What Reality Lovers is
Reality Lovers is a virtual reality adult studio, and its "RL Talents Wanted!" page is an open casting call for performers who want to be booked for its VR productions. The studio sells its films to members by subscription through RealityLovers.com, so the earner here is a performer hired by the studio, not a creator selling to fans. The talent page says the studio works from 4 studios, in Las Vegas in the US, Prague in the Czech Republic, Barcelona in Spain, and Slovakia.
The pages are in English and the call is worldwide: the studio says it is looking for "unique talents from every corner of the globe" and that the search is "Open to all, regardless of experience". Applying is done through a form on the talent page. The talent page dates the studio to 2016, and the help center carries the line "Helping you get it on since 2016".
How earning works here
The studio is the payer and the performer is hired talent. The route is a booking for a scene in a VR film, which starts with the application form. The page calls it a "straightforward application process" that asks for basic details and a portfolio.
The form itself is short. The required fields are a stage name, legal name, date of birth, email, gender, location, whether the applicant has appeared on any other sites, and what kind of scenes the applicant is open to. Gender is chosen from woman, man, trans woman and trans man, so the call is not limited to one group of performers. The scene question offers solo only, top only, bottom only or versatile. A multiple-choice field then asks which partners the applicant is open to working with in partnered scenes: cis male, cis female, trans male or trans female performers. Optional fields cover ethnicity, a Twitter username, a phone number, likes and preferences, who referred the applicant, and any other information.
Photos are the portfolio. The form requires an upload of up to 4 photos and gives the studio's own tips for them:
- Full frontal nudes, with clear face and body shots.
- No filters. The page says filtered images will be "instantly rejected" and could harm an applicant's prospects.
- Images taken within the last 3 months.
- A maximum file size of 10 Mb per picture.
- Anyone who wants to send more photos is invited to do so by email, and the page gives a talent address for that.
The solo-only option matters for a newcomer. It means a performer can state up front that they only want solo scenes, and the home page's own description of the catalog mentions solo scenes among what the studio shoots.
The studio's pitch to talent is about the working environment. The talent page says "Central to our success is our philosophy of collaboration, particularly in our interactions with models." It says it prioritizes "a supportive and respectful atmosphere, where every actor feels respected, valued, and satisfied with their role", and describes its studio culture as "a nurturing and collaborative workspace". It also says it values diversity and inclusivity. These are the studio's statements about itself, offered as a reason to apply.
The product shapes the work. The site sells virtual reality films, and the FAQ page names POV videos and voyeur videos, sorted into categories. The home page advertises 2 points of view, 8K, 5K and 4K resolution and a 180° format, and the FAQ says the latest videos are in 8K while the older archive is in 5K and 4K. The site says new VR videos are released weekly, and the home page's list of new releases shows titles a few days apart. Asked how VR porn is shot, the FAQ answers that the studio's shooting technology and style "will always remain top secret", so the technical side of a shoot day is not described anywhere.
The locations are the clearest practical fact for talent. Of its studios in Las Vegas, Prague, Barcelona and Slovakia, the talent page says "Each location enhances our portfolio", letting it offer a wide range of content. A performer based near any of them has a shorter trip, and the form asks every applicant for their location.
Performers are featured on the site. It has a Pornstars section, and the home page carries blocks for top models and new models, each performer shown with the number of videos they appear in. The home page counts 757 videos and 327+ models in the catalog, which is the studio's own figure. The FAQ says of casting that the studio has "a lot of individual sources" from which it selects.
One more earning route exists for a different reader. The FAQ answers a question from would-be affiliates by saying "Our affiliate platform is vrporn.cash", and tells them to fill out the form there and wait to be contacted. The affiliate terms are on that separate site, not on these pages.
Money and rules
The payment model is a studio booking, and the studio's income comes from memberships: the FAQ says its monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions are recurring. The site does not publish what it pays performers, how it pays them or what a contract contains.
The rules that are stated sit on the talent page and in the site footer:
- Identity. The form requires a legal name and a date of birth alongside the stage name.
- Privacy. The talent page says "Your privacy is paramount; all information and photos are handled with the utmost confidentiality, used only with your direct consent." That is the studio's promise, and the form links to a GDPR notice.
- Photos. Recent, unfiltered and nude, within the size limit above.
- Records. The footer links an 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping compliance statement, which concerns the studio's production records.
- Removal. The main site's footer carries a content removal link.
The footers name two companies. The talent and news pages show Smart Media Star s.r.o. with an address in Senec, Slovak Republic, and the main site shows Trion Media s.r.o. with an address in Prague. The pages do not explain the relationship between the two.
Who it suits and who it does not
This suits a performer who prefers being booked by a production studio to running their own page, and who is interested in virtual reality work specifically. It is open to newcomers by its own words, and the form takes women, men and trans performers, so the call is a broad one. It suits someone who wants to set limits early, since the form records solo-only or position preferences and partner preferences before any conversation. It also suits someone close to Las Vegas, Prague, Barcelona or Slovakia, or ready to travel to one of them.
It is a weaker fit for anyone who needs to see pay terms before sending nude photos and a legal name, because the rate is not on the site. It does not suit a creator who wants a direct relationship with fans, because the studio sells to members under its own brand and the performers appear in its catalog. The photo rules are strict, and a filtered or older set of pictures is rejected outright by the studio's own account. The caveat for a careful applicant is that the confidentiality promise and the collaborative culture are the studio's own description, and the terms of a booking are not on the site.
