What ChatDollars is

ChatDollars is an affiliate program for phone and online chatlines. It pays affiliates, meaning promoters who send callers, and it is free to join: the site says "Joining is EASY and is absolutely FREE!" It describes itself as a division of BMOBL, LLC, and as the affiliate program manager for several national chatlines, named as PhoneSexChatline, Talk121, FreeChatGirls, Friendsation and Dallas Chatlines, "and many more". The terms say the owner of the website is located in Nevada, and disputes go to mediation and arbitration in Las Vegas.

The home page calls it "the leading chat affiliate program", which is the site's own claim. The pages are in English and built around callers in the United States, and the FAQ says there are no traffic minimums, so a new site is as welcome as an established one. The program also lists a second, webcam-related program, covered below.

How earning works here

The mechanics are built around phone numbers rather than links. An affiliate is given local numbers that give callers quick access to the national chatline, and the site says customers do not need to fill out forms, give card details if they use a prepaid gift card, or speak with an operator. When a caller dials one of the affiliate's numbers, the program tracks every detail of that call, and the order is credited to the affiliate account automatically as it is processed. The FAQ puts it this way: everything is tracked by the affiliate phone number.

There are three ways the program pays. The first is a commission on new memberships bought by male callers. The second is a commission on renewals, which the site presents as a reason to expect repeat income from the same caller: its words are that the payout program "will make you money for the life of the customer, not just on the first sale". The third is a per-minute payment for female callers an affiliate refers. On the pricing side, the About page says women always call free and men choose blocks of paid minutes. First-time callers can get a free trial, which the FAQ says is typically 30 minutes. Members can also get special offers with free bonus minutes and a loyalty program, according to the About page.

Reporting runs through an affiliate portal. The FAQ says an affiliate can log in and review specific statistics, including number of calls, minutes, female minutes and membership purchases, and says the management system also shows number of sales and total revenue generated. The home page adds that insights, A/B testing and campaign tracking are available instantly and that statistics are up to the minute. Tracking rests on the caller, not on a cookie: the FAQ says callers are identified by their telephone number (ANI), the number they dial and their member ID, which tells the system whether a caller is new or returning, male or female. That also rules out banner clicks. A visitor who clicks a banner and buys on the chatline's own site earns the affiliate nothing; all affiliate advertising should center on the assigned phone numbers.

On promotion methods the FAQ is open. It lists email campaigns, newsgroup postings, blogs, print media and newsletters as methods used in the past, calls Google Adwords relevant and often effective today, and says the top earning affiliates all run adult niche websites with skillful SEO. Any site marketing to a mature adult audience qualifies, except sites involved in or promoting illegal activity or content, and the terms forbid sending junk mail, chain letters or spam without advance written consent.

The program has two extra branches. The white label offer says ChatDollars will work with an affiliate to develop a chat line of their own, with details and availability by contact. The webcam page promotes webcam affiliate programs in general terms and, in a dated announcement, says a new program was coming in summer 2019 covering 1-to-1 messaging, SMS, phone chat and live video chat, with details to follow. That page carries no commission figures. The adult affiliate page also points people without a website, who like talking on the phone, to phone actor and actress programs that pay for conversation from anywhere and around the clock, and names one, Phone Actress, with its own sign-up button. That is the only place the site touches the talent side, and it gives no pay terms for it.

For the revenue share reader, the commissions are percentages of what callers spend, on the first purchase and on later ones. The FAQ explains what qualifies. A male caller who has called the chatline before falls under a "blackout period" (typically 24 hours) in which no commission is paid, a rule meant to stop affiliates from coaxing callers to hang up and redial on a different number. Once a new membership is sold outside that window, the affiliate earns that commission and all future purchases that customer makes on the affiliate number. An existing member who happens to call the affiliate number and buys does not earn the affiliate a renewal commission. The FAQ's case for the model is that a percentage links the affiliate to a referral's purchases for as long as the customer keeps ordering, slower at first than CPA but growing as members reorder.

Money and rules

ChatDollars pays a revenue share on what male callers spend and a per-minute payment on female callers, all tracked by the affiliate's phone numbers, and the FAQ says there are no costs to join or run an affiliate account. Affiliates are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Affiliates in the United States can take payment by direct deposit to a checking or savings account or by prepaid debit card. A balance under the minimum commission payment rolls over to the next pay period (up to 365 days) and is paid once the unpaid balance exceeds the minimum.

In October 2026 the FAQ sets the minimum commission payment at $50, and the home page gives these rates.

  • Up to 25% on every qualifying new membership sold to male callers an affiliate refers.
  • Up to 20% on every qualifying renewal.
  • 1 cent per minute on every qualifying female caller referred on the affiliate number.

The words "up to" mean the percentage rates are ceilings, and the pages do not say what decides where an affiliate lands under them.

The rules that are stated are short. Callers must be 18 to use the services, per the FAQ. Free trials go to first-time callers only; a repeat caller who asks the office for a trial number is told no. The FAQ also says callers do not need to give out their phone number or personal information while on the line. Only adults at least 18 years old may access the website, per the terms. They add that the site is for information only and not advice, that the company may change the terms on posting without retroactive effect, that Nevada law governs, and that mediation takes place in Las Vegas, in English.

Who it suits and who it does not

ChatDollars suits an affiliate with US-leaning adult traffic who prefers a phone-number model to a link model, for example a promoter whose audience already looks for chatlines. Because the commission rides on repeat purchases, it is better matched to traffic that returns than to one-off clicks. An affiliate who wants a simple setup will find that the site says setup can take minutes, in its general advice page for adult affiliate programs.

It suits less well an affiliate who wants a fixed rate card, since the headline percentages are ceilings. It is also a weaker match for anyone outside the United States: the payment methods the FAQ names are for US affiliates, and the terms make no statement that the site is appropriate outside the United States. Banner and link traffic does not count at all, so a site built on display ads has to rework its placements around phone numbers.

The webcam program is the other caveat. Its announcement is dated summer 2019 and the page still says details are coming, so an affiliate interested in webcam traffic should treat it as a plan rather than a live offer.
