What Kinky Dollars is
Kinky Dollars is an adult affiliate program. Its signup page runs on Everflow Technologies tracking software and carries the terms of Cybernet Entertainment LLC "and related entities", which is the company affiliates contract with. It pays webmasters and other publishers who promote Cybernet's sites, and the terms say payment is "based on a pay per share or a revenue share". The language is English and payments are in US dollars. It is a program for affiliates, not for performers: the applicant describes their sites and promotion methods, accepts Cybernet's terms, and promotes Cybernet sites with tracking links, with the option of applying to review products for KinkStore as well.
How earning works
An affiliate applies on a partner signup form, then promotes Cybernet sites with tracking links. The form collects the applicant's first and last name, email and phone number, then a company block: legal entity type, a company, individual or website name, and the website or social media address. It then asks for a postal address and country, a payment method chosen from a list, an optional tax ID, VAT or SSN field, and an optional referral code. The applicant must also "Describe the sites and methods used to advertise." That field is the only place the form asks about your traffic, so it is the part of the application to write with care.
There is one extra option on the form: a checkbox labeled "Apply for KinkStore Product Reviews", so the program runs a product-review track alongside the standard affiliate one, and you opt in at signup.
The terms set out what promotion is allowed and what is not. These practices are permitted: "Use of Cybernet images to promote the website, sales, and products," and using only banners designed or approved by Cybernet to promote Cybernet sites. These need prior written approval: unsolicited spam, mass mailings without double opt-in, uploading Cybernet images, videos or content to any "tube" site, placing additional watermarks on them, and using Cybernet content to promote any site or product not owned by Cybernet. Emails must follow all local and federal laws, and the terms name the Can SPAM Act as an example.
For affiliates who run adult video sharing sites, the terms give a separate rule set, called AVS site rules. Cybernet sites may be promoted on an AVS site only on these conditions:
- only the content provided in the webmasters area is used;
- Cybernet content is used only to promote Cybernet sites;
- the URLs are not removed from the images;
- the AVS is built with the specific purpose of promoting traffic to Cybernet sites;
- banners and links to Cybernet sites are clearly posted on the pages where the content is displayed;
- no other sites are promoted on the same pages as Cybernet content;
- the URLs of every AVS built with the content are emailed to affiliates, together with a login.
Two further rules matter for anyone running a review or comparison site. Affiliates agree "to neither purchase nor operate similar sounding websites to Cybernet sites" and to refrain from imitating or mimicking Cybernet sites. And affiliates must not use fraudulent or illegal means to generate sales or traffic, nor commit credit card fraud or any other deception that unjustly enriches them; the terms say "Any dishonesty or deceit will result in immediate termination" along with other remedies, including criminal charges. Under the intellectual property clause, the affiliate also represents that they do not infringe the rights of others, covering copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity and privacy.
The tracking platform has changed, which affects anyone with old links. The notice on the main Kinky Dollars domain says the program was "officially transitioning to Everflow, our new affiliate tracking platform", and that access to the old Kinky Dollars system would be shut off. Affiliates had until January 31, 2026 to update tracking links and campaigns. They need to sign up for a brand new account, because login information is not ported over. Sales and rebills from existing members continue to track through the old system, but any new clicks and sales after January 31, 2026 are not tracked unless the affiliate uses new Everflow links.
Money and rules
The payout model is a pay per share or a revenue share, calculated on money actually received after processing fees and paid in US dollars. The terms word it this way:
- Model: "Affiliates will receive payments based on a pay per share or a revenue share."
- Basis: "Affiliates will only receive payment on sums received less any processing fees."
- Currency: "Payments are in US Dollars."
- Costs: the affiliate is "not entitled to any reimbursements, overhead, fees, costs, damages, charges, or other expenses related to their own operation."
The signup page does not publish the revenue share percentage, the pay per share amount, a payout threshold or a payout schedule. Payment method is a required field on the form, and the applicant also enters a country and, optionally, a tax ID, VAT or SSN number.
The eligibility terms are specific. An affiliate must be at least 18, or above the age of majority where they live or do business if that is higher. If the affiliate is a corporation or other legal entity, all of its shareholders, partners, officers and directors must meet the age requirement. If it is discovered that the requirement is not met, the account is terminated and "all monies due will be forfeited as partial damages." An affiliate must own the website or be the person with authority to sign contracts for the entity that owns it. The agreement creates no employment, joint venture, partnership or agency.
Cybernet may terminate at any time, with no notice period and with no reason required. On termination the affiliate is provided "all pending payments within 30 days", except where fraud or other unlawful acts are involved, in which case Cybernet reserves the right to withhold funds in anticipation of damages, expenses, fees and costs. An affiliate who is inactive, dormant, fails to respond to emails, or creates no new sales for 12 months stops receiving revenue and is terminated. Cybernet may change its sites, business or technology, and affiliates must comply and adjust immediately. Disputes go to arbitration with San Francisco JAMS, and the prevailing party is entitled to fees and costs.
Who it suits and who it does not
This program suits an affiliate with an established site or social media presence (the form accepts either address) and a clear description of how they promote, who is comfortable working inside a written rulebook on images, banners and email. Anyone with links on the old system has to open a new Everflow account and replace them.
It is a poor fit for tube-site operators and for anyone planning to repost Cybernet material, since uploading to tube sites and adding watermarks both need written approval. It is also a weak match for part-time affiliates who might pause for a year, because 12 months without a new sale ends the account.
The main caveat is that the money terms are mostly missing from the public page. With no rate, no threshold, no schedule and no attribution window published, an affiliate cannot judge the offer before applying, and the contract lets the company end the relationship at any time and hold funds when it suspects fraud.
