What Jules Jordan Cash is
Jules Jordan Cash is the affiliate program of the Jules Jordan studio's membership sites. It pays individuals and companies that apply, are accepted, and send paying members to the studio's official sites. The program runs on NATS affiliate tracking software and is built for affiliates who bring their own traffic. It does not pay performers or creators, and it has no model-side or cam-side route.
Joining means applying through the program's website. The terms say acceptance is at the program's sole discretion, and an applicant must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. The agreement is open to an individual or an entity. The front page carries the copyright notice of Jules Jordan Video and a link to a compliance statement under the 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements, and the agreement itself is governed by California law.
How earning works
The front page is organized around four things an affiliate does. Signup registers an affiliate account. Sites shows the portfolio of available sites to promote. Programs shows the payout options on offer. Contact Us handles issues and questions. The program describes NATS as the software that ensures every hit is accurately tracked and each sale is properly credited. The login box on the front page includes a language selector and a password reset link.
The sites on offer are the studio's own official membership sites, each with a trial link. The featured list on the front page shows the studio's main membership site and other studio-branded sites. Each one points to a trial page, so the traffic goes to a trial offer. The affiliate's job is traffic, tracked clicks and qualified registrations on those trial pages.
Compensation in the terms is based on qualified user registrations referred by the affiliate, and the terms add that payouts may vary depending on promotional offers. Revshare is the payment option the terms single out. Affiliates using the revenue-sharing option must actively promote the sites, and if no signups are generated within a 6-month period, the program reserves the right to terminate the account, and the payouts are forfeited. This is the most important operating rule for anyone who thinks of parking an account and collecting rebills later. The terms also say that consistent and active promotion is required to maintain affiliate status.
The materials license is narrow. The program grants a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the images, banners and links it provides, only to promote its websites. Affiliates may not alter the materials without prior written consent, use them to break the law or misrepresent the brand, or harm it. All intellectual property, including materials and derivative works, remains the program's property.
Traffic rules are explicit. Promoting the sites through email marketing is prohibited. So are deceptive advertising practices, traffic generated through spyware, adware or software that collects data without user consent, and promotion to restricted territories or countries on the program's banned country list. Promoting illegal, obscene or inappropriate content as defined by applicable laws is also prohibited. A separate section sets general policies for any website on which the program's promotional materials, links or logos appear: illegal content is strictly forbidden, and the policy lists categories such as sexual violence, bestiality, threats of physical harm, viruses, pirated software, wire fraud and drug trafficking. Hits sent from websites containing illegal content or obscene material are terminated immediately, and no traffic is allowed from sites that infringe anyone's intellectual property. The same section bars promotion on sites that encourage password trading or hacking, bars using the program's materials to promote other websites, and forbids getting around the access screen that asks visitors for a birth date.
A further section lists prohibited marketing channels. They are unsolicited email, SMS campaigns without user consent, pop-up or pop-under ads that are intrusive or deceptive, redirects from malicious or blacklisted websites, and advertising on illegal or inappropriate platforms.
Fraud is monitored. The terms name fake registrations or fake traffic, credit card fraud, and bots, scripts or automated methods used to inflate traffic. If fraudulent activity is detected, the program reserves the right to withhold payments, terminate accounts and take legal action.
Compliance duties fall on the affiliate. The terms require compliance with age verification laws in the affiliate's state, country or jurisdiction, with measures to keep anyone under age away from sexually explicit material, with Federal Trade Commission advertising guidelines or the equivalent where the affiliate is based, and with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Failure to comply leads to immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid earnings. Affiliates must also comply with data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable, and may not collect, store or share user data without explicit consent. Non-public information shared under the agreement is confidential, and the affiliate indemnifies the program against claims arising from a breach of the agreement or misuse of the program.
Money and rules
The payout model rests on qualified registrations, with revshare named as one payment option and the full set of payout options kept on the program's Programs page. The terms give the payment mechanics in general language: payments are processed monthly, affiliates must cash checks or accept payments within 90 days of issuance, and unclaimed funds are forfeited. Chargebacks, refunds or fraudulent activity lead to adjustments to earnings, so the affiliate carries those reversals. Checks are the one payment form the terms mention. The front page and the terms do not publish a commission rate or a payout minimum.
Termination works in two directions. The program may end the agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice, including for a violation of the terms. An affiliate may end it with 30 days' written notice, after which all use of the materials must stop and copies are returned or destroyed. The program may also terminate an account to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Terms can be updated by posting revised terms on the website, and continued participation counts as acceptance. The agreement is governed by California law, and disputes go to the courts of Los Angeles County.
Who it suits
Jules Jordan Cash suits an affiliate with legitimate, compliant traffic and an interest in a single recognizable studio brand with official trial offers, who already uses or is happy to learn NATS. The monthly processing and the written rules give a business-minded affiliate something clear to plan around, and the revshare option fits traffic that keeps converting.
It is a poor fit for email marketers, anyone relying on bot or adware traffic, and anyone unable to produce steady signups, since the 6-month rule can end an account and wipe unpaid revshare. The terms refer to a banned country list for promotion, which an applicant has to obtain from the program. The 90-day window to cash a payment adds a deadline to keep in mind, and because the program can end the agreement at any time without notice, an affiliate has little contractual protection beyond the monthly payment cycle.
