What CamBonita is

CamBonita describes itself as "one of the largest adult talent agencies specializing in webcam modeling", recruiting for what it calls "the #1 network of live video chat sites". It hires female, male, gay and trans webcam models and couples for a network it names LiveBonita, for full or part time work from home, and asks that applicants be over 18. It pays models by the minute in private chat, and it runs an agent program that pays people who recruit models. The about page says: "We never charge our models any fees, and do not ask for personal financial information." The site is in English, and it accepts models and agents from most countries.

How earning works

The company explains the job for people who have never done it. Guests pick a model on one of its websites by clicking a thumbnail from the list of available models. The model chats with each guest but earns nothing until a guest invites her into a private chat. The about page read in October 2026 then gives the rate: "The model earns between $0.50 and $0.80 per minute for each client in private chat". The rate is counted per client, so several guests in the same private room each pay it at once, and the page builds its own hourly illustration on a room of 10 clients. The same page says it is up to the model whether to do what is asked, that she can end a session at any time, that her identity stays private, and that there is never physical contact with clients. Models can work as many or as few hours as they like, from any location with a webcam, a computer and a high-speed connection.

The about page adds that personality often matters more than looks, because the clients who come back again and again are often looking for someone to chat with, and that the models who earn most listen and remember small details about each client. Its traffic claims are its own: "over five million visitors per day", and a network of hundreds of websites that target over 500 million visitors a month, with the agency saying it handles all the advertising. The front page says its highest paid models do paid shows for many clients at once and spend little time in free chat.

The models' blog lists the tools and help on offer:

  • A redesigned dashboard that shows weekly earnings without opening the earning reports.
  • A Rate Analysis tool that reviews recent streaming and earnings in Premium and Exclusive Chat, suggests which rates work, and lets the model change rates from the tool.
  • A Ranking Report tool that grades streaming quality factors on a scale from "Poor" to "Excellent".
  • HD encoder guides, with preferred settings files built to work with Streamate.com, and a note that HD and widescreen streams will get priority in the sorting order.
  • Tips posts on improving the public profile, on Cam2Cam with members who have a webcam, and on Gold Shows and TV Broadcast, which the blog says are reserved for established performers with high quality shows.
  • An HD checklist that starts with the computer (a Mac or PC with an i5, i7 or equivalent processor) and a free encoder download for Windows and Mac, with a manual configuration guide for models who skip the preferred settings.
  • Member tags on profiles, reviewed before release, which the model can block if inaccurate.
  • Geographic restriction, which blocks a country, city or US state from seeing the model's profile, up to 5 blocked areas. The site says this feature only becomes available once the account is in approved status.

The agent page lists what models referred by an agent get: screening and pre-hire help including document checks, traffic on the network, HD streaming, the option to take private phone calls from clients during paid shows, "Absolutely no chargebacks or deductions", a personal support rep by email, Skype or toll-free phone, training from experienced models for qualified new hires who ask, help getting front page placement, and a private delivery address for gifts from clients, which the agency receives and forwards.

The agent program is the second earning route. As of October 2026 the page says it "pays agents a 10% revenue share of the earnings their direct referrals generate", and that the commission is "paid entirely by us", so models earn the same whether they come through an agent or directly. Agents need no models to start, no website and no minimum number of models to stay, and they are not required to be exclusive. Each agent gets an affiliate link, and someone who clicks it once stays tied to that agent's code "even if it’s a year later". The Agent Portal sends an email for each application and shows referrer stats, signups and earnings. On top of that, the FAQ says a 2 tier program pays agents 10% of the earnings of each agent they refer, and models may be agents too, but cannot be paid as agents for recruiting themselves. The agent page also prints weekly income projections per active model, which are its marketing figures and depend on recruits staying active.

A separate affiliate section offers widgets and tracking for people who send traffic to LiveBonita from their own pages.

Money and rules

Models: the agent page lists "Weekly earnings payments via check, direct deposit, PayPal", and year-end 1099 earnings statements for US-based models, issued by the agency. The pay basis is the per-minute private-chat rate above, and the agent page promises models "Absolutely no chargebacks or deductions". The site does not publish the share the agency keeps.

Agents: paid weekly, each Monday, for the previous work week, by PayPal, Money Bookers, or check for US residents only. The FAQ says: "we do not have a minimum payout", so even the smallest balance is paid that week, and it does not hold back pay or deduct for chargebacks.

Entry rules: models must be over 18, speak English fluently and hold a valid government-issued photo ID proving their age. The agency accepts agents and models from most countries but not from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Who it suits and who it does not

CamBonita suits an English-speaking model who wants weekly pay per private-chat minute on a network that handles its own advertising, and who values tools that report earnings, test rates and block regions. The geo-restriction is useful to a model who wants to stay out of view in a home country or city, once approved. The agent route suits someone with a network of contacts, or a model who wants to recruit friends while performing, and the no-minimum weekly payout is friendly to small earners.

The caveats are real. Only the per-minute rate is published, not the agency's cut. The "#1 network", "largest" and "highest paying" lines are the agency's claims, and its income projections depend on recruits staying active. Models in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia cannot apply.
