What it is

Velure Agency is a webcam model agency for people who want to work as video chat models from home. It says models are paid for every minute of an individual show, and its homepage lists free job training, a flexible schedule, no limit on earnings and "instant withdrawal on the same day" among its benefits. The agency says no work experience is needed and any appearance is welcome, adding that each model finds their target audience. The site is in English and the only equipment it asks a new model to have is a device with a webcam and internet access.

The agency describes the job as video communication with chat participants. It states that many men are willing to pay great amounts of money for a girl flirting with them in a video chat, and it tells applicants that to make users pay they have to draw them in: communicate with clients, flirt and provoke heart-to-heart conversations, with the option of starting a private show. It sums the work up in three tasks: online chat with users, flirting and heart-to-heart conversations in the general chat, and private shows.

How earning works

The work is split into two formats the agency calls FLIRT and HOT-FLIRT, and the model picks the one she is comfortable with. FLIRT is communication with a slight erotic subtext, in which the model talks with people who are looking for support, shows interest in them, empathizes, flirts and makes friends. HOT-FLIRT is communication on erotic and sexual topics and private shows, where the model warms up interest through candid shows in private and group chats. The agency says dancing, twerking, topless, striptease and other elements can be included, and that men are willing to pay more for the HOT-FLIRT category.

The pay model is per minute. The model is paid for every minute of an individual show, and the agency says earnings depend on the number of hours broadcast: the longer the broadcast, the more earnings. At the initial stage, the page said in October 2026, a model can start from $50 per shift, which it defines as 4-5 hours. It also says there is no limit on earnings, with models "regularly earning over $300 per shift". Both are the agency's own marketing claims, not a rate it commits to. A calculator on the homepage lets a visitor choose a level (a beginner, an experienced model or a top list webcam model) and between 1 and 7 shifts per week, and then shows a monthly figure; it is a sales tool, not a payout term.

On discovery, the agency says regular streamers rank higher and are preferred by users, and that the higher the rating, the higher the earnings. It says Velure helps models improve the quality of their content, which it says results in higher earnings. The agency also pitches the audience itself, saying businessmen and VIPs are often found among the visitors of webcam sites and that getting to know them opens new opportunities.

The agency does the technical work. It says its technicians fill in the gaps in a model's profile on the websites, handle promotion and set up the broadcast remotely, and that a personal coach teaches the model "all the secrets of the profession". It lists free mentoring by experienced models, technicians and its technical team, covering everything from setting up a computer for work to actively promoting a broadcast. In its words, once that is done, the only two things left are chatting and earning money.

Location is flexible. Any device with a webcam and internet access works, phones and laptops included, so the agency says a model can broadcast from any city and sets her own schedule instead of working from 8 to 5.

The agency also describes how models are kept at a distance from clients. Clients are reached through special video links, so models do not meet them in person and do not even need to see them. The model alone decides which users get her attention, can refuse anything a user asks, and can block a participant who behaves inappropriately, after which that user loses access to her profile.

Money and rules

On payment, the homepage is specific about speed. Earnings are in dollars. A model can request a payment at any time and receive it within 10-15 minutes. Under the heading "We guarantee payments", the agency says that to check its financial solvency a model can order a payment on her first day of work and receive it in 15 minutes. It does not publish the model's share of show revenue or the payout method.

Joining takes a short form and consent to the processing of personal data under the agency's privacy policy. Models then sign in with the email and password used at sign-up. The page says users must be 18 or over. On privacy, the agency says it does not disclose its users' data, that every action of the operator who processes a model's documents is recorded through its program, that all data is encrypted, and that no one will know who the model works for.

Two account rules are spelled out. A model who asks to delete her account has the profile deleted after 7 days, and can contact support to cancel the request before then. An account can also be suspended when the agency suspects fraudulent activity, in which case the model cannot continue working while the agency investigates. The site's legal line reserves all rights to its materials under Hungarian and international intellectual property law and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and says its text, photos, audio and video may only be used with the copyright holder's consent.

Who it suits

It suits someone who wants paid video chat with a guided start: remote setup, a personal coach, free mentoring and a payout that can be requested the same day. A new model with no experience and nothing more than a webcam device matches how the agency describes its applicant. A model who wants to choose between lighter conversation and private shows, and to refuse requests or block users, will find that control written into the agency's own description of the job.

The caveats are about the numbers. The pages give per-shift marketing figures rather than a percentage, so a model cannot see what share of each paid minute she keeps. Ranking favors regular streamers, so a model who can only work occasionally would not get the rating benefit the agency describes, and the agency itself says HOT-FLIRT is the format users pay more for.
