What Webmodel Studio is and who it pays

Webmodel Studio is an in-person webcam studio in Dnipro that hires women to work video chat shifts on international cam platforms. Its own description reads "вебкам студия в Днепре, специализируется на работе с иностранной аудиторией" (a webcam studio in Dnipro that specializes in working with a foreign audience). The site is in Russian, with a UA language switch, and the studio gives 2015 as its founding year.

Joining costs nothing: the site lists training as free of charge and says the studio charges no percentage for it. By the studio's stated terms the model receives a fixed share of everything she earns on the platforms, paid daily or weekly at her choice. No experience and no English are required. All work happens at the studio, so this is a job for someone who can get to Dnipro, not a remote platform account.

How earning works here

The work is video chat with foreign viewers. The FAQ describes it as flirting, conversation and carrying out viewers' requests, with each model setting her own boundaries, which are discussed at the first meeting. Models work under a pseudonym, their real name and place of residence are not disclosed, and the studio says there are no personal meetings with clients.

The studio lists the platforms it works on as Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, LiveJasmin, MyFreeCams and OnlyFans. It ranks Chaturbate "ТОП-1" and Stripchat "ТОП-2", tags BongaCams as Europe and LiveJasmin as premium and labels OnlyFans as subscriptions. Registration on these sites happens through the studio, which is why it asks applicants to bring their documents to the first meeting.

English is not needed, the FAQ says, because the platforms have translation tools and most of the communication is nonverbal. The training starts with basic phrases for talking to foreign viewers.

The studio supplies the workplace. It lists 6 equipped rooms with different interiors, Logitech Brio 4K cameras with autofocus and a wide angle, PCs with Intel Core i7 processors and RTX graphics, Sony studio lighting, stable internet and props. The page is firm that remote work is not offered: the FAQ answer on working from home is that work happens only at the studio, because that is where the professional equipment, internet and lighting are.

Shifts come in three blocks: morning 8:00 to 15:00, day 15:00 to 22:00 and night 22:00 to 8:00. A model picks her shifts for the week and agrees the schedule with the administrator a week ahead. The studio sets a minimum of 4 shifts a week. One review on the page says the schedule can be combined with study.

The path in is four steps. First the applicant leaves her contact details, with no obligation. Then the studio arranges a meeting, and the exact route to the studio is given only after the meeting is confirmed. After registration on the platforms it fits a schedule and invites her in. Then she works, starting with a full training week that covers how the platform works, how to talk to the audience and how to structure the work, led by a curator with real webcam experience, plus advice on safety, earnings and image. After training she works on her own with her own audience.

Applying is quick. The form asks only for a name and a phone number or Telegram handle, and the studio says an administrator answers within 30 minutes during working hours, with replies between 10:00 and 22:00. The interview is 15 minutes in Telegram, and an applicant can also write to the studio anonymously there.

Privacy is built into the offer. The studio sets up geoblocking so the model's page cannot be reached from her home country or from regions she chooses (the FAQ names Ukraine as the blocked country), helps with a pseudonym and an on-screen image to reduce the chance of being recognized, and helps remove her digital footprint. A review on the page says the geoblock was set up at once.

The model's statistics are visible in a personal account, which the studio describes as transparent.

Money and rules

The studio pays by revenue share on the model's platform earnings, and the split is stated several times and consistently, in the FAQ, the pay section and the conditions text. As of October 2026 it is 55% of tokens to the model and 45% to the studio, with the studio's share described as covering equipment, traffic and promotion. The page adds no hidden deductions, no fines and no charge for training. The share is quoted on tokens, the currency of the cam platforms, and the page does not say how those platforms' own cuts are handled before the tokens reach the split.

Payouts are every day, with no days off, or every week, the model's choice. Methods listed are cash or card, with PrivatBank and monobank cards named. The studio says there are no delays and no "минимального порога" (minimum threshold), and it gives 3 days as the time to a first payout.

Income examples are the studio's own and come with a disclaimer that they are examples from individual models, not a promise. In October 2026 the ladder runs from $800 in month 1 to $2,500+ for a top model, with 2 steps between. The page says actual income depends on schedule, number of shifts, activity and experience and is not guaranteed, and the FAQ says the studio does not promise exact sums and goes through examples and terms at the interview. Three reviews on the page, dated March to May 2026, describe a first month and an average over 4 months in dollar amounts; the page itself says these amounts are individual, not typical and not guaranteed.

Requirements: the vacancy is described as suited to women aged 18 to 35 with no experience, and submitting the form confirms the applicant is 18 or older. The studio lists punctuality, willingness to learn and following studio rules. Its address is Sichovykh Striltsiv Street 3A in Dnipro, and the page gives opening hours of Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 23:00.

Who it suits and who it does not

This is for a woman in or near Dnipro with no experience who wants training, a prepared workplace and a payout she can take daily in cash or to a local bank card. The 6 rooms and equipment remove the cost of buying a camera and PC, and the free training week and translation tools make it workable for someone with no English.

It is a poor fit for anyone who wants to stream from home or run her own accounts, because work happens only at the studio and, under the stated split, a little under half of what she earns goes to the studio. The 4-shift minimum and fixed shift pattern need a regular week, and the night shift runs until 8:00. The income examples are the studio's marketing, attached to individual cases. The site is in Russian, so applicants need to be comfortable reading it.
