WEBMODEL Studio is a webcam studio in Dnipro, Ukraine, that hires women as video chat models and says it works with Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin, BongaCams and MyFreeCams. Besides models, it hires studio administrators and recruiters, and the home page also mentions chat operators. A menu item advertises work from home across all of Ukraine as well. The site runs in Russian and Ukrainian only, which tells you who it is for: applicants in Ukraine who read one of those languages. The FAQ says all a model needs is to be 18+ and want to earn, and that the studio provides everything else, equipment, room, training and support, free of charge.
The footer carries 2018-2026 and the home page says the studio has been in Dnipro for 8+ years, with its address on Kharkivska Street 11. It markets itself mostly to women with no cam experience and states that the large majority of its models arrived with none.
How earning works here
The core job is video chat with foreigners, online only, with no meetings. The vacancy for a web model lists communication in a video chat, a personal trainer and scripts at no cost, shifts of 6-8 hours on a schedule set around the model, studio-grade rooms and the studio's own equipment, and daily payouts. The home page offers two directions, web model or chat operator, and says it helps applicants choose at the interview.
Where a model works is mostly the studio. The about page describes each workplace as an equipped room of studio grade, with a professional camera, lighting, fast internet and a comfortable interior, and invites applicants to come and see it. The home page makes the case for the studio over home work: a model at home is alone, without equipment, support or guarantees, while the studio offers professional gear, fast internet and a trainer who helps her reach income faster. The studios are in the center of Dnipro, which the site says is easy to reach from both banks of the river, with modern rooms, equipment and security.
Training is what the studio stresses most. It describes training from zero with a personal trainer, ready-made scripts and help during the first shifts, and a system of levels and bonuses through which the trainer leads a model from beginner to the studio's top tier. The home page also has a calculator with a slider that turns weekly hours into a monthly income figure in hryvnia and offers to send a plan for reaching it, along with an interview booking.
The vacancies page lists three roles. Beyond the web model, the studio hires a studio administrator and a recruiter. The administrator organizes shifts, works with the models, keeps equipment and the studio in order, is trained in the processes and can grow into a studio manager; the pay is a fixed rate plus a percentage of the studio. The recruiter finds and interviews candidates through social networks, ads and a referral network, with scripts and a database provided; the pay is a fixed rate plus a bonus for each model, and the page says the income grows with each model.
The same page carries the friend referral for models. In October 2026 it says a model who brings a friend ready to become a web model to the studio receives $100 after the friend's first month of work.
Getting started follows a short path. The applicant fills in a form on the site or writes on Telegram, which the site says takes 2 minutes. The application page promises an answer within an hour and says the form is confidential and that nobody is called without consent. Next comes an interview at the studio, with no obligation, where the rooms are shown and questions answered. Training follows, free and with a trainer covering the platforms, scripts and the first shifts. The site says the route from application to first money takes less than a week, with income from the first week. For someone undecided, the home page has a short quiz of 3 questions, on experience, preferred role and day or evening shifts, that suggests a direction before she leaves a contact, and the application block says a visitor can simply come to look at the studio and ask her questions anonymously. Recruiters have their own questionnaire, linked from the footer.
Privacy is part of the pitch because applicants live in the country the studio is in. The site says broadcasts are blocked for Ukraine and all CIS countries, models work under a pseudonym, a confidentiality agreement is signed, and the studios are guarded. A home page tile lists 24/7 support alongside security and anonymity. Testimonials on the home page repeat the point: one model says nobody she knows has found out because the country block works, and another values being paid every day.
Money and rules
Payment is the clearest rule on the site. The FAQ says payouts come every day, in cash or to a card, at the model's choice, without delays or fines, and the home page says the payout comes each day after the shift.
Earnings figures are the studio's own claims. As of October 2026 the site gives a ladder of monthly income by experience, from 28,000+ UAH in the first month, which it calls a guaranteed minimum, to 150,000+ UAH for its top models, with an average for experienced models in between. The about page concedes that no model at this studio has reached the yearly earnings of the top webcam models worldwide. The site does not state the revenue split between model and studio.
The FAQ sets the schedule as flexible, with day and evening shifts of 6-8 hours and a minimum of 4 shifts a week, which it says can be combined with studies or a main job. The footer marks the site 18+.
Who it suits and who it does not
This studio fits a woman in or near Dnipro who wants a physical workplace with the equipment supplied, wants to be paid every day and needs training from zero. Someone elsewhere in Ukraine can look at the home option the menu advertises. A person who prefers organizing or recruiting to being on camera can apply as an administrator or recruiter, and a model who knows someone ready to start can earn the friend bonus.
The caveats are real. The earnings figures are marketing, the split is not published, and the site is written only for the Ukrainian market, so it is not a route for a model in another country. This is studio work and nothing else: no fan platform, clip store or affiliate program.
