What OnlyMonster is
OnlyMonster is creator agency management software, a paid tool for the people who run adult creator accounts rather than a place that pays them. It is for solo creators and for agencies and chat teams, and it charges a subscription that scales with how much an account earned in the previous 30 days. On its about page the company describes itself as "Creator agency management software serving 2,000+ businesses across 100+ countries", with 14,000+ creator accounts connected, and the creators page says "10,000+ creator accounts are already part of the OnlyMonster family". These are the company's own figures.
How earning works here
OnlyMonster does not pay the creator and does not sit between a creator and fans. The FAQ says it does "not mediate between creators and their audiences" and operates "strictly as a management and analytics layer on top of the platforms creators already use". Earning still happens on the fan platform. What the tool does is cut the time an account spends on routine work, and the creators page frames it as "Earn more from the same fanbase" by using "real data, AI and automation" to spend less time on routine and more on content.
The feature the site leads with is Mimic AI, a fan messaging tool. The creators page says the persona can be customized across 50+ settings so every reply sounds like the account holder, not a bot. A companion feature, AI Suggestions, drafts ready-to-send replies so fans get faster and more personal answers. The FAQ describes how it behaves. Mimic AI reads where a conversation is, whether the fan is new, returning, warm or cold, and responds accordingly. It handles greetings, builds rapport through small talk and moves the conversation forward stage by stage. It learns the creator's tone from the Persona and Tone of Voice setup, and the operator stays in the loop the whole time and can step in at any moment.
The rest of the product is a workspace for running accounts. The homepage groups it into Chat & Messaging, Analytics ("Deeper analytics than the platforms give you, across every account"), Automation for follow-ups and routine work, AI Assistance with "built-in AI or bring your own model", Team & Access Control for setting access by role, and a Developers section built on an open API. For agencies, the homepage FAQ lists role-based access controls, shift scheduling, chatter performance tracking and cross-account analytics, and adds traffic attribution and tracking links among the tools. Accounts run in the OnlyMonster Browser, a desktop app for Windows and Mac (Intel and Apple Silicon); the FAQ says each account runs in its own isolated session with its own proxy, with no separate third-party browser required.
Developers get a public API to pull data and push automations across accounts, messages, analytics and team activity, plus webhooks that fire when something changes, such as a new follower, a message sent or a shift started. On data, the homepage says "Everything you build inside OnlyMonster is fully exportable in CSV or JSON", including analytics, traffic links, notes and templates, by account or date range, and promises "No lock-in". The homepage also states that OnlyMonster "does not process payments between creators and their audiences", which is why it never touches a creator's payout.
Support is part of the offer. The creators page says a real person replies in 1 to 2 minutes through the chat icon or on Telegram, and the FAQ says live chat is open 24/7. Large teams are invited to message the company on Telegram for a private group with direct support, and agency owners are offered a private group with early access. The company also lists the industry events it attends, including XBIZ and TES conferences, and books demos through a "Book a Demo" button. Both the homepage and the creators page offer "Start for Free" next to the demo booking.
The homepage legal disclaimer names the operator: OnlyMonster is the trading name of OMLAB DIGITAL LTD, registered in Cyprus, and describes itself as a B2B SaaS platform that does not host, publish or distribute content. The about page says the company has a fully remote team of 70+ people worldwide. It names Pavlo Kharmanskyi as founder, described as a technology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience. The about page says that when a sales lead joined in 2024 the platform served around 500 teams, and that it now supports 2,000+ organizations.
Money and rules
The subscription is set by the account's earnings over the previous 30 days, in 7 tiers that run from Pro Starter to Pro Superstar, and each tier is sold as a 1-month, 3-month or 6-month plan, with the longer plans discounted. As of October 2026 the pricing page lists the lowest tier, for an account that earned up to $2,500, at $30 a month, and the highest, for an account that earned $50,000 and above, at $250 a month. The steps between them are small at the bottom of the ladder and larger from the middle tiers upward.
The prices are per account, since the tiers are labeled by the account's earnings. The terms say the company may modify pricing or subscription plans on reasonable notice, and that changes apply only to future payments and do not affect subscription periods already paid.
The payment policy covers a Balance. Funds are added through authorised payment processors, accepted methods are those displayed at the time of payment and may vary by jurisdiction, and transactions are processed in the currency displayed. Balance credits do not expire during the term of an active account unless the account is suspended or terminated. A refund or Balance credit request needs the full name registered on the account, the account email, the transaction reference, the amount paid and date, and a short reason, and email is the preferred contact channel. The terms require an organization to enter into a data protection agreement (DPA) with OnlyMonster, and the company will assist with data protection duties at the customer's cost, as the DPA details.
The payment and refund policy does not give a response time for refund requests.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits an agency or chat team that already earns on a fan platform and spends most of its hours answering messages. The case for the product is clearest for them, because the AI drafts replies and a human stays in charge. It also fits a solo creator, since the pricing page starts with a low monthly price for the lowest earnings band and the price only rises with the account's own revenue.
The limits are plain. OnlyMonster describes itself as a management and analytics layer, not a marketplace, so it is not a source of discovery for an account. The subscription is a fixed cost whether or not the account earns, and the price steps up as earnings rise, so growth raises the bill. The pages describe the free start only as "Start for Free", without a feature list for it. A creator who answers fans by hand and has a small account may find the tool is more than the work calls for.
