What BeWebmodel is

BeWebmodel is a Czech and Slovak webcam modeling agency, with site versions in both languages and a copyright line naming JBWebmode s.r.o. It recruits models to chat with customers by webcam on what it calls a premium USA livechat platform. The site says that platform is meant only for foreign customers from around the world, including Australia, Switzerland, Germany and the USA, who come for the comfort and luxury an online setting gives them. Models are paid a per-minute rate for private chat, and the pages say the model receives a share of her earnings with a published ceiling. The site presents the work as communication and entertainment, where each model sets her own style and boundaries. It also requires a minimum of 100 hours of work per month, which matters more than any other rule for a reader weighing the offer.

How earning works here

A model spends her working time in her own chat room with customers. The Czech page says the customers are attracted by her profile photo on the main page of the agency's broadcast portal. Her job is to be proactive, hold engaging conversations and come across as attractive, but the pages also describe her as a listener who gives customers a safe space to be themselves, and as a good salesperson who understands what a customer wants and offers an experience that makes him come back. This personal approach is, in the site's words, the key to building long-term relationships with customers.

The working language is English, written or spoken, as the model prefers. The Czech page adds that a translator or AI can be used to make communication easier, and the Slovak page mentions a translator.

The Czech page walks through a working day in 5 steps. The model prepares her space, gets comfortable and sets up her equipment; she logs in, opens the app, sets the camera and lights and goes online; the first viewers write in the chat and conversation starts; she greets new viewers and builds a circle of regular customers and fans; and she organizes her time, since shifts are planned a week ahead.

The pay-per-minute model is explicit. "Zákazníci platí za tzv. soukromý chat, kde je model placen minutovou sazbou" means customers pay for a private chat in which the model is paid a per-minute rate. In October 2026 the Czech pages say the rate starts at 30 CZK per minute, and the Slovak pages give a starting rate of 1 EUR per minute. Both versions also work that base rate out as an hourly net figure. Besides private chat, the site mentions tipping, a paid fan club and "many other ways" to earn extra money, without listing them.

The site describes the work as flexible, calling it ideal for students, people with jobs or mothers on parental leave. The model can work in the morning, afternoon, evening or at night. The catch is the monthly minimum: "minimálně 100 odpracovaných hodin měsíčně" (at least 100 worked hours a month), for example 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. How the hours are spread is up to the model. The site tells a story of a successful model who works more than 100 hours a month while also going to school and the gym, and promotes a 5-minute video where the whole job is explained.

The agency's role is listed under benefits. There is front placement on the broadcast portal, which the site says gives more visibility and a better chance to earn. There are regular contests with cash bonuses and all-inclusive trips. An individual approach comes with a training program and weekly webinars, and the site says there is much more to its offer. Support is also part of the pitch for beginners: the Czech page promises that a model learns communication, flirting and body language, skills it calls valuable in life.

The Slovak page sets the tone differently from the Czech one. It says livechat has long been more than "cheap erotica" and that the old stereotype has not applied for years, and it adds that the work suits both men and women. The Czech page says the work is not conditional on erotica and that each model decides her own style and limits. Neither page describes any particular content.

Money and rules

The model is paid a share of her earnings and a per-minute rate in private chat, and she owes a monthly minimum of hours. These are the terms on the Czech page as of October 2026, with the Slovak page named where it differs.

  • Share: the Czech page states "Až 70 % z výdělku pro modela" (up to 70% of the model's earnings). The amount seen in the model's statistics is exactly what she receives, with no hidden fees or recalculation for the studio or platform. The Slovak page makes the same claim with the same figure.
  • Rate: private chat is paid by the minute, with the starting rate published in koruna on the Czech pages and in euro on the Slovak pages.
  • Hours: at least 100 hours worked per month, in any pattern.
  • Earnings claims: the Czech page states what most new models make in a month, in koruna, and says some make much more. The Slovak page states what most beginners earn in a month, in euro. Both are the agency's own statements, and the figures are not the same on the two versions.
  • Language: customer communication in English.
  • Extras: a front-page placement, contests with cash bonuses and all-inclusive trips, a training program and weekly webinars.

The site does not publish its payout schedule or payout methods on the job description pages, which point to its FAQ for detail on earnings.

Who it suits and who it does not

BeWebmodel fits a Czech or Slovak speaker who wants to work from home for English-speaking customers abroad and who values a fixed, stated share. The share comes with a plain promise that the figure in the statistics is the figure paid out, and the starting rate is published in both koruna and euro. A model who likes talking, enjoys building a base of returning customers and wants coaching, a training program and weekly webinars gets that listed. Someone who wants to set limits on style has the site's statement that each model decides.

It fits less well if 100 hours a month is more than she can give. That is about 5 hours a day on 5 days a week, and the site makes it a requirement rather than a suggestion. The hourly figure is stated for the base rate only, and that rate applies to paid private chat minutes, not to every hour online. The share is an "up to" figure. The earning claims differ between the Czech and Slovak versions, and nothing here is a guarantee. The job description is about chat and conversation, and a model expecting a free hand over her hours will find the weekly shift plan a firmer structure than the word flexible suggests.
