What YOU. Agency is
YOU. Agency is a management agency for webcam models and OnlyFans creators, aimed at Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and its site is written in German. It describes itself as a full-service agency offering "Exklusives Management für Top Creator" (exclusive management for top creators), and it works with selected applicants rather than taking everyone. A reader who writes in German, wants an agent to run the business side of cam or OnlyFans work, and can pass a selection process should read on. A reader who wants to sign up and start the same day should not.
The agency states it has been active since 2017 and has "über 7 Jahren Erfahrung" (over 7 years of experience). Its stated ambition for the models it takes on is a place in the top 100 of the creator business. Its home page says it is a professional partner for success in the erotic and OnlyFans sector, and it pitches the move as the start of a new, free and independent life.
How earning works here
The agency covers 2 routes. The first is webcam work. It runs a dedicated page for webcam model applicants, titled "Webcam Model Agentur", where it sets out what it provides in 3 areas.
- Coaching. "Professionelles Coaching" from its experienced team, which it says accompanies a model step by step, from the first sessions to a long-term career.
- Equipment. "Wir stellen dir die nötige Ausrüstung und technische Unterstützung bereit, um deine Webcam-Sessions in höchster Qualität durchzuführen" (we provide the necessary equipment and technical support so that you can run your webcam sessions at the highest quality).
- Marketing. "Strategische Vermarktung", meaning targeted marketing and a strong online presence so that a model quickly reaches a broad audience that pays well.
The page lists 4 things it says set it apart: long experience, individual support, a safe and professional environment, and strong marketing. It also says its approach runs from technical setup through broad training to marketing, with solutions matched to each model's goals and abilities. It presents itself as a partnership rather than only a platform, and says it suits both new and experienced webcam models.
The second route is the creator side. The home page says the agency supports models in the erotic and OnlyFans sector, and it names privacy worries, unprofessional agencies and ineffective marketing strategies as the problems it set out to fix when it started in 2017. It says it helps models choose the right jobs, build their brand as a model and stay visible, and that it handles every part of a career from the first step to a "großen Durchbruch" (big breakthrough).
The home page then lists the work it does under a heading on high performance in the model business.
- Fan retention and community management. The agency says it runs professional chatting and community management so that a model keeps a strong relationship with her followers and partners.
- Branding and style. It says it helps a model develop her personal brand, define her style and position herself as a distinct personality, online and offline.
- Marketing and visibility. It says its marketing team raises a model's reach and makes her visible on the right platforms, working with current trends and technologies to place her in front of the right audiences.
- Work-life balance, with the line that a model's health and well-being matter as much as her success.
- Law and finance, where it says its expertise keeps a model covered in those areas too.
The agency frames the relationship as long term. A section on planning for the time after a career says it is not after short-term wins, that it wants a lasting partnership, and that it stays at a model's side over her whole career rather than only for the first steps.
The agency says it wants only models who bring engagement, reliability and passion, and it asks for punctuality, dependability and the ability to do well under pressure. It says looks alone are not enough: versatility, self-discipline and commitment matter as much. It describes a strict selection process, and it says a model joins an exclusive network of what it calls the top people in the industry. The home page invites people to register for a casting ("Jetzt zum Casting anmelden"), and the site menu has separate entries for an application and for jobs.
One more claim sits on the webcam page. A section titled "Erfolgsgeschichten" (success stories) says many of its models have built a stable income with the agency. That is the agency's claim, and no figure is attached to it on the pages.
Money and rules
The pages publish no commission or revenue split, payout method or fee, so the commercial terms come only with the contract.
What the pages do say concerns safety and legal footing. On the webcam page, the agency says a model's safety and well-being come first and that she works in a "rechtlich abgesicherten und geschützten Rahmen" (a legally secured and protected framework). The home page has a section on security, data protection and personality rights. It says the agency guarantees that all data a model gives it is used only for professional purposes and treated as strictly confidential. It says a model always keeps control over how and where her images are used, from the choice of jobs to the publication of pictures, that it works only with secure and trusted partners, and that a model can work without worrying about leaks or unauthorized use of her images. These are promises the agency makes about itself.
The standards are stated bluntly. Under a heading saying that maximum revenue demands maximum effort, the agency says success is the result of hard work and not luck, and that it expects discipline and continuous learning from a model both as a performer and as a brand. Another heading tells applicants that if they settle for little, it is the wrong management for them, and asks for a readiness to give everything. A model should read that as a description of the workload, not as a payout term.
Who it suits and who it does not
YOU. Agency suits a German-speaking model or creator, in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, who wants a manager and is willing to be vetted. It is built for someone who treats cam or OnlyFans work as a full-time business, who is happy to take coaching, and who wants help with chatting, branding and marketing rather than only a platform. A model who values an agency that talks openly about data protection, image rights and legal cover is the target reader.
It is a poor fit for someone who needs published terms before applying. It does not suit a casual or part-time creator, because the agency says it takes only people who commit fully, and it may turn an applicant down. The site is in German, so a creator who does not read the language will struggle to follow the application. The pages give many promises and few terms, so the split, the fees, the contract length and the exit conditions belong in writing before a model agrees to anything.
