What Paradise Dolls is
Paradise Dolls is a streaming agency and training academy for women who want remote live-streaming income. It describes itself as a "community and Academy for beginners, creators, and ambitious women who want remote income". The agency sets up accounts, prepares verification, and teaches the work, and it provides its training to agency models without upfront cost, though that comes with a 6-month term described below. The site is in English and also offers Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian and Thai.
It was built by a founder who, the site says, spent more than 15 years in the industry and saw "too many women dropped into agencies without the support, confidence, structure or business education they needed to succeed". The pitch is "luxury support without the intimidating agency feeling", aimed at women "from real backgrounds, not only influencers with huge followings". A reader who wants structure, onboarding and teaching while working from home is the audience it names.
How earning works here
The core is live streaming across several platforms at once. The site says Paradise Dolls "positions multistreaming as the main advantage": simultaneous visibility across platforms, diversified income and stronger traffic, so that one live session becomes multiple opportunities. Its work-from-home page frames the same idea as learning to stream across multiple platforms "so your income is never reliant on a single site or audience".
The agency's role is stated as a list. It handles onboarding and account setup, verification preparation, profile guidance, and support systems and structure. The work-from-home page adds account setup on every platform, identity verification and age checks, profile preparation and review, and onboarding structure. The model's part is described as a list too. She learns how to stream professionally, how platforms and tools work, how to engage customers, and how to "maximise earnings confidently". The home page adds that the team brings systems, guidance, onboarding, account preparation, safety standards and a clear learning path, while the model brings ambition and consistency.
Teaching happens in a private members area called the Boss Doll Blueprint. The site calls it "a luxury feminine streaming operating system, not a generic course library". Its core is a walkthrough system covering platform navigation, monetization tools, stream controls, customer interaction, rankings, earnings systems and customer retention. The material comes as PDF guides with screenshots, Canva-style presentations and screen-recorded walkthroughs. The academy runs in seven steps: an introduction to the founder and the agency, safety and professionalism, stream preparation, equipment and setup guidance, platform walkthroughs, customer psychology and conversion strategy, and a closing module on content and messaging income.
Remote work is the default. The work-from-home page says "You decide when you go live", whether morning, evening or night, and that "everything you need - training, systems, guidance, and community - is available remotely from day one". It also covers the technical side step by step, including ring light, softbox and natural light setups, audio, camera framing and equipment upgrades "at every income level". Privacy is described as protected throughout, with the team managing verification and account setup before a model goes public.
Community and mentorship are presented as part of the product. The site describes "a supportive girls-girl community" with mentorship, motivation and structure, and says the aim is that members are "not left alone". The home page also promotes "paradise living", with tropical locations, villas, cafes and beach clubs as the lifestyle on offer. That is lifestyle marketing rather than a stated service.
Applying is a form. It asks for name, email, phone, an experience level that includes "No Experience", Instagram and TikTok handles, an optional referral code, and up to 6 clear photos in JPG, PNG or WEBP, 10MB each. The applicant confirms she is 18 or older. The site says the onboarding team reviews every application privately and guides approved members through the next steps.
Money and rules
The model is self-employed, is paid from what the platforms pay out after refunds and chargebacks, and commits to a minimum term in return for the training. In October 2026 the terms shown with the application set this out.
- Status. The model works as a self-employed online creator. The terms make her solely responsible for registering as self-employed where the law requires and for paying her own Income Tax, National Insurance contributions and other taxes; Paradise Dolls and Lux Dolls LTD do not deduct or administer them.
- Payments. "Payments are based on earnings received from the relevant platforms and may be adjusted to reflect refunds, chargebacks, platform deductions, authorised advances or other agreed deductions." The site does not publish the agency's share or a payout schedule.
- Earnings. "Paradise Dolls cannot guarantee any level of earnings or success, as results depend on my own effort, consistency, performance and market conditions."
- Training value. The Training Programme "has a retail value of £1,799 and may be purchased separately if I choose not to join the agency".
- Free with the agency. For an agency model it is "provided without any upfront cost on the condition that I remain with the agency for a minimum term of six (6) months".
- Leaving early. A model who leaves before the 6 months and keeps working independently or with another agency agrees to reimburse Lux Dolls LTD that retail value, described as the value of the training, onboarding, mentoring, systems and business support. Monies owed to that company, including authorised advances and agreed repayments, may be recovered through a repayment plan or lawful debt recovery.
- Non-compete. For 12 months after the relationship ends, the model will not set up or help a competing creator management agency using the agency's confidential information, systems or training. She also agrees not to recruit its models, staff, chatters, contractors or business partners during the relationship or for 12 months after.
- Independence. The terms say she is free to work independently or with companies and platforms that are not partnered with or managed by the agency, as long as there is no conflict of interest or use of its confidential material.
- Agency services. The agency acts as her management agency, with onboarding, training, mentoring, account management, marketing, technical support, promotional services and business development.
- Conduct. She agrees to act professionally, follow the agency's policies and the rules of every platform she uses, and keep login details confidential; a breach can lead to suspension or termination.
- Age and data. 18 or older and legally entitled to work as an online creator, with identity checks completed before work starts and more documents possible at any stage. Personal data, ID documents and payment information are processed under UK data protection legislation, the terms say.
Who it suits and who it does not
Paradise Dolls suits a woman with no streaming history who wants an agency to set up her accounts, a structured course and a community, and who is working from home. The multistreaming idea suits someone who wants to avoid depending on one site. The application route, with a private review and no experience required, is built for a newcomer.
The limits matter. The terms explain how payments are adjusted but not the agency's share. The training is described as free, but it comes with a 6-month term and a repayment of its retail value if she leaves early, so it works as a commitment rather than a gift. The 12-month non-compete and non-solicit clauses bind a model who later wants to start her own management business. A creator who already runs her own accounts and audience, and does not need onboarding, may find the arrangement is more structure than she wants.
