What Lush Models is
Lush Models is a UK webcam modeling agency. It recruits women for live cam work, sets up their profiles on the cam platform it works with, trains them and pays them. The About page calls it "a webcam model recruitment and training agency" and says it has been representing webcam models for adult platforms since 2019. It pays models, and it recruits only people who live in the UK. Joining costs nothing: the FAQ answers the joining-fee question with "No, it's free to join and we'll set everything up for you", and the home page says there are no joining or other fees for a model to pay.
The agency presents itself as the administrative side of the job. Its home page says webcam models need someone to take care of administration, plus a hub and a team on hand to help, and that this is the role it fills. The same page lists what it provides beyond recruitment and training: marketing and promotion, a platform for models to perform on, photoshoots and video production, hair and make-up, and other professional support.
How earning works here
The core job is live webcam chat, paid by the minute. The FAQ says "From the moment a client enters your chat room, you start being paid", and that a model is paid per minute for the time she spends with each client. Some clients only want to talk, it adds, and others want to see more. The getting-started steps make the same point: pay by the minute lets a model track her earnings and decide how much she earns each day. The site does not publish its per-minute rates or the share the agency keeps. Its explanation is that rates are unique to each individual model, so it does not go into detail on them.
Starting is laid out in 3 steps. Step one is verification, a photo ID check for an applicant who is 18 or older. Step two is profile setup, which the agency does for the model. She then has full access to the profile and can change or add to it at any time, and the benefits list says setup takes less than 24 hours. Step three is logging in and working. The application form itself is short. It asks whether the applicant has a valid ID and a laptop with a webcam, takes a selfie upload, and says the agency aims to respond to all applications within 24 hours.
Live chat is not the only income the agency names. The home page says a model can earn "in more ways than one" and lists private photos, video clips, phone chat, texting and more. It also lists ambassador and influencer roles, where a model is paid to post on social media. The About page says these influencer roles brought more models than ever on board over the last 12 months. No page says how the photo, clip, phone or texting work is priced.
Hours are the model's own. The About page says she can work as many hours as she wants, from her own home, around other commitments, and the home page says there is no pressure on how much or how little she works. The FAQ is blunt about the other side of that freedom: "Time is money so if you don't have the time to put in you will not see the money on the other side."
Much of the site is practical advice on running a profile. The pay page says a model should write a bio of her do's and don'ts, setting out which interactions she will do in group or private chat, and should change her main profile pictures regularly. She should also keep clients up to date on her working hours, so they return and become regulars. The paid-modeling page tells models to be professional and consistent, to set specific streaming times and announce them to followers, and to engage with people individually. It suggests opening social media profiles used only for model work and asking customers to follow them.
On visibility, the FAQ says showing the face is not essential, and that models who show their face will generally earn more. On looks, it says "Personality is key" and that a petite size 6 or a curvy size 18 makes no difference. No prior experience is asked for.
Support is the other half of the offer. The FAQ promises private 1-1 training. The About page says a group manager takes a new model through registration and verification and stays on hand to advise, and that a group chat with current models is open for sharing ideas and tips. The benefits list adds daily tips, 24/7 support through that group chat, and free promotion on the agency's social media pages as an option. Incentives sit on top: weekly cash bonuses or vouchers, monthly bonuses, and monthly raffles with prizes such as beauty products, vouchers, spa days and a holiday.
Money and rules
The payout model is per-minute pay passed on by the agency, on a schedule the model picks. The home page says "Payments are made either Daily, Weekly or on Request. It's your choice!" The benefits list sets the weekly pay day as every Tuesday and says an early payout is available on asking. The FAQ says the majority of its models are paid weekly. The pages name neither the cam platform the agency works on nor the payout methods it uses.
The entry requirements are spelled out the same way on several pages. A model must be 18 or over and hold valid ID: a passport, a full or provisional UK driving license, or a citizenship card with a birth certificate. She needs a laptop with a working camera, or a phone or tablet instead, and a fast internet connection. She does not need to be a British citizen, but she must be living in the UK. The About page says the agency is open to all applicants aged 18 and over and treats everyone fairly, naming disability, gender reassignment, race, religion and sexual orientation among others.
On privacy, the site says the application process is private and discreet. The online agencies page states that everything is data protected and that personal information will not be shared.
Earnings appear only as the agency's own marketing. Read in October 2026, the webcam model page says "Most of our models earn between £400 - £1000+ a week", and the pay page says a model with a lot of photo and video content to sell could earn between £100 - £2000 per week. Neither is a rate or a guarantee, and the FAQ ties any result to the hours put in.
The agency also lists its awards. The About page names a Best Newcomer win in 2019, a Top Ten ranking in 2020 and Best Modelling Agency of the Year 2021/22 at the South England Prestige Awards. It calls itself the UK's number 1 webcam agency for model recruitment. These are its own claims.
Who it suits
Lush Models suits a UK resident who is new to cam work and wants someone else to handle the setup. The agency builds the profile, runs the ID check through a group manager and offers 1-1 training, so a beginner with a laptop and a passport can start without paying anything.
It also suits a model who wants a choice of pay dates. Weekly pay on a Tuesday is the default, and daily pay or an early payout on request are both offered, which matters to someone who needs money quickly. A model happy to sell photos and clips, take phone chat or texting, or post on social media has those routes under the same agency.
There are limits. Anyone living outside the UK is excluded by the residence rule. The agency does not publish its per-minute rates or its own share, so a model cannot work out what she keeps before applying. The pages address women throughout, and nothing on them speaks to male, trans or couple performers. And a model who wants to stay faceless should expect, by the agency's own account, to earn less than one who shows her face.
