What Camprodest is

Camprodest is a webcam agency that recruits women to work as video models, with studios in Poznań and Szczecin and a fully remote option from anywhere in the world. The site is in Polish, invites applicants to join its 120+ models (Dołącz do 120+ modelek). Its headline invites women to work in videomodeling with the agency, and its title promises high earnings and a flexible schedule. Joining is an application through the site, and the page names no fee for it. The agency says it is looking for adults who are communicative and open, and that appearance is not a deciding factor.

The agency describes its business as working on the foreign market for online services in the video chat category. It presents itself as a modern organization where comfort and convenience count, says its professional technical and training base and working methods refined to perfection give it top employment conditions, and says it keeps expanding the scale of its operation. Those are the agency's descriptions of itself. In practice it sits between a model and the paid video chat sites where she broadcasts, and the money flows through that arrangement.

How earning works

The work, in the page's words, is holding video conversations and building relationships with users who pay for the time spent on the broadcast (użytkownicy płacą za czas spędzony na transmisji). Earning is time-based: a user pays while the model is live with him. Paid video chat is the earning route the page describes, and the page names no other.

One feature shapes the whole job. The page says communication happens "wyłącznie pisemnie, we współpracy z tłumaczem" (exclusively in writing, together with a translator). A model does not need to know foreign languages. When a conversation goes beyond her skills, the agency's translator takes over remotely and types on her behalf. For a Polish speaker broadcasting to a foreign audience, that removes the usual language barrier, and it also means the model never has to speak on air: the conversation itself is typed.

The agency says the model keeps full control: "Twoja transmisja Twoje zasady" (your broadcast, your rules). She decides her outfit, the way she talks and her working style, and the agency says it imposes no guidelines of its own.

Privacy gets its own block. The page says the model stays anonymous during broadcasts, that her identity is fully created for the job, and that her personal data will never be disclosed. It also describes a regional block: her broadcast is not available in Poland, and the agency says it can block access from any other country on request. For a model who does not want to be seen by people she knows, those two lines carry most of the weight.

The page names these tools and extras:

  • A company phone at the start. If she wants one, the model receives the newest iPhone or Samsung, available to her around the clock.
  • An image training course, "Szkolenie Wizerunkowe". The page calls personal charm a tool a model can use consciously and effectively, and says the agency will show her techniques to shape how she is perceived. It says its experience, built over years of practice, is passed on step by step starting with what matters most, so that she reaches high results from the very start, and that during the training she will find "uroda to sprawa drugorzędna" (looks are a secondary matter).
  • A manager. The page says "nasza menadżerka" (our manager, in the feminine) will help the model develop her skills, alongside full support from the team.
  • Profile building. A heading in English and Polish speaks of shaping her own path in video modeling, with profiles built on algorithms while the agency looks after her image.

The agency says it works mainly on platforms from the USA and Germany, where it claims rates are among the highest in the world. The working atmosphere is also part of the pitch. The page describes an all-women team with a relaxed climate where it is easy to find one's feet from the first day.

Remote models, the page says, have the same options as models working in the studio, with the difference that they work from anywhere in the world, and a smartphone or a laptop is enough to start. Studio work in Poznań or Szczecin is the other path. A model choosing between the two is choosing a workplace, not a different deal: the page presents the translator, the training, the manager and the phone as available either way.

Money and rules

The page states no payout percentage or revenue split, no payout threshold, no schedule and no payout method.

What it does offer is a section titled "Zarobki Naszych Modelek" (our models' earnings), presented as a sample breakdown of payouts for individual models. The page says the table shows real monthly earnings of its models in PLN, converted from foreign currencies at current exchange rates. So the amounts behind the table start in foreign currencies and are shown in złoty only after conversion. The page also says a model can earn really big money regardless of standard canons of beauty. Both are the agency's own marketing.

The requirements that are stated:

  • Age: the agency looks for "pełnoletnich" (adult) applicants.
  • Personality: communicative and open, and wanting to earn in videomodeling.
  • Experience: none needed. The page promises "Wszystkiego Cię nauczymy" (we will teach you everything) and full support.
  • Looks: the page says a model does not need to look like a supermodel, that appearance is not a key factor, and that diversity is an advantage in this business.
  • Equipment: a smartphone or laptop for remote work.
  • Language: no foreign languages needed, because of the translator.

The footer says Camprodest is a registered trademark, that all content including photos and videos of models is protected by copyright, and that unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is not allowed. Questions go through a contact form, email or phone, and the agency says it answers as quickly as it can.

Who it suits and who it does not

Camprodest fits a Polish-speaking woman with no camera experience who wants a structured start: image training, a manager, a translator who types for her, a company phone, and a choice between a studio in Poznań or Szczecin and working from home. The anonymity, the invented on-air identity and the country block suit someone who wants clear distance between this work and her everyday life. A model with weak foreign languages loses nothing here, since every conversation is in writing and a translator can take over.

A model who wants to choose her own sites, run her own traffic, sell clips or keep an independent brand will find nothing for that on the page, which describes paid video chat run through the agency. The page speaks to women throughout, in the feminine form, and does not address male or couple performers. The site is in Polish only. The main caveat is money: with no split, payout schedule or method on the page, those terms have to be settled with the agency, in writing, before a model starts.
