and in October 2026 it says the agent can count on an income of up to $400 for each model brought in. The schedule for agents is listed as free.

The path in is four steps on the home page: send a questionnaire, wait for the personnel manager to answer and book an interview, pass the interview, and start work as a web model. The form asks for several photos, and the site says the data given is not passed to third parties. A callback request form is offered too, and the site header says the agency takes calls daily and around the clock. The vacancies page invites questions about duties, salary or working conditions in writing and says the agency answers promptly.

Money and rules

Pay is a percentage of what the model earns, sent to a bank card, and nothing on the site asks the applicant to pay or invest anything: it calls the job income without risk or capital investment. The income figures below are the agency's own statements as of October 2026.

  • Pay structure: the home page promises a dynamic percentage, saying that the more a model earns, the higher the percentage she gets. It gives no percentages.
  • Payout: the site says it pays salary to the model's bank card every week.
  • Web model income claims: the home page advertises a monthly range that starts with part-time work, and the FAQ says earnings are individual, that a beginner can earn $1000 in the first month, and that successful models earn more, depending on the wish to work and the time a model is ready to spend.
  • Operator-translator: the vacancy page says applicants should be content with an income from $1000, as the agency advertises it.
  • Agent: a reward for each model brought in, on a free schedule.
  • Age and looks: the FAQ says it hires women strictly from 18, that all types of women aged 18 to 39 suit it, and that weight and height do not matter.
  • Other model requirements: from the capital or the Kyiv region, at ease with a computer, decent English or the translator's help, no problems with the law, no addictions.

The privacy policy covers what happens to an applicant's details. It says the site collects a name, phone number and email address only from visitors who fill in one of its forms, uses the name to address the person and the phone and email to clarify questions, publishes none of it, and passes it to third parties only where the law in force requires it.

Who it suits and who it does not

Aura suits a woman in Kyiv or the Kyiv region who wants a scheduled office job with no audience or equipment of her own, a translator if her English is weak, and pay every week to her bank card. It also suits someone who speaks foreign languages and would rather be the operator than the face on camera, and a person with a wide network can look at the agent role, the only one with a free schedule.

It does not suit anyone who wants to stream from home, since the work happens in the studio, or applicants outside the capital region, which the model vacancy sets as a requirement. The caveat is the split: the dynamic percentage is described but never given as a number, so the income figures are marketing rather than a rate.
