What ePayService is
ePayService is an online payment system: a multi-currency wallet for people who get paid by companies and networks abroad, plus tools for businesses that need to pay affiliates or staff worldwide. For an adult creator or affiliate it is a payout and payments service, not a place that pays you for content or traffic. Opening an account is free, and the site is offered in a long list of languages, including English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Malay, Vietnamese, Arabic, Polish, Chinese, German and French. The footer says ePayService is the trading name of MTACC Limited, authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority under the Financial Institutions Act for the issuance of e-money and the provision of payment services, and that the ePayService debit card is issued by MTACC Ltd under license by Mastercard International.
The audience the site names is freelancers, webmasters, IT companies, affiliate networks and software developers, with testimonials from a traffic trader and a CPA network owner. The site does not say whether it accepts adult businesses. Beyond the wallet, ePayService runs a referral program that pays a share of what invited users transact, credited to the partner's wallet every month.
Opening an account takes four steps, as the homepage lays them out: complete the registration form at Online.ePayServices, go through the wallet activation procedure, give the payer your wallet details and get paid, then use the ePayService debit card to withdraw funds in the currency that suits you. The site's own banner says an account opens in 2 minutes.
How earning works here
Two things are worth separating. The first is using the wallet to receive and move money you earned somewhere else. The second is the referral program, where you earn by bringing in new users.
As a wallet, the homepage describes it as a place to get paid by Upwork and other freelance markets, to receive payments from Amazon and other US-based affiliate networks, to receive wire transfers from companies and advertising networks worldwide, and to get "an AdSense check or a wire from TradeDoubler". It also lists virtual cards for paying for traffic and promotion campaigns. Instant USD and EUR transfers to ePayService wallets are pitched at international advertising networks. The fee page lists withdrawal routes by ACH to a US bank, international wire, SEPA, local bank accounts, Mastercard and Visa cards, and cash remittance, and the service also offers a personal IBAN and a personal US account. The homepage lists plastic and virtual ePayService MasterCards, and the site says its payment cards in USD and EUR can be used at ATMs worldwide.
ePayService also sells mass payouts and branded payment cards to affiliate programs and networks, and salary cards to employers.
The referral program is the revenue-share part. The affiliate program page invites you to "start earning on inviting new users" and says: "you gain the percentage of each transaction made by the invited user", whether that is an incoming wire transfer that loads funds into the wallet or an instant transfer within the system. To become a partner you must already be a registered and verified user of the system. The steps are to get a unique referral link at Online.ePayService, attract new users with it, and receive the reward in your ePayService wallet on the 25th day of each month.
The program covers withdrawal operations (international bank transfer, sending a check in the USA, ACH or direct deposit in the USA, transfer to an external Mastercard or Visa card, cash remittance and bank transfer in local currency) and deposit operations (international bank transfer, ACH or direct deposit in the USA, and check cashing including iCheck digital check cashing). The page says the reward "directly depends on the residential country of the attracted user", in 3 tiers. As read in October 2026, the top tier is 33% and the lowest is 20%:
- The top tier, for invited users living in Austria, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Estonia, Slovenia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, France, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, the UK, Poland, Bulgaria, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Romania, Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland
- A middle tier for Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Vietnam, Israel, Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and the Philippines
- The lowest tier for Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine
The page calls it a percentage of each transaction made by the invited user and does not say whether that means the transaction amount or the fee ePayService charges on it, which changes what the headline rates are worth.
Money and rules
ePayService is a regulated e-money wallet, and what it costs depends on the route money takes in and out. Most routes are priced as a percentage of the transfer plus a flat amount in USD or EUR, and the charge applies to some deposits as well as to withdrawals. Opening the account is free, the wallet has to pass an activation procedure before it is used, and the fee page speaks of a simple verification process before a card is sent. The referral reward is a share of invited users' transactions, credited to the wallet once a month.
The routes on the fee page are ACH or direct deposit and domestic wire in the United States, a personal US account, international wire, SEPA in euro, a personal IBAN, withdrawal to a local bank account, transfer to an external Mastercard or Visa card, cash remittance and a crypto exchange. Of these, 3 are listed as free: the personal US account, with no annual subscription and no charge for sending or receiving ACH and domestic wire within the USA, deposits and withdrawals through the personal IBAN, and issuance and activation of the debit card.
As read in October 2026, the fee page lists these withdrawal charges among others: ACH or direct deposit to a US bank account at 0.5% + 25 USD, an international wire at 1% + 40 EUR, and a SEPA transfer to your own bank account at a flat 30 EUR. Deposits into the wallet by ACH, domestic wire, international wire or SEPA carry their own percentage fees, the SEPA one with a minimum. Sending money to an external card carries the highest percentage on the page, withdrawal to a local bank account is a percentage plus a flat amount, and cash remittance is priced in 2 bands by amount.
Crypto works as an exchange only. The fee page says that once you deposit cryptocurrency to the deposit address, ePayService exchanges it into USD and credits USD to your wallet. In October 2026 the listed fee is 2% in each direction, with a small minimum.
The Mastercard Standard debit card in EUR is issued and activated free and sent by regular mail at no charge, with express delivery as a paid option. In October 2026 the fee page lists a €1.99 monthly maintenance fee for it, plus a per-withdrawal ATM fee, a currency exchange fee and a small charge for an ATM balance inquiry. The card has a maximum balance, a maximum daily load and a cap of 10 loads a day. A virtual Mastercard is listed with free issuance and free POS and online purchases, the same load limits, a yearly cumulative load ceiling, up to 3 active cards at a time and a validity of 3 years. The fee page also carries a currency converter that shows the card's total mark-up over the ECB rate for a purchase.
The affiliate payouts page says the company has "more than 7 years" of experience building financial solutions for affiliate programs, and the homepage promises round-the-clock support from staff available 24/7, with multilingual support named on the payroll page.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits an affiliate or webmaster who is paid by networks in several currencies and wants one wallet with a US account, a personal IBAN and card options. A European affiliate paid by SEPA can use the personal IBAN, where deposits and withdrawals are free. It also suits an affiliate program owner who wants to run recurring payouts and branded cards for partners.
It suits less well a creator who needs a wallet that is openly adult-friendly, since the site addresses freelancers, webmasters and networks and never adult income. The fees also add up for small, frequent withdrawals, since most routes carry a flat amount in USD or EUR on top of a percentage. And the referral program pays only when you bring in new users, which is a different business from the one that earns you the money in the first place.
