What it is
Chill Long Studio is a webcam studio in Phuket, Thailand, that hires women as web models, chat operators and administrators to work from its premises. It is an employer route for people who want a studio room, a team and a salary rather than their own accounts, and it pays "salaries twice a month," with payouts possible after the first working day on individual terms. The homepage advertises a starting monthly amount for new models, and the pages name no joining fee. The site runs in Russian with an English version, and the FAQ says communication on the cam sites is only in English, with an operator-interpreter for models who do not speak it. The studio says it opened in Phuket recently, that its studios in other countries have worked in the field since 2010, and that its models and studios have been nominated at industry events such as the Bucharest Summit, AWSummit and Lalexpo. It also says that, according to one of the sites, it entered the top 5 studios in the CIS in 2018 and 2019. Those are the studio's claims.
How earning works
The studio sells a job in front of a camera, not a platform account. A model works in one of its rooms, in what it describes as spacious apartments in the center of the Chalong district, with isolated workplaces, individually designed interiors, air conditioning and modern equipment. The FAQ says the studio works "exclusively on American websites," and the homepage says it has selected broadcasting platforms it considers proven safe and is in direct contact with representatives of the leading sites. Viewers pay to talk with models in private chat, and the FAQ ties income to the number of broadcasts a model holds.
Scheduling is the model's choice. The FAQ says shifts run morning, evening or night, that the model picks the days and shifts she wants, and that she can work only evenings, only nights or only weekends. The homepage repeats that webcam models "make their own broadcast schedules, so they can control their income." The studio also lists lunches, with breaks and food provided, among its benefits.
On the language side, the studio puts an interpreter beside the model. The FAQ says "A qualified operator-interpreter will work with you in our studio as needed," who will "not only translate texts for you, but also teach you all the subtleties and tricks of the work." A model who reads English easily needs nothing more; one with basic English who translates online is told the work is a way to practice with native speakers. The homepage adds that a model must use the translator quickly and that working from a phone does not bring the same income as working in the studio.
Training is part of the offer. The homepage says the studio trains all new models and that short training is mandatory, and the FAQ calls it free training where "everything will be taught," with experienced models helping and prompting newcomers in their first days. The staff helps create an image for each model. The studio argues that the work rewards conversation, positivity, mobility and goodwill more than looks, says a model does not need 90-60-90 measurements or a striking appearance, and says a model can choose not to take part in erotic ideas and focus on conversation, singing or dancing instead. It names students and mothers on maternity leave among the people the work suits, and says many successful web models are 40-45 years old.
The way in is an interview. The FAQ says to call and a manager will invite the applicant, describes the interview as "more like an acquaintance where we'll answer all your questions," and says the first one can be online by video call or in a cafe in Chalong, followed by a tour of the studio. The site's callback form asks which position the applicant wants (web model, operator or administrator) and has a checkbox in which she certifies she is female.
The job board sets out each role. A webcam model, it says, should be aged 18 to 30, with an attractive appearance, sociable, punctual, with basic computer skills, no bad habits and no problems with the law; English is an advantage. In return, the vacancy promises high earnings from a stated monthly floor, payouts without delay, the central apartments, air-conditioned workplaces, a friendly team, bonuses and corporate events, and training. An operator, the chat role that types for models, should be at least 23 with written English, webcam experience, fast typing, sociability and creativity, and is paid a salary plus a percentage of the closed check. An administrator should be at least 27, with experience managing people and working as a webcam model, on a 5/2 schedule from 22:00 to 07:00, training and supervising staff and keeping order in the studio.
Leaving is simple, the homepage says: if a model realizes during the internship that the work is not her calling, she can delete her account and say goodbye, and "We will pay you the amount earned."
Money and rules
Pay schedule. The FAQ states: "We pay salaries twice a month; every two weeks, however, individual conditions are also possible. For example, you can receive money every day after the first working day." The homepage lists the possibility of payments after the first working day among its benefits.
Pay level. The studio frames pay as a salary with a stated minimum, not as a published share of sales. In October 2026 the homepage says "At the initial stage, Chill Long Studio offers a payout of $2,000," and the FAQ gives the same amount as the minimum salary of a webcam model at the studio. The homepage also quotes a higher monthly range for its active models in Phuket. These are the studio's own statements about its pay and its models. Beyond the salary, the FAQ lists bonuses such as free photo and video sessions, visits to summits and corporate parties. The pages do not set out how viewer spending becomes the model's salary.
Referral bonus. As of October 2026 the homepage carries a "Bring a friend and get $200" promotion with a form, marked as valid until 10/31/2023.
Privacy. The FAQ says a model can block viewers by location, for example from the CIS countries or Thailand, and that some sites are blocked in the CIS or block those viewers themselves. The homepage says the studio guarantees the confidentiality of each employee's data through its partnerships with the sites.
Age and studio rules. Only people 18 and older may enter the studio, after reading the Studio Rules. The rules ban alcohol, drugs, extremist literature, propaganda of violence and discrimination on the premises, and the making, showing or distribution of pornographic materials there; the studio says it does not produce or distribute pornography and does not recruit models for it. On foreign sites, a model must not perform pornographic acts or show pornographic material in public broadcasts; her behavior in private broadcasts is hers alone, and the administration "does not interfere in the activities of the model and does not coordinate or control her while she is in the room." The footer says the studio provides no intimate services and does not act as an intermediary for them, and that all communication is virtual.
Who it suits and who it does not
This is for a woman aged 18 to 30 who wants a physical workplace in Phuket, supervised first days, an interpreter on hand and a salary paid twice a month, with the option of earlier payouts. The interpreter and the free training make it a fit for a newcomer whose English is weak. The free choice of shifts suits a student or a mother on maternity leave, groups the studio names itself. An experienced model or a fast English typist has a second route as an operator or administrator, with the operator's pay tied to closed checks.
It is a poor fit for anyone who wants to run her own channel, keep her own audience or take a stated percentage of every sale, because the pages describe a studio salary and bonuses. It does not suit anyone who cannot be in Phuket, since all the work described happens on site, or anyone over the model vacancy's age range. The earnings figures are the studio's marketing, and the friend bonus carries a 2023 end date.
