What East Star Models is

East Star Models is an adult modeling agency that books women, men and trans performers into porn productions, and it also pays scouts who bring in new models. Registration is free and binds the applicant to nothing. The agency says it was established in Germany in 2016 and has been based in Prague, Czech Republic, since 2018. The FAQ adds that the agency is German owned and staffed mainly by German and Czech nationals, and the site's language menu includes Czech, Polish, Russian and German beside English. The agency looks for newcomers and states that its commission is paid by the producer and not by the model. A reader who wants to be booked, or who knows people who might be, will find a route here. A reader who wants to sell content to fans directly will not.

How earning works here

The model side is a booking agency in the classic sense. The home page says the main task is to find new female and male faces, aged 18 to 30 and without experience in the industry, for porn productions. The resulting photos and clips are published, in the agency's words, on "paid foreign websites". A model registers through the form on the site, picking one of three options: female, male or transsexual. The agency reviews the registration, approves or declines it, and gets in touch. In some cases it invites the applicant to a personal meeting, and it says it pays travel expenses for bus and train to that meeting. Flight tickets are covered only after a "separation agreement".

The agency describes its booking process as different from most competitors. Producers search its database directly for the type of model they need, which the agency says raises the chance of a booking and avoids chains of emails with pictures. The database is not public and its content is viewed only by the agency's staff and the staff of productions, and the agency tells models that anyone who is not in it does not exist for its producers. That is the stated reason the agency wants even already-known models to register. Profiles show work-related details only, without private data. When a booking comes in, the model gets a structured booking email with the type of scene, the city or country, the number of scenes offered, the clothes needed and anything unusual about the job.

On a booking day the agency's own FAQ lists the sequence: preparation, makeup, lighting settings, photoset, video, shower, signing the contract and getting paid. It says the photographer or director, a makeup artist and at least one assistant are usually on set. The agency says it works discreetly and that models can work with it alongside a job or during studies.

The model benefits page lists what the agency does besides finding work. It says clients are verified so that models work only with professionals, that a model can report a bad experience with a client anonymously through a special form, and that a knowledge base covers work topics such as testing regimes and social media. For some models it offers social media support through a partner agency that specializes in adult talent.

Models keep control of the commercial decision. The pages say a model is her own boss, sets her own prices and decides whether to take a booking and on which terms, with the agency offering guidance on prices if asked. The agency asks models not to take direct bookings from its clients and to refer them back, so that it can keep providing service. It may offer an exclusive contract, but no model is obliged to sign one. The stated reason for exclusivity is that the agency only advertises a model actively to its clients when that model is exclusive. A model signed to another agency is told to honor that contract first, and the agency says it is open to taking the model over when it ends.

The agency presents a career-development philosophy. It says it prefers to build a career rather than make quick money, that it refuses to send models to "the first who pays", and that its owners run it as a side business and do not need every euro. It calls itself one of the top 5 adult agencies in Europe and names two competitors in Budapest and two in Prague. These are the agency's own claims and no ranking is cited.

Beyond models, the agency recruits makeup and hair staff, for which experience is asked, and it looks for locations for productions: stylish apartments, houses and villas, with or without garden or pool. Its navigation also lists content production and advertising and product placement in porn production as services for clients. Those are services for clients.

The scout program is the second earning route and is what places East Star in the creator-referral group. A scout approaches men and women, explains the work and the possibilities, and submits the person to the agency through a form. No particular qualification is required, and applications are welcome from people who already know the business, such as experienced models, photographers or stylists. The commission depends on the model's look, on what the model is ready to do, and on whether the model is new to the business or has already shot for other companies.

Money and rules

The agency's fee is charged to the client and worked out from what the model is paid, and the model pays nothing to register or to be booked. In October 2026 the model benefits page lists a commission for girls of 15%, which it says is paid by the producer and not by the model, and its FAQ gives the client fee as a range from 10% to 20% of the amount the model gets paid, with the top of the range for exclusives. For boys the agency describes a fixed one-time payment price range. The site does not publish that amount. The same page calls the agency's price range one of the lowest in Europe, which is the agency's own description.

As of October 2026 the home page states the scout commission as between 40 EUR and 150 EUR for each model, paid after that model's first scene.

Payment to models happens "directly after your scene". The home page says the money is paid immediately in cash after the job is done, and that depending on the production the model might be paid in EUR, USD or CZK. Signing the contract for the scene is part of the same shooting day.

The age rules are not identical across pages. The home page and FAQ speak of newcomers between 18 and 30 years old. The application page says the agency is looking for men between 18 and 36 and women between 18 and 60, which is the wider band and the one printed on the form itself.

A model's stated responsibilities include arriving on time to shootings, telling the agency and the client in case of problems, and doing regular STD tests. The pages also describe a form for anonymous reports about a bad experience, after which the agency says it may stop working with a producer or take legal action, depending on severity. On distribution, the FAQ says most gay productions block access to their websites from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and that the contract for a scene states the countries in which it is not published.

Who it suits and who it does not

East Star suits a new performer with no industry history who wants an agency to find work and to take its commission from the producer's side. It also suits someone with an eye for new faces who wants to earn a referral fee per model, since the scout route asks for no qualification. Men and trans applicants have their own application paths, and the FAQ speaks directly to heterosexual men unsure about gay productions, noting that most actors in gay porn produced in the Czech Republic or Slovakia are heterosexual and that a performer may often work only as a top.

It does not suit a creator who wants a dashboard, subscriptions or direct fan sales. The male side is less clearly priced than the female side, since the fixed payment range for boys is described and not printed. Pay arrives per scene and in cash, as the pages describe it, so this is job-by-job income and not a monthly wage. A model who prefers to take direct bookings from producers should note the agency's request to refer its clients back to it.
