What Zephora Modelling is
Zephora Modelling is a webcam agency for models who stream, founded in 2022. It describes itself this way: "we're more than just a webcam agency - we're your partners in building a successful and fulfilling career in the webcam industry." It earns by taking a commission on what its models make, says it charges no startup fee, and says it pays weekly. A new streamer who wants coaching and does not want to pay to get in is the reader the page is written for, though the training program also addresses experienced performers. The page is in English.
The agency says it was founded with the mission "to help models earn more while living freely", and that it has spent over 3.5 years refining its approach to model management, 1-2-1 support and guidance in the webcam industry. It calls itself an award-winning webcam agency and has a "Featured In" section. Its menu points to separate pages for reviews, the team, results and giveaways, and it lists Instagram as a contact channel alongside a "message us today" button.
How earning works here
The work is live webcam streaming, and the agency sits between the model and her earnings as a manager and coach. The model streams, and the agency takes its cut through the commission described below. The training material names Stripchat, so that is the platform the guides are written around.
The agency lists what it calls its core offer: comprehensive model management, professional training and onboarding, daily support and communication, dispute resolution and account protection, weekly giveaways, and a "family supportive environment". Dispute resolution and account protection are listed as services in their own right, alongside the coaching.
The centerpiece is the "Elite Model Training Program", pitched at everyone "from first-time streamers to seasoned performers". The page says the program is designed to fast-track success and calls it a complete toolkit for long-term success rather than only a lesson in streaming. The package, as listed, includes the following.
- A training video library with step-by-step streaming tutorials, advanced performance techniques, platform navigation and client interaction strategies.
- PDF guides and resources covering Stripchat optimization, financial domination (FinDom) scripts and ideas, viewer engagement question banks, conversation starters for male clients and earnings maximization strategies.
- Live one-to-one coaching sessions with the agency's head webcam coach, including customized feedback on performance, goal setting and earnings targets, and crisis management support.
- Daily mentorship through WhatsApp access to a dedicated coach, with real-time troubleshooting, performance reviews, improvement tips and emotional support.
- Psychology and client management training, covering viewer psychology, loyal client relationships, upselling and handling difficult situations professionally.
Support is also framed as lasting. A section titled "1-2-1 support forever" says personal WhatsApp group chats between the team and the client form a safe one-to-one environment where the model can work, ask questions and join training calls with coaches. A section on account growth, headed "Weekly Performance Reviews That Drive Results", says the agency does not set a model up and leave her to figure it out alone, and that it monitors and optimizes her account performance every week.
The training topics show the kind of work the agency supports. FinDom scripts and conversation starters for male clients show the audience the material is written for, and the viewer psychology and upselling modules treat conversion as a skill to practice. A model who wants a coach to review her streams week by week, give her scripts for slow moments and help her handle difficult viewers is the person this structure is built for. The weekly giveaways and the results and giveaway pages are part of how the agency presents itself to models.
Money and rules
The agency is paid by commission on what a model earns, on a schedule that steps down, it pays weekly, and it charges nothing to start. Those 3 terms are stated on its page, which makes this the most useful part of it.
Payment is weekly. The page says "we pay our models weekly, ensuring you receive your earnings quickly and consistently without long waiting periods", and describes the weekly system as regular income a model can rely on.
There is no startup fee. The page says the agency does not charge startup fees because it is confident in its ability to help a model succeed, and that it only earns when the model earns through the commission. It adds that this shows it is invested in a model's success rather than collecting upfront payments. That is the agency's own description of its model, and it is a clear statement a reader can hold it to.
The agency calls its commission a "transparent tiered commission structure". As read in October 2026, the page says the commission "starts at 40% for your first 2 weeks, then drops to 30% if you stream 5 days per week". The page adds that it falls to 25% when a model's weekly earnings exceed $2,000, and presents the steps as better rates that reward dedication. The page does not say whether the commission is taken from gross platform earnings or from earnings after the platform's own cut.
The page also makes earnings claims, and they are the agency's own marketing. In October 2026 its training section says its average model makes $4,650 monthly, and it adds a range for a new model's first week and a higher range for its top performers. The opening paragraph gives the same average and the top earners in pounds while the training section gives dollar amounts, so the page does not use one currency consistently. None of these figures is a promise to a new model.
The page does not state age requirements, ID verification, accepted countries or content rules.
Who it suits and who it does not
Zephora suits a newer streamer who wants a structure around her first weeks: the scripts, the coach on WhatsApp and the weekly reviews. Under the agency's stated schedule, the commission falls for a model who streams 5 days a week and falls again once her weekly earnings pass the stated threshold, so the terms favor someone who streams often. The weekly payment suits a model who prefers regular cash flow over a long wait, and the absence of a startup fee lowers the cost of trying it. A model already on Stripchat, or willing to work there, gets guides built around that site.
It is a weaker fit for an experienced model with an established audience who mainly wants to keep her earnings, because the offer centers on training and onboarding and the commission applies whether or not she uses the coaching. The opening rate is the highest step in the schedule and runs for the first 2 weeks. A model who wants to broadcast across several sites, or who works outside the FinDom and male-client focus of the guides, will find the training material aimed elsewhere. The earnings figures are the agency's own and mix two currencies, so they read as marketing rather than as a basis for planning.
