What it is
Foxxx Modeling is an adult talent agency in Woodland Hills, California that books performers with production companies and takes booking requests from those companies through its site. Its home page speaks mainly to women starting out: "This is where we turn new Amateur girls into Professional PornStars." A performer earns here through paid shoots the agency books, not through selling content. Applicants must be over 18, and the home page sets the range it takes as "between the ages of 18 to 45." The site publishes no commission and no fee to join.
The agency says it was "Established in 2004" and calls itself "a licensed, bonded adult modeling agency located in Woodland Hills California." It says it is a member of the Licensed Adult Talent Agents Trade Association (LATATA), that its people "started in the industry Producing & Directing in 1998," and that it has represented top stars over "the last 20+ years." It also calls itself "one of the Top licensed and bonded Porn Agencies in the Adult Business." These are the agency's own claims. Its motto, printed on the home page, is "Good Advice comes with good Representation."
How earning works here
The business is representation. A performer applies, joins the roster, and producers book her through the agency, which passes on the details of each job. The home page says the agency is "structured to provide a full range of talent for local and international productions" and describes itself as "a reliable partner to both our models and customers alike," meaning performers on one side and the companies that hire them on the other.
Applying is done through a "Become a model?" form on the home page, or by calling or emailing. The form asks for a name, email, stage name, state or country, phone number, Twitter and Instagram, a required birthday, whether the applicant has worked in the industry before, cup size, whether she is all natural, dress size, shoe size, and height and weight. It takes two picture uploads, each up to 15MB, and ends with a list of scene types to tick, so the agency knows from the first contact what work an applicant will accept.
Each performer on the roster gets a profile page. It lists her stats (weight, height, dress size, shoe size, cup size and "All Natural" yes or no), a Book Model button, a "Date Available" field and an "Available For" list of the scene types she accepts, written in trade shorthand. Profiles also have an "international travel" heading. The roster page can be filtered by what performers shoot, and each card shows availability: a plain "AVAILABLE," "COMING SOON," a month such as "COMING IN NOV," or dated windows that sometimes name a city, like "MIAMI SEP 16 - SEP 30" or "VEGAS NOV 09 - NOV 12" followed by "LA NOV 13 - NOV 20." That lets a performer who travels between cities be posted for each one.
On the producer side, the Book a Model page asks for a company name, an email, a date, the model's name, booking notes and a phone number. That is how a studio requests a specific performer, so a performer on the roster does not have to chase work herself.
The home page sets out what the agency tells a performer before each job. It says "Foxxx Modeling provides all the details needed for your shoots," and lists them:
- The company you will be working for.
- The talent you will be working with.
- How much you will be paid.
- The type of scene it is, and what is asked for of you.
- If there is a makeup artist on set, and the wardrobe, if needed, to bring to the set.
It adds, "We give you these details as soon as we get them from the producer," and asks performers to call if anything changes on set "so we can make sure you are getting paid properly for the agreed upon work." It says "We safeguard each girl and her bookings, this is a job we take seriously."
Travel is the part of the offer where the agency puts up money. The home page speaks to performers "Flying in from out of town/State? Low on Funds?" and says the agency will first "do our best to line up enough work, to make it a profitable trip for you. Then we can possibly front you the 1st flight out here, & help you with the payment for the required testing needed to work professionally (PASS) and you can reimburse us back from first scene earnings." The word "possibly" matters: the page does not promise the flight in every case. It names two costs the agency may cover up front and one way of repaying them, out of the first scene's pay.
Housing is the other practical offer. The agency provides accommodation at "The Foxxx Model House," which it says is "a much lower cost then other living situations" and has bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It also offers "additional sleeping spaces at a discounted rate in shared areas." The page says there are security cameras outside and in the shared spaces inside, and "No monitoring of any kind inside the bedrooms." The page gives no price for either option.
The agency's blog adds its view of what an agency does. One post says "A porn agency connects performers with studios, manages schedules, and provides guidance to grow careers professionally." Another, written for production houses, says the agency helps "showcase our models' strengths and promote content to reach wider audiences," and answers its own question about what sets Foxxx apart: "Our team maintains updated model profiles, offers professional guidance, and builds reliable connections for projects."
Money and rules
The money the pages describe is per booking: the agency tells a performer what each job pays before the shoot. The home page calls adult acting "one the highest paying & most fun occupations available today," which is the agency's pitch, not a figure. The site publishes no commission percentage or agency fee. The model house is described as lower cost than other options, with no price given.
Requirements and safeguards the pages state:
- Applicants must be above 18 and "between the ages of 18 to 45," and the application form requires a birthday.
- Working professionally requires testing, which the home page names as PASS and which the agency may help pay for, repaid from first scene earnings.
- The blog says "Adult work has strict rules about safety and contracts" and that the agency ensures "all models and production houses follow rules to create a safe and professional environment."
Contacts differ by page. The home page lists 1-818-522-4866 and STEVE@foxxxmodeling.com for applications, and the booking and profile pages list 1-951-315-1871 and Chris@foxxxmodeling.com.
Who it suits and who it does not
Foxxx Modeling suits a woman new to the industry who needs help getting to Los Angeles and getting started. The possible fronted flight and testing, repaid from the first scene, and the lower-cost model house answer the two biggest obstacles for someone arriving from out of state without savings. A performer who wants each job's pay, company, scene partner and scene type confirmed before she arrives gets that promise in writing on the home page, and one who travels can have her dates posted city by city.
It is less suited to anyone who wants the agency's cut in writing before applying, since no commission is published, and the travel help is qualified with "possibly." The agency's wording speaks to women ("our girls," "each girl"), and the age range it states stops at 45. It is not a platform for selling content directly: income comes from bookings the agency arranges. Much of the remaining site is blog writing about agencies in general, which reads as the agency's marketing rather than its terms.
