What Veyrona is
Veyrona, which signs itself "VEYRONA MODEL AGENCY", is a webcam studio agency that hires women to work as cam models from its own offices. The site names Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipro as its cities and is written in Ukrainian and Russian, with a recruitment banner addressed to women in Ukraine. It pays the models it hires a percentage of what they earn, it pays existing models a bonus for bringing in friends, and the application is a short form on the site. The whole offer is built around working shifts in a studio room rather than streaming from home, so it is aimed at a woman who lives in or can reach one of those three cities and wants a structured job with an employer handling the technical side.
How earning works here
The model's work is live webcam chat and shows, done from a studio room. The agency presents itself as the partner that takes care of everything around the broadcast. In its own words it trains its models and supports them while they work, and it tells the model to concentrate on the work while the agency handles the rest. It repeats the point in a second section on support: it trains its models, supports them during work, and says they can rely on it.
The site's stat tiles give the shape of the job at a glance, as the agency presents it: a monthly income tile, a stream quality of 4K, 10 sites to choose from and 4 shifts a week. The income tile is the agency's own marketing figure. The sites tile describes the setup as multi-site, with the model working across a choice of cam sites rather than one. A partners heading sits under the tiles with no partner names shown.
Scheduling is the part of the pitch the site spends most words on. Under a heading that translates as own your time, it says all its models form their own schedule and can work 4 or 5 shifts a week as they choose. Shifts run 6-9 hours with breaks, and the agency adds that models get a vacation 2 times a year, which is an unusual line in cam work, where most earners have no time off built into the arrangement.
On the studio side, the site describes several offices in the central part of the city, close to metro stations with convenient transport links, all fitted with air conditioning and the amenities it says a good working atmosphere needs. Each room has its own air conditioner and is cleaned individually. All rooms are separate and sound-proofed, so the agency says no one disturbs a model without her permission, and it says it can guarantee the privacy of her online communication. The offices have kitchens and rest areas where models can eat or spend a break in quiet. If any problem comes up, the site says, a team of professionals takes care of it while the model rests. The agency also says it hires professionally trained specialists and trains anyone who wants to learn, and invites applicants to find out what it means to work in a coordinated team of professionals.
Veyrona runs a referral bonus for its models. In October 2026 the site's bonus section tells a model to bring a friend and receive a guaranteed bonus of $100 to $400. The bonus is paid by the studio to its own models for recruiting new ones, so it rewards models who know other women interested in the same work. On top of that the agency says it runs contests regularly, with prizes it lists as Apple products, travel certificates and cash prizes, among other things.
To apply, a visitor fills in a short form with a name, a phone number and an optional Telegram handle, and ticks a required box confirming she is 18. The agency says it will get in touch after the form is sent, and it also invites applicants to write to it directly with any question, giving a Kyiv phone number and a models@ email address under a heading that asks for questions. The form is the only application route the site shows.
Money and rules
The money terms on the site are short, and they read like this.
- Payout share: the agency promises a flexible percentage, which it describes as a very good offer for beginners and for models with experience. It publishes no number for that percentage.
- Payout schedule: payment is daily during the first week, a point the site repeats as a banner at the top of the page. After that payouts come 2 times a month, and the Russian version adds that they arrive at clearly defined periods.
- Age: models must be at least 18, and the application form makes the 18 confirmation a required field.
- Hours: shifts of 6-9 hours with breaks, 4 or 5 shifts a week as the model chooses, and a vacation 2 times a year.
- Extras: the referral bonus per friend brought in, and the regular contests.
- Place of work: studio rooms in central offices near the metro, in the three cities the site names.
- Income claims: the site's headline and a second line on average income give monthly dollar figures for its models. It credits its experience, equipment and interior design for the claim that a model will not be left without income. These are the agency's marketing figures, not a rate or a promise to any one model.
Who it suits and who it does not
Veyrona suits a woman in or near Kyiv, Kharkiv or Dnipro who wants to work from a studio with a private sound-proofed room, set shifts and someone else handling technical problems, and who has no existing audience or setup of her own. The site stresses training and ongoing support, and daily pay in the first week is a real convenience for a newcomer who wants to see money quickly before settling into the twice-monthly cycle. A model who wants paid time off will find the 2 vacations a year a rare feature, and one with friends considering the same work can collect the referral bonus.
It is a poor match for anyone who wants to stream from home, since the site describes only studio rooms in those three cities, and its recruitment is addressed to women only. The main caveat is the split: the flexible percentage is the only description of the model's share, so a model cannot turn the headline income figures into a take-home number from the site alone.
