What it is

Czatmodelka.pl is a Polish-language agency that hires adult women as video chat models ("czatmodelki") to work from home on foreign video chat portals. It pays a commission on turnover, with a lower share for a model who works with a moderator and a higher share for one who works alone. The agency sets up the models' profiles on the foreign portals itself and calls itself a European leader in live chat. The home page claims that this experience gets it much higher commissions from those portals than other studios in Poland. The site is written for Polish speakers who want chat work without speaking the viewers' language, though the higher-share route does require English or German. An applicant sends a form, and the agency arranges a trial shift.

How earning works

The job, in the site's own summary, is talking and building contact with clients on a video chat. The page says the clients are mainly men, and that an attractive look, a natural smile and a positive attitude are the key to success. The agency stresses that it is not looking for magazine cover models and that the measurements 90-60-90 are not required, since its clients have very different tastes. It tells applicants that naturalness and a smile are what people on video chats value most, and presents chat work from home as safe, comfortable and a way to earn without leaving the house.

There are two ways to work, and the site presents each as its own offer.

The first is chat work with a moderator, at the lower share of turnover. The model works from home with a moderator's help, keeps a flexible schedule and does not need any foreign language, so she can start almost at once. The moderator is how the language problem is solved. The page says its professionally prepared moderators help in conversations on the foreign chats, and that a model working from home talks to her moderator through a dedicated messenger. When a viewer makes a request, the moderator passes it on each time, and only the model decides which requests she accepts.

The second is chat work without a moderator, at the higher share of turnover. The model works independently from home and chooses her own hours. The listed requirements are a computer, internet and a camera that delivers high image quality, plus a communicative knowledge of English or German.

The money comes from turnover: a model receives a commission on what clients spend with her. The page is frank that a newcomer will not have the regular clients that long-serving models have, but says that with the support of experienced moderators she can earn satisfying money from the start, and that as she grows popular she will earn more. It describes the pay rhythm in one line: "Im więcej rozmów przeprowadzisz i im większe zainteresowanie klientów wzbudzisz, tym większa kwota wpłynie po zakończeniu miesiąca na Twoje konto" (the more conversations you hold and the more interest you raise in clients, the larger the amount paid into your account after the end of the month). The page adds that a model can check her earnings at any time.

The agency presents commission on turnover as the right arrangement for a beginner: until a model has regular clients and generates high turnover, the moderators' experience makes the work pay better for her. That is the agency's case for the moderator route.

The profile work sits with the agency. The page says setting up profiles on foreign portals is the agency's job, and that years of experience tell it which profiles clients like most and how to promote and position them. It claims its long experience lets it negotiate much higher commissions from the foreign portals it works with, to the models' benefit. The page does not name those portals.

The site is explicit about nudity. The model decides how far she goes, and the page says she does not even have to take off her top if she does not want to. It claims many of its models do not undress on camera at all, and that charisma and disposition mainly decide a model's success and earnings. Appearance still counts in the agency's telling: it asks for a pretty, feminine outfit (a turtleneck sweater is out), groomed hair and nails and fresh makeup, while leaving models free to dress to their own taste and comfort.

Hours are the model's own. She sets her schedule and how intense her shifts are, and the page says that naturally the more she works, the more she earns. It adds a warning that tiredness shows: a model who is worn out and short of sleep will look less attractive to the people she talks to, so rest is part of the job.

To start, an applicant sends the form on the site, and the agency says it will contact her and book a trial shift ("dyżur próbny"). Beyond the model offers, the site also recruits moderators and agents and invites studios to register, so chat operators and studio owners have their own routes in, though the home page does not set out their terms.

Money and rules

Commission. The agency pays a share of turnover, and the share depends on the route a model picks. In October 2026 the page states it directly: "W naszej firmie prowizja dla czatmodelki wynosi 60%, pracując z moderatorem z domu" (at our company the commission for a chat model is 60%, working with a moderator from home). The offer box for independent work gives "80% prowizji od obrotu" (80% commission on turnover). These are the only shares the page publishes.

Earnings claims. As of October 2026 the page shows its own marketing figures: a headline asking whether the reader wants to earn as much as 10 000 zł a month on her own schedule, repeated in a counter, and a line of 60-80zł per hour. These are the agency's claims about what is possible, not a promise. The site also says it has 200 chat models from 4 countries.

Payout. The page says earnings are paid into the model's account after the end of the month and can be checked at any time. The site does not publish a minimum payout, a payment method or any withdrawal fee.

Age and personal data. The agency recruits only adults, which it calls a necessary condition. It says personal data is needed only to confirm that the applicant is an adult and to sign the contract, that only a narrow group in accounting and HR sees it, and that a model's IP address is kept hidden and protected.

Discretion. The agency says chat work is sometimes misunderstood and badly received by intolerant people, so it guards its models' discretion, starting with the fact that they work from home.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits a Polish-speaking woman who wants chat work from home and wants someone else to set up her profiles and handle the foreign language. It also suits someone who values the stated option to keep her clothes on and to refuse any request a moderator passes on. An experienced English or German speaker who wants the larger share has the independent route, with no moderator in between and the larger of the agency's 2 published shares.

It suits less a model who wants to see the portals and the contract before she starts, because the home page names neither. The two tiers are a trade: the lower tier comes with a moderator and no language demand, the higher tier with working alone in English or German. The hourly and monthly figures are the agency's marketing, and the page gives no data on how many models reach them. A model who needs to know how and how often money moves beyond a monthly payment will have to get that from the agency.
