What it is

Adult Casting Center is a porn casting site that lists paid adult video and photo work for men and women. Its castings list describes a company with studios in the San Francisco, Las Vegas and San Diego areas, and the site says its opportunities are "global, but focused on North America". Performers are paid per shoot for studio work, and a second set of listings covers remote work, where a performer records solo content at home on a phone or camera. The site's footer line describes it as "Porn jobs info and porn casting info for amateurs", and the San Diego page says it does not matter whether a performer has experience.

One application covers every listed casting: the application page calls it "the ONLY application you need to be considered for ALL of the listed castings". The pitch is plain: read the current jobs, look at the example photos and videos, then apply with similar material of your own, for which the home page says selfies are fine.

How earning works here

The site offers a studio route and a remote route, and they work differently.

The first is studio work. Each listing on the castings page is a numbered casting with a gender, a location, a description, requirements and a pay line. The studio castings cover solo shoots, straight male and female shoots, a women's listing for video and photo shoots, bisexual shoots, gay and gay-for-pay shoots, and a casting for current and former military. For these the performer "Must live in North America (U.S./Canada)". The athletes casting gives its location as California and Nevada and adds "if not local, will fly you to studio; we cover all of your expenses". The site also publishes location pages, among them San Diego, the San Francisco Bay Area, Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe.

Male performers are the group the pages address most. A page for athletic males says the site has a number of new castings for them and names the look it tends to cast: "lean muscle, fit, toned, athletic physique", with baseball, football and basketball players, swimmers, wrestlers, surfers, skaters, runners and weightlifters all listed. It will consider applicants "regardless of your sexual preference". A separate page says the company has started casting gay video shoots as well as gay-for-pay, and will consider straight, bi, bi-curious and gay males. The castings list repeats the point in its own words: "The more open-minded you are, the more likely we are to select you." One male casting is shot with the face covered; the listing says faces are not shown and that the videos protect identity. The solo casting warns that solo work is very competitive and suggests applying to at least one other casting at the same time.

The second route is remote. Adult Fantasy Maker is a listing for homemade self-photography, open to "Females and Males" and "Available for performers worldwide". The performer is paid to create specific sets of short solo videos and photos on their own smartphone or camera, which must record in HD with good lighting, and the listing says "This porn casting is for ongoing work." It sets a physical bar: performers must be in excellent shape and attractive to qualify. A second remote listing asks women of 18 or over for ongoing homemade solo videos, several per month, using their own ideas or suggestions the company provides. The page for athletic males says the solo homemade shoots tend to be the ones that cast fastest and "pay you the quickest".

Two further listings widen the range. One is ongoing webcam work with adult websites, open to males, females, trans performers and couples, on the performer's own schedule. The other is a pair of showcase projects for new male and female talent, built from solo homemade video. Performers anywhere can be featured; those in countries the team can pay receive what the listing calls nominal pay, and those elsewhere get their edited, watermarked video back to use as they like. Both cases need a signed model release, and featured performers may share links to their own content.

How to apply is laid out in 3 steps: review the current jobs, look at the example photos and videos, then submit the application. Casting coordinators then confirm they have what they need for the next review of talent. The job list can be filtered by keyword, by location, by remote positions only and by category. For readers outside North America, the page says to look at the listings marked "work from home", "homemade" or "remote".

The site also runs a tips section, with posts on model release information, on recruiting scams, on what a shoot set is like and on choosing a stage name, plus a questions form for people who want to know more before applying.

Money and rules

Pay is a flat amount per shoot or per video, set casting by casting, and the San Diego page states the timing for studio work: "Cash paid for shoots immediately." The gay jobs page says gay shoots "tend to pay more than straight shoots for males", and the San Diego page says bisexual and gay shoots generally pay the most.

As of October 2026 the castings list prices studio work from "$100 – $195 per 2 hour video shoot" for the straight male casting up to "$2,000 to $3,000" for a bisexual or gay-for-pay 2-hour shoot in the military casting. The women's studio casting reads "$250 per shoot and up". The remote Adult Fantasy Maker listing says pay is variable and "can range from $75 to $400 for each 10 minute video". These are the site's posted ranges for individual castings, not a promise of what any applicant will be offered, and the women's homemade listing gives no amount, only "Variable pay".

The requirements are stated per casting. Studio performers must be of legal age, in good shape, resident in the U.S. or Canada, and "willing to be tested for STDs before doing any shoots". The San Diego page says "Must be 18 years of age or older. Legal identification is required to prove age (required by law)." Remote performers supply their own equipment. On grooming, the listings say body hair is fine kept natural and that the company will say if shaving is needed. The site does not state how remote performers are paid.

Who it suits and who it does not

The studio route suits an adult performer who lives in the United States or Canada, is comfortable with in-person shoots and STD testing, and fits the fit, athletic profile the listings describe. It speaks most directly to men: the pages call out athletic males, military applicants and gay-for-pay castings, and they say outright that some of the highest paying shoots go to straight and bi men open to gay video. A man who wants studio work without showing his face has one masked casting to apply to.

Women are cast for studio shoots and for homemade solo videos, and trans performers and couples appear in the webcam listing. Anyone outside North America is limited to the remote listings, which pay per short video and hold applicants to a stated physical standard.

It is a casting route, so the site decides who is selected and the posted pay lines are ranges. A performer who wants to set prices or build a fan base is not the reader these pages are written for, and the studio work happens at the company's studios in California and Nevada.
