What xxxeuro.de is

xxxeuro.de is a German-language phone sex job program that recruits women to take erotic phone calls at home, as a side job or a main occupation. The front page calls it a product of Internacional IT Adultus Diversion S.L. (the FAQ shortens that to Adultus-IT), and the hostess page puts the company's offices in Ahrensfelde near Berlin. The company insists it is not an agency but a "Fullservicedienstleister" (full-service provider) for premium-rate phone services, and the FAQ sums that up as provider, biller and technical service provider in one. Its header calls the site "das Original seit 2000", with over 20 years of experience.

An operator has to be at least 25 years old. Joining costs nothing: the FAQ says every service is free, with no monthly fees and no start-up costs. Work begins with a trial, the "Probetelefonieren", and pay is by the minute of call time.

How earning works here

Taking calls at home. The company runs no call center. The FAQ says operators "empfangen die Anrufer grundsätzlich bei sich zu hause" (receive the callers at home as a rule). An operator needs an ISDN landline or a VoIP connection and an ordinary phone, and calls can also be routed directly to a mobile phone. No webcam is involved, because the company says it operates only classic phone sex portals. The front page promises free scheduling with no timetable, no minimum turnover and no direct targets for holding time or average minutes.

Her own business. Asked who the boss is, the FAQ answers that nobody at the company is: "Sie arbeiten nicht für uns, sondern mit uns" (you do not work for us, but with us), on systems the company supplies and on a contractual basis. Each operator is responsible for her own business affairs, and on the question of a trade license the FAQ sends her to a tax adviser.

Numbers and how calls are shared out. The front page lists "eigene und exklusive Telefonnummer" (her own exclusive phone number) beside the established shared lines, and a personal service number for serving regular customers. The FAQ says there are no dispatching operators who favor certain women: the customer decides whom to call, and in some systems chance decides. It adds that particularly good operators are integrated better into the systems and so receive more calls. An operator works under a pseudonym agreed with the company.

Advertising. An FAQ answer to an applicant who had little success with her own 0900 number says the most important thing is the right advertising, "diese übernehmen wir zum grossen Teil für Sie" (we take over most of it for you). The company says it invests a monthly advertising budget, has paid partner webmasters to advertise operators' numbers, and has exhibited at the Venus erotic fair in Berlin since 2007 to win callers. An operator may advertise her numbers herself, and the company recommends it, but only after consulting it first.

Free personal website. On request, and once an operator has been trained in, the company builds a website around her with her exclusive number. The front page says it is made free, carries no other fees and is not mandatory. She edits it herself: texts, stories, pictures and online times, and it can include a password-protected area whose password she hands out as she chooses. The page, read in October 2026, claims that "70% mehr an Verdienst" (70% more earnings) compared with women without a website "sind nicht selten" (are not rare). That is the site's marketing claim, not a measured result.

Training and support. The front page lists free training and training materials by telephone conference, and the FAQ describes regular training sessions and seminars held in a virtual conference room. Each operator has a personal contact, reachable on a landline number at any hour, and a ticket system in the closed internal area. Access to that area arrives with the final contract documents once the trial period is passed.

The trial period. The FAQ says new operators go through a trial before they get the same conditions as established ones, and that the point is diligence and reliability, not top performance. "Sie bekommen auch in der Probezeit jede geleistete Minute bezahlt" (you are paid for every minute worked in the trial too). During it an operator has to show she can reach an average of 3 to 4 minutes per call. Her personal contact decides whether she is taken on. Applying needs no trip anywhere: everything is settled by phone, email or post.

Couples. An FAQ answer says a couple can take calls together, which brings good holding times, although demand for such conversations is rare.

A second job. The site also hires hostesses for its stand at the Venus fair in Berlin, an in-person event role paid as a fixed fee in cash at the end of the fair under a written contract. It is separate from the phone work.

Money and rules

Pay model. Operators are paid per minute of call time. The FAQ says the money starts "ab der ersten, telefonierten Minute" (from the first minute on the phone), that billing is exact to the second, and that no costs are deducted from earnings. Payout comes in the following month and is "stornofrei": asked what is deducted when a caller does not pay his bill, the FAQ answers "Nichts !" (nothing). The front page adds a bonus system with additional premiums. In October 2026 the front page lists the minute rate as "bis zu 0,35 €uro netto in der Minute" (up to 0.35 euros net), and as "ab 2500 Minuten 0,40 €uro netto in der Minute" (0.40 euros net from 2500 minutes). The FAQ stresses that only minutes actually spent on calls are paid, not waiting time. The pages do not name the payout method.

Call volume. The front page says a call volume of 500 to about 6000 minutes per month is possible per operator, depending on effort. That is the company's figure, not a promise.

Holding times. None are prescribed, and the FAQ says nobody is penalized for a weak average or has money deducted at the end of the month, while an above-average holding time "wird bei uns immer belohnt" (is always rewarded).

Control calls. The company commissions random test calls, by its own account between 0 and 2 a month per operator, lasting from 10 seconds to 15 minutes. They check who answers and whether an answering machine is switched on, and they are paid in full. Answering machines and callback systems are forbidden by contract. An operator who gives callers numbers other than the company's is excluded.

Content rules. The FAQ forbids conversations with minors or with people who seem confused, and bans content involving child pornography, calls to violence or racial hatred, and incitement to crimes. Conversations about sex with animals are not to be held on its systems. If a caller seems too young, the operator ends the call at once and informs the company.

Age and eligibility. The FAQ explains the age rule by saying women under 25 do not always take the job seriously, with exceptions, and says there is no upper limit. A woman without German citizenship who lives in Germany can work, but each case is discussed individually.

Other work and privacy. An operator can keep working for another agency: "Ja, Sie können auch bei uns arbeiten ohne diese Agentur zu verlassen." The company wants to be told. Her data is stored only for billing and business contact, and the FAQ says a caller never learns her private number from the company. It tells operators never to give a caller their real number or address or agree to meet. The front page adds that a partner or spouse "sollte es in jedem Fall wissen" (should know in any case).

Who it suits and who it does not

xxxeuro.de suits a woman aged 25 or older in Germany who speaks German and wants per-minute phone work from home with her own hours, no fees and no webcam. The no-deduction rule and the payout that is not clawed back when a caller fails to pay matter to anyone who has met thresholds or deductions elsewhere, and she can try it without leaving another provider.

It suits an operator willing to treat the work as a business: the FAQ says plainly that someone who does it only a little on the side will not have great success. A website she edits, an exclusive number and a service number for regulars reward that effort. It also suits a couple who want to take calls together, with the caveat that the site calls such demand rare.

It does not suit anyone under 25, anyone who does not speak German, or a woman who wants to keep the job from her partner. The rate is quoted as an upper figure, so what a new operator is paid per minute after the trial is settled in her contract. And the control calls and the ban on answering machines mean availability has to be real when the line is switched on.
